KC204 - Carpe Diem - Seas The Day

Perfect for a large group or two families. We had 6 adults and everyone was comfortable.Close to shops, beach access, and places to eat. Lovely outdoor area directly on the water. Younger family members enjoyed the included paddleboards and kayaks.The kitchen was equipped with top grade cookware, but we couldn't find a cookie sheet or meat thermometer.Decor was fun and artfully arranged.

Beautiful house. Has everything you could need. Perfect for families. Company was quick to respond when dishwasher wasn’t working. Someone came same day to fix it. Pool area and beach were great. Pool is kept to 87 which was nice on cooler days.

The house was beautifully decorated with lots of care to what was on display. The house is centrally located, easy drive to resturants and entertainment on the Key. Also, defently plenty of towles, I had to tell my kids to stop using so many.

Our family of 6 had the best time! This home was absolutely beautiful and well equipped. We enjoyed the kayaks and SUP boards each day. We fished from the dock and caught a redfish, small shark, and all kinds of other fish. We enjoyed seeing the local manatee come right up to the dock several days of our trip as well. I was amazed at how cool the evenings were with the breeze off of the water. It was a nice relief from the heat we have been experiencing at home. If you are looking for a stress free vacation and want to get away from daily grind, this is your place. We've stayed in many rental homes over the years and this has been our favorite thus far.

This home and its location was perfect for my family and me. We enjoyed the water activities and the walking paths leading to other outdoor activities, restaurants, and shopping.

This was a beautiful home on the water with a great view and a pretty sunrise. The home was very comfortable for 3 couples. We enjoyed kayaking with the manatees and watching a shark and dolphin from the pier. The pool was a walk from the home but very doable, there is also a parking lot if you needed to drive. I would definitely consider returning.

We enjoyed our stay at Carpe Diem. The house is beautifully decorated and is fully stocked with everything you need. We loved being right on the water as we rented a boat for the week. I was a little disappointed that the property advertises 2 king beds, but I think it meant to list 2 queen beds and 1 king. Also, there was only 1 dish towel and we could never find pot holders. Overall, it was a perfect location at one of of favorite places!

Seven Keys Vacations staff

This house is perfect for exploring the Florida Keys. It is located in Marathon Key and allows for exploring both south and north of the property! The house is BEAUTIFULLY decorated and stocked with amenities to make your vacation amazing. We used the kayaks, fishing rods, grill, Cabana Club, beach towels and took daily advantage of the outdoor living space. We loved it!

This house was so cute and comfortable and just as pictured!! We loved the great outdoor space, being right on the water, and having access to the kayaks and paddle boards. There were great grills on the patio (Blackstone and a gas grill), and we also loved the hammock and the overall peacefulness of being outside on the patio. The kitchen was so well equipped and featured great appliances. The bedding was cozy and comfortable, and there were plenty of extra towels and beach towels. This house checked all the boxes. It was everything pictured and more!! We definitely felt like we were on vacation while staying here. It was very close to restaurants and 2 grocery stores and everything that we needed. We would definitely stay here again!!!

Beautiful home, great location, hosts were incredibly generous (left us coffee, sweets, etc.) and property manager was very responsive. We came from NC, NY and IL for Christmas—wonderful time. And, would recommend this home.
