We loved the condo. It was perfect for just the two of us or maybe two couples or small Family. The bedrooms are extremely small but the two outdoor porches made up for it, especially the private pool! We had other family members staying g on condos nearby making a perfect place for a group to meet up!

Pool is awesome, kitchen is great, you can snorkel in the backyard. You can catch snook at night in the backyard or even a snapper. Check in and out is super easy. Very Clean.

We LOVED this gem of a villa for our family of four! Staying on Duck Key was the perfect location to be able to explore different parts of the Florida Keys each day during our stay. While the house is not huge, the kitchen, den and half bathroom downstairs along with the two bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs was just the right size for us. Our daughters loved the pool and using the paddleboard and kayak in the channel and harbor right behind the house. A short 1-minute walk behind the house toward the harbor is the perfect spot to watch a beautiful sunset each night. Having a washer and dryer was so helpful! We highly recommend this villa and look forward to returning again one day!

We really enjoyed the time we spent in this property and Duck Key. It was away from the busyness of Marathon, but a short enough drive to enjoy the sites. We particularly enjoyed the pool on the deck and spent many hours there reading and relaxing. Kitchen was fully stocked with all we needed to prepare meals. If we go back to the area we will likely rent this property again.

The townhouse was very clean inside and outside, especially the pool. The boys had fun fishing right outside the canal that leads into the bay. There are some great mangrove snappers to catch and eat. Overall the place was small, but we made it work. The only negative thing I have to say is that I wish there was a squidgy to help remove some of the water in the patio area. Due to the kids splashing in the pool, the patio collected a lot of water.

My wife and our friends wanted to come down and explore the Keys. So many other Vrbo options were so expensive but luckily we found this listing on Duck Key. It is basically in the middle of the Keys section off the highway and it provided such an easy way of exploring the various Keys without feeling like we were in the car the whole time. We loved unwinding in the personal pool on the patio after a nice day of exploring along with having some of the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets that we have ever experienced. If you are looking for a place to stay to explore the Keys, then stay here!

Had the whole family stay for four days in mid-October and it was gorgeous. The villa was lovely, clean, and had all the amenities we expected. Kids loved the complimentary kayak and paddle board. Beds were comfy and our son even noted the pull-out couch was comfortable as well.

The property was clean and well maintained. It was convenient to everything we wanted to do (fishing, kayaking, snorkeling, eating). It was great being able to launch the kayaks directly from the back yard. And also do some swimming and snorkeling right there as well. The private pool was a nice feature. Lovely condo on duck cay. Everything we needed was there, raised small concern and it was dealt with within 48 hours. Highly recommend staying in the middle keys for access to all activities. Only thing I didn’t realize is that there was no direct access to water for fishing. Had to walk down to end of the row of condos.

First time in this particular property, great spot. Right on the canal, a short walk to the lagoon. Property is well stocked for all your needs, a great back patio and decent little pool for relaxing.

My husband and I had a great time on our honeymoon. The location is very nice, quiet neighborhood, and close to Marathon. This was a cute place to stay, the paddle board and kayak equipment could use some organizing, the walls need some touch up paint and the couch wasn’t very comfortable but those are all easy/minor things. Other then that, we didn’t have any complaints! During our stay, the half bath and master bathroom toilets had issues. We called maintenance and they came out same day to repair them. Overall, we would stay here again and would recommend this to other couples.

This home was very clean, kitchen was well appointed with all the basics (ice maker was fantastic!), and the washer & dryer were nice to have throughout the week. The beds were super comfortable & we appreciated the owner providing plenty of bath and beach towels. The view of the canal was amazing & we enjoyed the water access for some evening fishing. The location was perfect!! Quiet & secluded area of Duck Key, yet so easy to access everything you want to do on your vacation. Highly recommend!! Thank you for a great week! This house was perfect for our family of 4! We had the best week ever. Duck Key is in the perfect location, in the heart of the keys. Our daughters loved playing in the splash pool while we fixed dinner. It was so fun having the kayak to paddle around the canal. The water out back was beautiful, and we also loved having the little sandy area nearby to splash and snorkel in. We highly recommend and would love to come back!

Staying on Duck Key was a great middle ground for us as far as location. Having use of the private plunge pool and access to the kayak and paddle board with the boating channel right outside the backdoor was so much fun, our kids saw their first manatee! Only one life vest was there, so that did limit our use of the water equipment some. Really appreciated that extra beach towels were there for use, as we flew and did not have room in our luggage to bring towels. Clean unit, found everything to be in good condition and very comfortable beds.

The property was beautiful, very clean and comfortable. The pool and back deck very relaxing. The neighborhood was very clean and quiet. Everyone is so friendly!! We went to sombrero beach, def a must!! The house is about an 1 hour and 15 mins from key west, so not too bad of a drive. Great restaurants to try castaway and Havana jacks!! We will def stay here again!!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The private dip pool and the backyard was the perfect spot to relax and wind down after a fun-filled day! We saw several big iguanas just relaxing as well by the canal in the backyard. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was stocked with just enough to cook meals if you wanted to, and overall it was just great! We would definitely stay here again!

The property was exactly like it was pictured when booking. The private pool and access to a small beach area made our stay that much better! This place was great! We loved the pool the most. We did pay the extra to heat it and it was worth it. The pool was 4ft at the deepest side which was nice because both my kids could play without a life jackets. We used the 2 beach chairs the day we were at the beach. There were also 2 bikes, a fishing kayak, and a paddle board but we didn’t end up using those. My hubby did a little fishing at a sandy area a short walk down from our place. It’s about a 10min walk to hawks cay resort if you wanted to see dolphins, have a meal or grab forgotten essentials. For groceries we went to the Publix in marathon about a 20min drive. Over all the kitchen dishes were well stocked and plenty of towels but we were glad to have the dryer since we used the pool so much. Keep in mind the neighbors are right next to you....sometimes it was peacefully quiet and other nights pretty rowdy. We found the beds very comfortable. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking to stay in the keys.

