Would stay here again. Nice place. Shade is a bit minimal in the back, but that was shown in the pictures.

An absolute gem of a home and stay for our family. The house itself is extremely well maintained and comfortable, inside and outdoors. We loved the beds, the bedding; all the spaces flow extremely well. The kitchen is super spacious and equipped for cooking - we used some recipes from the Keys Cuisine book (there are recipe books in the cabinet over the sink). My kids caught the fish from the canal which became the fish soup people still rave about two weeks later. Even the neighbors were pleasant and the area was super quiet at night. Cabana Club was a great time with kids loving the pool and we even saw dolphins on our last day in the area. Thank you for a wonderful stay and I couldn't recommend this home more.

We decided to spend Christmas in the Keys and booked Ninth Street Utopia for our stay. It was a great choice. It had everything we needed to make Christmas dinner and my husband was thrilled that he could take 10 steps out the back door and be fishing in the canal. My grandson was excited to see manatees swim by and my daughter saw a shark! This house is close enough to anything you may need. We had a wonderful week.

I cannot say in words how much we enjoyed our stay at Ninth Street Utopia. The home was so clean and well stocked. The kitchen was the most well stocked kitchen of any homes we have every stayed in. Having the dock for our boat provided us the chance to get out to the water faster so we had more time for fishing and snorkeling. The fish cleaning station came in handy. We absolutely loved the home and look forward to booking again!

We enjoyed our stay so much we weren’t ready to leave - fortunately we were able to extend a couple extra days. We did run into a couple very minor issues - but Vacasa was extremely responsive and took care of the issues immediately. The house itself is fabulous and we hope to stay here again in the future!

KCB is very much a gem in the Florida Keys - we go every chance we get. Being familiar with the area, we thought this home would be great and we weren't disappointed. The house was impeccably clean - which is an obvious necessity given the current health climate. The floor plan is spacious - more than enough room for a family of 5. The kitchen is adequately equipped - no issues whatsoever in preparing meals. The beds are extremely comfortable and having the extra half bathroom (toilet/sink in the laundry room) was very convenient. Sadly this visit was only for a week, and we're already planning our next trip down. When we do - we'll certainly see if this house is available again.

Nice house. Very quiet neighborhood. Easy check in and out. Six adults and we were very comfortable there. We used the community pool and it was nice, my grown children enjoyed the drinks. We rented SUP boards and kayaks and used them right off the backyard canal- They were delivered to us by a local renter. We saw rays and manatees right in the canal. Sunset Park is down the street and has a beautiful sunset view. Sombrero Beach was a close drive. Day trip down to Key West is about an hour away. The aquarium in town was cool. Nice family trip. We rented jet skis and snorkeled in Sombrero Reef. Ate at Sunset Grill near 7 mile bridge a few times.

The house was clean, comfortable and well appointed. The house was just as advertised. The kitchen had most any utensils that we could have asked for and had plenty of dishes and silverware. The kids loved fishing the canal and seeing the wildlife - manatee, sting rays, lion fish, barracuda, crabs and more.

We all loved the house. Everything was well maintained and very comfortable. The location is wonderful. We took the boat and it was an excellent location for getting into Florida Bay and into the Atlantic. Both are just a few minutes away. The kids caught bait from the back dock and seen shark, tarpon and mangrove snapper while fishing.

Amazing. Great Canada club with pool, bar, and beach. Many other great beaches nearby. Corral Beach is about 3 blocks from this location

Really great home. Great location. As others state, a shade is needed for back patio as too hot to be there in the afternoon and it heats up house a lot. Even though virtual tour shows a shade it is not there so keep in mind. Rest was wonderful. Kitchen had all you need. We really enjoyed our stay. So convenient to all. Lovely neighborhood to bike. Cabana Club had great pool and Jacuzzi as well as beach access and food/drinks avail. Really great. Thank you.

We had a great stay for 2 weeks. The house is one of the cleanest properties I have rented on Airbnb. It is close to beaches and Marathon FL. The only issue we had was the A/C went down one night but the host was very responsive and technicians fixed the issue the next day.

Spent two weeks at this wonderful property, wish it could've been two months. Plenty of space for 6 people, very cute and well appointed. Hope to come back next year!

This home is located almost at the end of Ninth st so there was very little traffic in front of the house. The house kitchen was well equipped with cooking supplies and dishes so there is nothing you couldn't cook. I really enjoyed watching the boats going up and down the canal everyday from the comfort of the living room. I would definitely recommend staying in this home.

This is a definite “must rent again” place. Clean! Well equipped kitchen. Parking for two cars. Dockage for a boat. Access to the Cabana Club. Easy walk to Sunset Park every evening. Plenty of room for our party of seven - never felt crowded. Can’t ask for more in a vacation rental. Thanks!!

We loved it but it Could need a shade area outside. No place to hide from the sun. The cabana club is ok,but not great. Clean and well equipt kitchen. We took a swim i the canal and a manatee swimmed with us. There was also sharks i the canal in the evenings. Very exotic.

The house can’t get much better we loved it. Had everything we needed to cook thanksgiving dinner. Only thing we would suggest is some kind of shade structure in the back probably would get very hot in the summer. Other than that we would highly recommend.

We come to Key Colony Beach each summer. My family loved this duplex. It had everything we needed. It is very spacious and we love the layout. We wished we could own this place!! Would definitely come back.

House was clean with plenty of room. No shade in back as the picture shows. There was no mention of the bait freezer in the outside closet. I didn’t find it for 2 days. Other than those minor issues, it was paradise

Did a lot of fishing on our recent trip. Location at close to end of canal was great!! short ride for us to ocean for us.

Great location. Close to Capt. Hooks for fuel, ice and bait. Open ocean and reefs in 20 minutes. House was very nice and well equipped. 7 steps out the patio door to the boat. Great time and easy check in and out.

This home with dock just a few steps out the back door was perfect for our fishing trip. Really happy that there has been no smoking at all. It really makes a big difference.

It's obvious the owners of the home have spent time, care and consideration for their guests. Beautifully decorated, updated baths/kitchen etc. , and furniture. Dock area is very attractive with new stone work. We loved the quick access to Vaca cut. We highly recommend this gem! Thank you!

Great place - right on a canal, very easy access to ocean or gulf. Kitchen has everything you need. Would not change a thing. I suspect the ice machine is throwing the breaker in the kitchen - might be drawing excess current if coolant is low. Just an educated guess - but that will be fixed shortly. The ice maker in the fridge is more than capable of keeping all of us in ice without help! It was great to have a bait/catch freezer too. Loads of snapper just a few miles out on the patch reefs - we must have caught 30 fish in a couple of hours (could only keep 5 but still - lots of action).
