Great location. Very quiet but just minutes from Marathon's food and entertainment. Excellent spot to split the difference between northern National Parks and Key West. Clean, nice kitchen, lots of sleeping options amd bathrooms. Lots of linens. Didn't drain hot water with a load of laundry and three hot showers.

What a great unit. Very spacious, great sleeping accommodations, three bathrooms, excellent showers, just great. The view is top notch too. Highly, highly recommend at this price point (under $1700 at Christmas time). A great value.

This is a great place to stay for a small group or family. We had an issue at check in where the electronic door code didn't work and the backup lockbox code wasn't initially provided. The Vacasa team were easy to get on the phone and quickly got us into the lockbox for the backup key. The house was very clean, and aside from all three toilets needing to be tightened to the floor or have seats replaced, everything else was great. We knew ahead of time that the Hawks Cay resort access wasn't included with this booking, and that was not an issue for us at all. Neighbors were quiet and respectful, and overall we were very happy with this house as a home base for our snorkeling, fishing and Key West day trips.

Great location and home for any family on a trip! Also if you have a boat there is a perfect marina up the street, Grassy Waters Marina, which is only 5 min away.

Once we opened the door it was a breath taking view of the ocean right at our doorstep. We instantly felt very relaxed The property was super clean and it was very very very hard to leave on our checkout date. We really dream to be back there soon.

wonderful location. great for getting to both the upper and lower keys. it wasn't a problem but wish it was part of the Hawks cay resort and that it was made clearer in the description. over all it was amazing

We have been rented with Vacasa for the last 5 years & we keeping doing so because their cleaning, properties amenities, Furnitures, home locations are the best always no matter the City or Town. Highly recommend & def when I will buy my own piece of Paradise Property, will list with Vacasa as well!

NICE CLEAN AND BEAUTIFUL LOCATION PERFECT THE CANALFRONT HOUSE YOU CAN WALK ALONG THE CANAL, THE NEIGHBOURS WERE LITTLE NOISEY BUT INSIDE THE HOUSE YOU COULD HARDLEY HEAR THEM.

My family and I enjoyed our stay! The home was spacious and well kept. A couple things that could have made our stay better would be a bigger couch in the sitting area. Also, providing hand soap for each bathroom. Overall, we had a great stay and would stay here again.

Great house. Roomy enough for 6 people. The dock out back was pretty cool. Wish the house was a little more stocked, we were lucky to even find salt and pepper and ended up with 2 conditioners and no shampoo.
