Great spot to stay with three friends for a week of chasing tarpon in the Florida Keys. Everything you could want and amenities are awesome.

I stay at 330 E. Ocean what’s outstanding great location other than a few minor problems that I brought the management attention. They handled the minor issue right away with no problem. I plan on going back and staying at the same location next year.

Excellent home away from home! We enjoyed our stay, this home was clean, had 3 levels with 2 bedrooms on the 3rd level each with it’s own bathroom, the 2nd level was a relaxing tv/sitting room, and lower level kitchen was very updated overlooking the water/canal, the lower kitchen level had it’s own full bathroom, washer/dryer room and a large table this room led to a nice screened in back porchWould definitely rent this home again!

We very much enjoyed the great location of the property being across from the Cabana Club and Havana Jacks. The unit was very clean and the host was very responsive to any questions, We liked it so much we booked again for next year. Only we issue we had were the beds, hoping they get replaced by next year. They were very worn out and soft.

We stayed for a week and location was great for activities we had planned. Most were very close to location. Located centrally between Key West and John Pennekamp state park. Enjoyed canal waterfront area and close proximity to Cabana Club and great beach for viewing sunsets.
House was exactly like the pictures and description. Did have a few issues that were resolved by management company.

Our family had the absolute best vacation! This home is wonderful! The pictures are very accurate, right on the canal, just across the street from the Cabana Club. The screened porch is awesome for enjoying the canal views all day. the yard and dock are shaded in the mornings and it's very peaceful. Lots of nature; beautiful birds, a friendly manatee in the canal, fish jumping, etc. This home was a superb landing spot for all of our adventures we had planned and a very restful home away from home for a week. We looked at our "favorites" we saved in KCB for several weeks before booking and I'm so glad we picked this property. It was ideal for us and our first time staying in KCB. I hope we can return again soon and often!

Good location manager and owner answering right away I like this property we enyoed the stay I want to come back about the cleaner people don’t dusting and also property closed and the bed was smell like old but that’s not the owner fault they have good washer and dry and I cleaner by my self but I recommend this property to any one very nice neighborhood

A great place to stay especially if you are bringing a boat. Nice that it was far enough off Hwy 1 to be peaceful. Close proximity to several state parks. Perfect size for a family of 4. I would stay here again.

We have been to KCB many times and this house was our favorite! The layout offered plenty of space for everyone to be doing something different. The kitchen was well stocked, the location to the cabana club was awesome, easy walk to Sunset park as well. We finally saw a manatee in the canal as well! Perfect location for visiting several locations from Key Largo to Key West. Key Colony Beach is truly a beautiful, quiet, magical place!

So peaceful and gorgeous loved all of it and would definitely return hopefully for longer. The Cabana club was a great bonus if you just wanted to chill for the day and the beach was perfect. The house had everything we needed for the perfect vacation just love Key Colony. Sparky’s was a great place to eat and is walkable in cooler weather but very hot at present and has a happy hour.

We loved the quiet location of a Key Colony Beach. The canal access is beautiful with the convenience of the Cabana Club with beach and pool access. This home is clean and comfortable for our family of 5.

My husband and I brought our 14 year old grandson to the Keys for the first time. We loved that each of us had our own space in the house for alone time. The house was perfectly cleaned and had everything we needed. I loved the decorations in the house too! We also saw three manatees by the dock which was a high light of our trip! We will be back again next year!

The house was perfect for family of 4 (2 older boys). Both boys had their own bed and bathroom. there was plenty of pillows, towels , and blankets. The screend in porch was nice at night staying away from the mosquitos and the canal was great for fishing and having access to the beach was awesome too, it was much nicer than the public beaches. The house was in a great central location within the Keys. We would highly recommend this house!

We stayed a week , two of the stays we were stuck inside because of a tropical storm, but other than that it was pleasant. The pool area is more for adults and older kids. They don't allow floaties or toys of any kind in the pool, but there's a beach right behind the pool area so ..

We spent a wonderful week at this property. It was clean and comfortable. I slept really well in the bed as it was a supportive mattress. The cabana club is also nice with food and drink service. Spent most afternoons there sitting in sun. Beach is nice, just small. Weather was wonderful and we went snorkeling. water was comfortable temperature.

