The place is beautifully located in Duck Key and had a beautiful view of the harbor. The space was very clean and comfortable, highly recommend for a whole family or group of friends. We were a little far (20-30 minutes) from most restaurants and grocery stores as we were unable to use the restaurants on the Key. If you are looking for a private, intimate get-away it’s wonderful, but if you’re looking for a more convenient location it would be best to look elsewhere.

This was the perfect property for our group. The location was central to everything we wanted to do, from Marathon to Key West, and the house had more than enough kitchen stuff to cook up the fish we caught, make breakfast, and enjoy some cocktails. The balconies with fans were delightful, and the air conditioning was strong! We loved that there were extra towels for the beach or other excursions, and the washer/dryer were used much more than we thought they would be! Overall, highly recommended for adults or families.

Fully updated excellent home, exceptionally clean and a great location, walking distance from the resort facilities, beautiful scenic view of the canal. The home contains most of what you will need whether you’re cooking or ordering takeout or whatever furniture is very comfortable. The beds are very comfortable and all communications were very easy and forthcoming.

House is great though maybe missing a few items, like no pizza pans, no beach items, no way to clean the floor if there’s a spill, no throw blankets when watching tv. I was very happy with other supplies. This is the first house in a long time that I haven’t needed to buy toilet paper the first night!!! And we never ran out of toilet paper or paper towels. I will definitely rent here again!

The view was amazing. There are 2 decks to watch the sunrise. And my highlight was the 3 iguanas who sleep in the tree near the property. So cool!!! The property is clean and updated. And the house was centrally located, in my opinion, the best area. I would definitely stay here again. I'm a travel agent and will be referring this property as well.

The townhouse has a nice layout, wonderful and relaxing views, was clean, and provided the basic necessities (toilet paper, paper towels, dish and laundry datergent, linens, and 6 beach towels). We would definitely rent this property again.

Escaped the snow and single digit temps for shorts and sunshine in February. The water was every bit as beautiful as the pictures. Toms of fish to see around the dock which the kids loved. Short drive to great restaurants and dog friendly beach. Plenty of room to spread out in the like new property. Very safe area to walk around and let the kids play. Would definitely recommend for a family getaway!

Beautifully finished 4 bedroom villa with great water views. Tastefully decorated beach theme. Very comfortable beds and living room couch. Found some nice public beaches close by. Only a little over an hour to Key West. Great place to stay!

I absolutely loved staying here! We had two young children and the gates were extremely helpful, as well as games and plenty of room for everyone! I appreciated the quick responses as well. One gate was malfunctioning when we arrived and they made sure to get it fixed as soon as possible as well as provided us with batteries for tv remotes that were missing some without hesitation. Definitely recommend staying here if you are visiting the keys!

Stunning views from the living room and master bedroom. Perfect spot for my older kids to fish off the dock. There were some maintenance issues that the property manager will address after check out but nothing major. Comfy sofa for everyone to hang out. You don’t have access to amenities at Hawks Cay but you can go to Angler and Ale and make an appt at the spa. Which was great. We chartered the Final Final for two days of fishing out of hawks cay which was awesome. We would definitely rent again. My only advice for anyone else renting is that the only bedroom downstairs doesn’t have a convecting bathroom and it’s pretty small. Not a big deal but if you have anyone in your group with mobility challenges you should know that the downstairs room is smaller. The master is on the second floor. We hope to return again soon!

This unit was perfect for our group. We traveled with our 2 teenage kids, my mom and our small dog. Love that this property accommodated our 4-legged family member! The unit was clean and updated. The beds were very comfortable. It was super convenient having our boat right out back behind the unit. We would definitely stay here again!

Overall we had a great trip however, I wanted to leave a review to help some other customers prepare during their stay. There were a few discrepancies but that is expected when staying in someone else’s home. However, one negative was the lack of knowledgeable information regarding the home. When contacting customer service regarding anything about the home the customer service reps were not very knowledgeable on what was included in the home. For example: we have toddlers and there were stairs in the home and we wanted to know if there was a baby gate in the house. We saw there were mounts on the wall for a baby gate but we couldn't find the baby gate. We called and texted customer service and nobody really knew anything about the home and they said that one was not included, it sounded like they were just reading from an information sheet. We eventually found one under the downstairs bedroom but that was days later. Additionally, the baby gate was only on the bottom of the stairs and there wasn’t one at the top of the stairs. This was a hazard as our kids stayed in the room upstairs and we really wish we brought a baby gate for the top of the stairs so they wouldn’t fall down them if they got up in the middle of the night it from one of their naps and were looking for their parents. We brought our boat and it was nice that the slip was included. There is water hookup available on the dock to rinse the boat and motor however, you need to bring your own hose. There aren’t any electrical hookups at the dock you’ll need to bring a long extension cord and run it from the back porch to the dock. There is no outside grill and there is no grilling allowed on the porches if you were to bring one. If you are staying more than just a couple days you will need to bring extra trash bags, dish soap, and paper towels as only 3 trash bags and 1 roll of paper towels was provided. There are washer and dryer’s at the home however you need to supply your own laundry detergent. The back porch isn’t screened in so make sure you bring bug spray, Like I said previously, we had a great time and we will most likely try to stay here again now that we’ve been here once we know what time bring next time.

Great house within walkable location. Access to the boat dock was perfect. Responsive host when questions came up. Grills are not allowed on the property which was a bit of a surprise to find out after arrival. Good overall due to cleanliness, location and dock access.

This vacation rental was absolutely perfect! My family thoroughly enjoyed waking up in the mornings to the beautiful water views right outside our windows. The area was well maintained. The staff on the grounds were very courteous and kind. The only thing that we did not like is not having access to the resorts amenities. Otherwise, everything else was perfect.

We had the most amazing vacation! The house was spacious enough for 7 adults and an infant, very clean and was stocked perfectly! We found everything we needed to cook up fresh caught fish and loved eating outside and watching sunrises from the two decks. The location on Duck Key and the boat slip were perfect for morning fishing trips and afternoons on the water. We had every comfort from home and will definitely be back again!
