We have stayed in this home several times, and we will again. No area for improvement noted. Having access to bait freezer, a must for us, is appreciated. Neighbors very friendly and helpful. House is beautifully decorated and has everything we need for a great stay (except ESPN). VACASA easy to deal with and always responsive.

Brought 2 families down for lobster mini season with our boat. Perfect location on a canal that has quick access to the Atlantic and Gulf. Home matched the description, worth the price. Our families had a great time!!

This house was amazing and perfect for our vacation. Our boat fit perfectly in the back all week long. It was so easy to get out and back in on the boat. We actually took our boat out every day. Nice place to clean the fish we caught as well. Highly recommended this place. Key Colony is a beautiful place to stay. We didn’t get to take advantage of the amenities because we got back from boating to late. But definitely looked fun. Only complaint about the house was the fan knocked in the master bedroom and the couches weren’t hooked up to the power to recline. But we weren’t there much anyway so it all worked out. This house if perfect for large groups as well. We only had 5 but could have had more and still been comfortable. I would definitely like to stay here again.

The location was perfect we have stayed in this neighborhood in the past and the Cabana Club pool is always the best. The house was also very spacious for our group.

This home was more than we expected. The photos don't do it justice. It was very large and accommodating for 4 adults and 4 children. The kids had the upstairs to themselves, and adults downstairs. Very friendly neighbors, good fishing for the kids. They had plenty of towels for beach/pool activities, and as well for the 3 full bathrooms. Kitchen utilities were a plus a well! We will definitely visit again! Thank you for an awesome trip!!

This was a a great place! Beautiful location, clean, well stocked and spacious! We did not receive check in instructions emailed as promised and had to call Vacasa to get them. Also, we had a small plumbing issue that Vacasa responded to and took care of promptly. The listing says with hot tub, but the hot tub is at the community clubhouse not on the property. This was not a big deal for us, but we felt the home title was a bit misleading.

We rented this hime for my daughter's destination wedding, for myself, wife and friends. The layout gave us privacy, yet common space. Would rent it again. Oh, and it withstood Tropical Storm winds from Hurricane Ion.

This house was a beautiful house, beautiful neighborhood, the house was very very clean when we got there! The location of the canal was perfect if you bring a boat. You can either go out to the Atlantic or the Gulf without trailering your boat or driving on your boat for a long distance. And it's not a vary far ride at all from your house. Will definitely be booking again!

Perfect week stay! Everything we could have wanted in a water front property. We were able to have our boat dropped off in the canal. In the evening time you could see a family of manatees in the canal. Throughout the day tarpon would be splashing around. The house was absolutely beautiful and roomy for 6 of us. Everyone had their own area. I would definitely come back.

Three bedrooms- three baths was a plus but this house provided so much more!! The upstairs provided its own apartment feel to it away from the main rooms. The quiet waterfront view every morning from the balcony was heavenly! The house was spacious with a very “beachy” feel to it! It was SO well stocked! Abundant towels, linens etc. There was nothing you could want that kitchen did not have!! The location was perfect!! Close to many attractions and secluded enough to feel like your own tropical paradise! Key Colony is one of the friendliest places we’ve ever visited!

Had a great stay. The house was perfect for 6 adults (3 couples). Very very clean. the neighborhood was very quiet and respectful. Wouldn't recommend if you're looking for a party scene. WATCH YOUR SPEED when driving through Key Colony Beach ... they don't mess around and WILL stop you. The "front door" is on the canal side not the street side. There are no water toys so bring your own floats, noodles, inflatables, etc or plan to rent kayaks/ paddleboards.

Loved this location! House was beautiful and more than spacious. Must visit the Cabana Club if staying here. Perfect opportunity to please everyone and spend the day worry free. (You can sit poolside or beachside and let the staff serve you food and drinks.) Will definitely be staying here again. Can’t wait to come back!!

My family and our six grandchildren vacationed for the week in this vacation house. The house was spacious and the location couldn’t have been better. The entire house was just gorgeous. We would definitely stay in next year! Lots of family memories were made.

Rented both sides of house with friends and brought 2 boats and 2 Jet Skis. Although wave heights were too much to go snorkeling from our boats, we still had a great time fishing and hanging on the sand bar. Neighbors were super nice and helpful.

We had two families (2 couples, plus 4 college boys) and this place was just about perfect. I will say if you have groceries with you upon arrival, the refrigerator needs 12 to 24 hours to cool down because they turn it off to clean it (I never heard of that). Thankfully no food was lost. But all else was great. Perfect size, great well-equipped kitchen, good amenities all around, and ample room. We have a 25' cobalt boat. the dock was a bit odd because it had one half of it very high and the other half low (but good for boat entry). The pillars are vertical so your buoys aren't going to work well. It would be good if they put up bumpers on the vertical poles. But we made it work. Location is excellent. Easy to get gas at Captain Hook's full service dive shop and marina. Easy access to the Gulf and Atlantic. We only go on Atlantic as the snorkel and dive sites are better. Great time and very responsive owners/managers.

We had a wonderful experience at this location! The boat dock was great, the local neighbors were very friendly, the scenery was as you would imagine and the pictures accurately depicted the home. We had 2 families here with 4 adults and 4 kids. The upstairs room is very large and we were able to put all the kids up there. I did bring a blow up mattress, as the two beds up there are doubles and we had 2 grown teenagers and then put one small kid on that couch. Without this setup I’m not sure where they get the sleeps 9 from. House was equipped with more towels, blankets and sheets than we would ever need. Kitchen was fully equipped, except coffee pot was only a 4 cup - so small! We spent Thanksgiving week here, cooked a full feast, rented a boat for the week and made the best memories! Would do this home all over again!

We had a wonderful time in this home. Two families, 4 adults and 4 kids. We spent Thanksgiving week and made a full holiday meal, the kitchen had everything we needed. Local neighbors were very friendly! We put all the kids upstairs and that room is as big as you would hope. My only two things are the coffee pot was a 4 cup, so we had to make several pots to get through the adults in the morning and the upstairs beds are doubles (we had two grown teens) so had to use the couch upstairs and a blow up mattress we brought with us for the littler kids. The house was clean and we had plenty of bed sheets, bath and beach towels. We rented a 24 foot boat and put it right up on the dock. Loved this trip, Would do it again!

I would highly recommend this home. The location is great for boating, lots of space and very comfortable, everything was very clean and well stocked. We had everything we needed to jump off the boat and make fresh lobster and fish dinners. Vacasa team was very helpful and responsive with any request. All in all this has been our favorite family trip. We made friends with the neighbors and look forward to coming back again to our new favorite spot!

Great house. Had everything we needed. Everything was in working order. Fantastic boat dock with quick access to the Atlantic and Gulf. We rented a boat for the week which we kept right at the dock. Upstairs level perfect for kids with two double beds, couches, big screen tv, and own bathroom. This house held our group - two families of four - perfectly. Hopefully we'll be back soon.

Our second year staying in this same unit. We extended for a third week this year. We love this house. It appointed well and is a great layout and maintained well. I wish some work could be done on the dock to make leaving your boat there a little safer. I also wish the turnover service would do better cleaning. We did a lot of cleaning and washing up on check in.