Absolutely beautiful house in lovely location. The pictures don’t do it enough justice. The manatees living in the canal outside the window made our holiday, we watched them for hours. If we are ever in the keys again would definitely choose this property. It was everything we dreamed of and more. Cabana club and Havana jacks across the road were great, meaning we didn’t have to go far on an evening if we’d had enough of driving. Lovely and close to turtle hospital which was a great morning out. My absolute favourite holiday home to date. Thank you

To start with the communication with Leslie from questions about the property prior to booking all the way to returning the keys to the office after the stay was spot on!!! We brought our boat ( 21 ft center console) with us, and kept it in the canal and we had plenty of parking for my truck the trailer and my niece's car. If your going for the fishing the Key Colony boat ramp was currently closed. we put in at the ramp behind the airport. The property is a very short walk to the beach, clubhouse, and restaurant. The house layout was just perfect, and next year cant get here fast enough!!! Definitely will return! Great Place Great People

Fantastic, clean, spacious, great location, definitely “A Little Piece Of Paradise”. We spent a week here and enjoyed every moment. We felt this was a great location on Key Colony, with a short walk to the Cabana Club and it’s private beach and pool, but also a great location in the Keys. We where able to check off most of the things we wanted to do and see, but added a bunch more. So we are planning a return trip and will definitely stay here again. Our family of 5 (girls ages 16, 14 and 8) loved our stay at this property. This was our first trip to the Keys and our first spring break as a family since my husband is a CPA. We picked Key Colony Beach based on the family friendly reviews and the location in the center of the Keys. The duplex is clean and well stocked. It’s prettier than the pictures. We didn’t spend much time at the Cabana Club, but it was nice having a pool and beach access right across the street. The beach is super small but we spent our days visiting other beaches in the area. The rental company was great to work with and gave us great recommendations for rentals and activities. We rented bikes and a two-seat kayak from Wheels-to-Go (great service - delivered within hours of our call). We LOVED kayaking in the canal and surrounding areas. We got to get up close and personal with the neighborhood manatee. We biked/kayaked to Sharky’s and to Sunset Park for the beautiful sunset. We did a day trip to Key West, snorkeled with Spirit Snorkeling and swam with dolphins at Hawks Cay. We spent a day at Bahia Honda but our favorite beach by far was the far end of Sombrero Beach. The area is quite and the property gave us lots of room to spread out. We loved every minute of our stay!

Excellent stay, this property is perfect. Very well cared for, beautifully clean and updated, comfy beds, lovely decor, they've got it all! The kitchen was well stocked, lots of linens. There was not a thing we needed. The neighborhood is great for families, we enjoyed walking and biking every day. A very pleasant stay!

The location is great, at the end of the canal and about a 2 minute walk from the Cabana Club with the beach, ‘restaurant’/bar and pool. You enter on the canal side through the screen porch to the first level dining/kitchen area, a full bath and a very handy laundry/pantry room. Up a half flight to the nice sized living area with huge tv, and a balcony on the street side. Up another half flight to 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The different levels help give it privacy for all. The home is very well equipped and even prettier than the pictures can show. Everything is bright, clean and well cared for. I definitely recommend this place!

This was our 5th family trip to KCB but 1st time at this property. The home is across the street from the Cabana Club, making it a great location for families. Plenty of room for our family of 4. We visited during Christmas break and the property was decorated with a lighted tree and holiday linens for bedrooms. Very thoughtful!

The property being just a short walk from the private beach, pool and spa access was wonderful. The rooms are a comfortable size, both having a bathroom with a nice shower stall (no tubs) and the third bathroom being conveniently located just inside the property doorway was nice. Plenty of room for 5 adults, even in the quaint kitchen and dining area. We enjoyed time on the property's private dock watching the manatees in the canal and the shower was great for rinsing after a day of diving or keeping cool while lounging outside. This property provides a very relaxing and calm environment, there wasn't a lot going on around or a heavily trafficked canal and was just a short boat ride to Atlantic and Gulf access also. Our stay was absolutely wonderful and our experience with VRBO and American Carribean (managing the property and where we checked in and out) were very kind and professional in all communications!!
