Seven Keys Vacations staff

The house had all the amenities. Air fryer was so convenient for my kids when they wanted a snack. Plenty of space for my family of 5. Beautiful water access with plenty of outdoor seating and cute solar lights created a nice vibe once the sun went down. There were plenty of towels and extra blankets if needed. I felt at home. It was a pleasure staying here. Hope to do it again next year!

Definitely a gem! The rental was perfectly decorated to make you feel like you were in the keys. All the amenities you would need as if you were at home. Did i say very clean and accomodating for a family with 4 adults and 2 small children. Key Colony Beach is a family friendly community with everything close by. We will definitely be back and look forward to staying here again.

A cute and cozy Key Colony Beach getaway! A spacious & updated kitchen, two huge bedrooms with two full bathrooms, blocks away from a beautiful beach, friendly, safe & walkable neighborhood and our favorite part was the deck and view outside! Sunshine & palm trees for morning coffee and afternoon happy hour! This home/neighborhood is a hidden gem in the Florida Keys! We’d definitely stay again!

We stayed for two weeks and highly recommend 9th Street. The location is wonderful, right on the canal for easy boat access to the Gulf or Atlantic. The place was super clean, updated, and all the supplies necessary. ... plenty of towels and kitchen utensils. Inch Beach is literally around the corner. We will definitely be back!!!!

Would love to rent again. Place was super clean, had a nice kitchen, close to beach, pool, restaurants and was in a safe neighborhood right on the canal. Only issue we encountered was getting the code for Inch beach. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back another time.

I rented this house for my parents and me to spend Christmas in the Keys. It was a magical week. I have stayed on Marathon before but not Key colony specifically and loved everything about the neighborhood. We rented bikes and rode from the house to dinner, the beach and to watch the sunset every night. the location is perfectly accessible to charter fishing boars, the beach and many delicious restaurants. The house itself had great immunities and plenty of utensils in the kitchen. We went fishing one day and enjoyed cooking at home numerous nights on the the trip. The kitchen is well stocked. The house sleeps 4 comfortably and has amazing sunrises off the back porch/canal. Truly enjoyed our stay and recommend to anyone looking for a low key relaxing vacation.

The location of this property is absolutely amazing. There were multiple beaches and resultants in walking distance which was great. The property is right on the water with a large dock, so if you have a boat or kayaks, this property is perfect!

We spent 2 weeks here with my parents(6 total) For the size of the home I thought it was well laid out. I appreciated the large kitchen even with no indoor table. Dock was great for our boat and I liked being able to walk to Inch Beach which we really enjoyed. Hardly anyone was ever there. It's small but really quiet compared to the cabana club although that was enjoyable as well.

Was perfect for the fishing trip we planned. Also really enjoyed the passes for Inch Beach and Cabana beach club. Saw a bunch of manatees, jelly fish and even caught a few fish off the dock but mostly enjoyed the spot to dock the 24 foot fishing boat we rented from Captain Pip’s. Super comfortable bed in the master bedroom and great assortment of pans, knives and other cookware we used when cooking our fresh catch. Would definitely stay here again!

Docked our boat and had a nice week on the water with great weather. Home was well stocked and enjoyed the new living room furniture and kitchen updates. Vacasa responded quickly to some small issues we had: good company to work with. Walk to pool was pretty long.

This home was a great place for our family. It is situated in the middle of Key Colony so you can walk to everything. The home looks identical to the pictures. The kitchen was one of the best stocked vacation homes we've ever had. We loved the side breezeway and spent lots of time at that table. The neighbors are friendly. Very simple check-in and-out instructions. We got excellent communication regarding the stay and amenities. The only negatives were in the master bedroom. The shower has a very slow drain so you end up standing in ankle deep water and the bed has a foam mattress that was not very firm anymore so you sunk into a hole while trying to sleep. However, these two things did not ruin our stay. We still had a wonderful trip and would definitely rent this unit again!

We had a fantastic stay here it was very peaceful and relaxing. Many restaurants were within close walking distance and the neighborhood was very safe and the people were friendly. The Cabana Club and Inch Beach access were terrific amenities during our stay.

This place is amazing! The pictures are accurate.. right on the water with plenty of outdoor seating for relaxing and eating. The kitchen was exceptionally stocked with all types of cookware and utensils which was great because we mostly cooked and ate in. Amenities such as the cabana club were a delightful surprise.. with bar tenders serving poolside/beachside! FYI, this is a duplex which I usually am wary of. But we hardly saw the neighbors and it still felt very private.

We had a perfect vacation at this home. So clean inside and out, neighbors were lovely and even cooked us a home cooked meal one night (complete with Key Lime Pie!). Key Colony beach community was cute, welcoming and had every amenity we could ever need. Come stay here ASAP, sit on the back porch and forget your problems!

We were looking for a quiet place to just chill for a week, and this was perfect. When we got restless, Key west was only about 75 minutes away, but mostly we just enjoyed the tranquility.

Great having the boat right off the back deck. Overall was a great place for a boys fishing week. The only negative was that there was no garbage disposal and the pool is not convenient. Would stay again though.

We had a wonderful vacation, and the home we rented was perfect for that peaceful beach feel. There was even a blender so I could make smoothies after my morning run!

My family and I had the best time in this Key Colony home. It is stocked with everything you need. We saw manatees, fish and a sting rays in the canal just outside. Our only complaint is that we didn't bring our boat. We will definitely be back!

Great place to stay at. Comfortable beds Andres clean and cozy environment. The fact that it’s dog friendly is awesome. It’s right on the dock so you can park your boat. Will stay here again!

Loved this home! It has everything you need so don’t pack too much! The kitchen was fully stocked of dishes, cookware and appliances! Very nice to be able to use the pool at the cabana club coming off a long day on the boat. Would definitely recommend staying here! Loved the location and Key Colony is very nice community.

Location perfect for boater. How great to walk out door to your boat. Fishing, snorkeling and just cruising all so easy. Home beautifully equipped with all you could need. Restaurants numerous and nearby. Sparky's and Key Colony Inn both special in own way. Friendly neighbors and Key Colony community made this feel like home.
