Escape to this waterfront, two-bedroom, one-and-a-half-bath Duck Key villa boasting breathtaking sunset views from your patio and balcony! This two-story end unit features nautical-inspired design elements paired with lots of natural light and privacy. Pick up a local fishing kit or bring your own, then spend leisurely afternoons fishing from the shoreline, right outside your door! You’ll also enjoy the provided kayak and paddleboard (life jackets are included as well). You can easily access nearby fishing charters, boat rentals, diving, Dolphin Connection, and excellent restaurants on the 568-acre island. Sprawl out in the living room and enjoy a movie on the 50-inch TV. An additional armchair offers a relaxing seat with waterfront views. Granite countertops and stainless steel appliances shine in the well-equipped kitchen. Sip morning coffee at the breakfast bar and share meals at a dining table. This condo includes two bedrooms for your enjoyment. Upstairs, the main bedroom is equipped with a 26-inch TV and a closet. Wake up and breathe in the fresh ocean air from your second-story balcony overlooking the aquamarine water. A 26-inch TV and a closet are found in the second bedroom. Both bedrooms share a bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The half-bath is located on the main floor. Sliding glass doors open to the patio, complete with a bistro table, chairs, and a ceiling fan for warm evenings. The main bedroom includes a second-story balcony overlooking the clear water. Take in spectacular sunset views from the comfort of your own home and watch as the Florida sun dips below the water and the clear blue skies turn blazing red. Extra perks include free WiFi and a washer/dryer. Explore the awe-inspiring Seven Mile Bridge, go fishing or kayak around Curry Hammock State Park, and check out the Dolphin Research Center where you can learn about the marine ecosystem and swim with dolphins. At sunset, head over to the Marina to pick up the catch of the day from fishermen and dine on home-cooked fresh fish. You can even make reservations at Angler and Ale for local seafood, and enjoy casual fare at the nearby Island Fish Company. THINGS TO KNOW Please keep in mind there is no cable at this unit. Smart TVs only This is an individually owned villa and is not associated with Hawks Cay Resort. Your reservation is not through Hawks Cay Resort, therefore, you do not have access to some amenities offered by Hawks Cay Resort (including all resort pools). It is your responsibility as our guest to determine what if any Hawks Cay Resort amenities are available to you. A daily resort fee for access to Hawks Cay Resort amenities is not offered by Hawks Cay Resort. As a guest of this vacation rental, you can enjoy access to Angler & Ale, Sixty-One Prime, Dolphin Connection (with pre-purchased tickets/must purchase prior to being inside the resort), Calm Waters Spa, Duck Key Marina, and fishing charters at the Marina).

Two Summer Nights in The Keys

Stayed in Duck key two nights. The location was great for doing things in the middle keys as well as bouncing to the lower keys. The house was great, the view of the water was incredible. Great little find!

The condo was clean, quaint, and comfy. There was a nice west view, great for watching the sunsets.
Most Restaurants and grocery stores are a 15-20 minute minute drive. There is a restaurant in the Hawk Kay resort within walking distances but prices seemed to be a bit excessive, in my opinion.
The standard checkout time is 10:00am, which is firm. We were packing our vehicle to leave and the cleaning crew was sitting on the porch.
