KC47 - Key Lime on Fifth Street

Have rented quite a few houses - this one provided everything you needed to get by, kitchen tools we top knotch. Everything was super clean and nice.

The two bedroom, two bath, full kitchen house was very clean and well stocked. The outside / back patio was on the canal, wish we had recliners or other patio furniture besides the two folding lawn chairs. We would stay here again.

IT IS A QUIET PLACE, WHERE WE CAN RELAX AND WITH ALL THE NECESSARY CONDITIONS IN THE HOUSE, IN MY OPINION, THE ONLY NEED IS AN OUTSIDE SINK WHERE IT ALLOWS US TO CLEAN THE FISHING THOSE WHO ARE GOING TO DO THAT SPORT, FOR THE REST EVERYTHING EXCELLENT, CLEANNESS, COMFORTS, IT IS A PLACE THAT I WOULD SAFELY RETURN TO.

Place was clean. Laundry room access key was missing. Vacasa promptly address this problem by notifying the owner & had the access key overnight delivered to me. The beds need to be updated ASAP terrible mattresses & box springs. A BBQ grill, broom & dust pan would be nice along with a swiffer for daily floor up keep. All in all a very nice place. This place was perfect for our small family! It’s location near the cabana club was perfect. It was clean and well stocked. I cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay. If I had one suggestion it would be that the outdoor seating was a little lacking, but did not take away from our experience at all!!! Thank you!

The location was excellent and the host at Vacasa was great. They answer any questions you have within minutes night or day. The property we stayed at in Key Colony was perfect for us. Within driving distance to many great places to eat & get a drink. Also within walking distance to Havana Jacks, you’ll want to stop in at least once for dinner and a cocktail, but I imagine you will go back again & again. We recommend to take a drive north to Lazy Days…eat out on the patio and enjoy the view. Explore what the Florida Keys has to offer. No disappointments!!

This house is perfect for 4 to five people. 2 couples maybe the place was fully equipped, Im a cook, i had plenty of dishes to cook with and there were plenty of towels rags etc. All the furniture from the beds to the couch was very comfortable. The back yard has a view to die for, the place all over is quiet, comfortable and peaceful. That wasn't it, around the corner at walking distance, was this place called the cabana club, where you can get in the hot tub, the shared pool, or a private beach-ocean they have for their guess. There they have good food, great service and awesome drinks. I highly recommend this place as well as choosing this host. When i needed answers i got the asap I didn't have to wait, communication was on point. Thank you so much for such an awesome experience.

This is a great house! Very clean and great location. If you really want to downshift and just lay low, this is the place to do it. The membership to the Cabana Club is such a treat. Being able to walk to a pristine, saltwater pool, with a full-service food/bar, along with a private beach can’t be beat. (Honestly, we’ve been coming to Key Colony for the past six years and only rent places that offer a membership there for the week.) The one small thing about the property that I wish could be improved is adding a couple of loungers and an umbrella to the back so you can enjoy the canal. We don’t have a boat, so without furniture, we couldn’t really use the outside space. That being said, we saw all kinds of wildlife in and around the canal – including manatee!

Seven Keys Vacations staff

The home was clean, spacious living room and easy to locate (road and dockside). I personally felt the beds were very comfortable, I slept great! Also, air conditioning units were helpful and kept it nice and cool at night. This is a great home to stay at if you’re going to be on the boat constantly, the dock outside is close to the home, not a long distance to bring gear or coolers out to. It has a hose ready and dock line. Although at low tide it is hard to get to the top of the dock if you don’t have a tower on your boat or ladder. But we did so no biggie. Canal is full of life! Manatees, fish, crab and pelicans that keep it fun to watch. All and all, great location and fits 4 people great!

Wonderful little house! Very clean and well stocked. We stayed for a week and could not really ask for more. Great little community close to everything. Wonderful views, close to the pool and beach access area. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed there in the middle of pandemic is it was a wonderful getaway for our family. The house is very comfortably furnished - dark window shades, comfortable beds, nice bathrooms and a kitchen / dining area overviewing a small backyard. We loved the backyard the most and spent a good deal of our time there, just sitting and looking at water. The stone bench visible on images is quite uncomfortable to sit on for a long time but we found some folding outdoor chairs in the laundry area. The house is a duplex and two backyards are separated by a low fence, however we were lucky that the other neighbors showed up just a couple of times. One thing we missed was a grill.

House was beautiful with no hassles. Easy access dock was great. Gas and bait for boat was 100 yards away at the end of the canal. And very good pizza place right down the street on Sadowski causeway. I would rent this house again and also recommend it to any interested.

We were delighted to find the house in excellent condition with high quality appliances and interiors. It was in a beautiful location and we enjoyed gazing out on the canal from the large glass windows. The bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen were well equipped. Vacasa had the best price for a rental of this quality.