My wife and I stayed six nights for our 20th anniversary. We wanted to spend our time mostly relaxing and taking it easy, and this was the perfect place for relaxation. Dining was an easy walk up the street to Angler & Ale, or a short drive into Marathon or Islamorada. We spent most hours of the day on the patio by the soaking pool. The kayak that was provided could launch right from the back yard and I spent several hours paddling around the marina. The shade, the pool, the palms and mangroves, and the blue waters of the canal just steps away... we found our own little paradise on that back porch. Inside the condo was just as nice. Comfortable beds, ample bathrooms, and a stocked kitchen. We loved our stay in Duck Key.

We loved the heated private plunge pool and had a lot of fun on paddle board, kayak and beach cruisers provided. Bed was super comfortable. This was definitely more of a family place as the condos are very close to one another and there were families staying on each side of us with several young children. The windows were not very sound proof because we were woken up by the kids playing in their pool at 6am. But the description of the space was spot on and neighbors were to be expected. We had a great time and would come back!

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at this waterfront condo in Duck Key. The condo was perfect! Clean and well furnished with very comfortable beds! The dipping pool was fabulous we spent lots of time in the pool everyday. Enjoyed the Angler and Ale restaurant for both take out dinner and lunch on the deck. Great Food! We found our happy place in Duck Key. The back porch of this rental was absolutely perfect. The heated soaking pool was where we spent most of the week. The unit backs right up to the canal and we launched kayaks just 20 feet from the house. The pool, the shade, the water, and the mangroves made this little spot our favorite. The unit was fully furnished with comfortable beds, a full kitchen, and plenty of bathrooms. It`s just a short walk to Angler & Ale for a delicious meal, or a short drive into Marathon or Islamorada. This place was awesome! The location was great! Had crystal clear water in the canal behind with a place you can get in right behind the house...don’t jump off the trees lol! There’s also the perfect sunset spot at this small beach area at the end! The pool was perfect to cool off in too! The bedroom & bathroom spaces were tight but for the price you cannot beat this place! Rental company was super helpful too! Have a blast!

Very clean condo, Duck Key is very quiet but close to so many activities and restaurants. Condo overlooks the canal, with a key-hole view. This place was awesome! The location was great! Had crystal clear water in the canal behind with a place you can get in right behind the house...don?t jump off the trees lol! There?s also the perfect sunset spot at this small beach area at the end! The pool was perfect to cool off in too! The bedroom & bathroom spaces were tight but for the price you cannot beat this place! Rental company was super helpful too! Have a blast! This was a nice place to stay. I would stay again. The paddle board and kayak on site was fun and we had easy access to the canal. There were not enough basics, (paper towels, trash bags, no salt and pepper, But we had toilet paper - most important). Other than that it was good.

Regarding the supplies you mentioned, please know, we stock each home with what is called a "starter supply" of basic items. It is not designed to be an unlimited supply but, rather, to get folks started so that they can enjoy their arrival day, take inventory, and pick up whatever else is needed to get them through their trip as needed. Prior to each stay, we stock dish soap, laundry detergent, a roll of paper towels, toilet paper, a dish brush to wash dishes, a few trash bags, dishwasher detergent, bar soap, and the standard bathroom amenities you might find in a hotel. As for the salt and pepper, please know that we do not stock any food or food-related items in our homes to prevent our guests from consuming something that may have been contaminated or spoiled. This villa is very beautiful and in a quint little corner which made it perfect for my family and I. We had little problem with the television but it was quickly fixed, but we enjoy having the pool there to cool off after a long and hot day of sight seeing. We are used to being able to grill out but grills are not allowed on the property so just an FYI if you're visiting. We enjoyed playing with the manatees and going canoeing in the canal. Overall everything was very nice and we would definitely consider coming back to this location in the future.

Had a WONDERFUL stay... Unit is just as shown in the pictures... Comfortable and centrally located... 55 miles down the Overseas Hwy and 61 miles to Key west... Fished from Islamorada, sunset sail from Key West... Can't beat this location... Richard & Shannon McKinley with Bailey...

We needed to escape the NJ winter for a few days and this house was perfect. We had two small children and it was very family friendly. Location was great and the owners were very nice to work with. Would choose this home again if we were going to the area.

The Condo was in excellent condition! The bed's were very comfortable. The only thing I was upset with was that we were asked to strip the beds and start laundry and were charged the $250 cleaning fee.

Nice place to stay just need some things fixed inside and a can opener in the kitchen, the beds where great. It is right in the middle of the keys for going any place you might want to go to Key West or right back to the exit of the keys it is so beautiful ever where you go, we enjoined ower stay and would do it again in the future.

This home is beautiful, from your own private pool to the lovely furniture. The homeowner provided all the little touches that you don't normally get at a vrbo. Would highly recommend staying at this perfect home. Only one drawback which is due to the hurricane, the restaurant and community areas were closed and under repair.

We stayed at this beautiful villa just last week! It was clean, nicely decorated, and very comfortable. The private pool is awesome, the perfect temperature, and very clean! We had made arrangements to stay at a different villa nearby, but once we arrived we found that the air conditioner was broken and wouldn't be fixed for two more days. The owner of that villa graciously made arrangements for us to stay at her friend's villa that was available and that is what brought us to this villa! We were so appreciative of the newly appointed accommodations and couldn't have been more pleased with our stay!
