It’s a cute house! We’ve stayed here the last few years and loved it! The new freezer is nice outback! Everything you need in the kitchen to cook and make coffee! Great location and love seeing the sea life off the dock in the canal!

Perfect location for boaters and fishermen. Clean and mostly quiet canal with minimal low wake zone. House had all basics and very comfortable for my husband and I. Loved having the park nearby to take our dog, would recommend!

The neighbors were friendly and helpful with information on the neighborhood. There is a dog friendly park a few streets over. There was only gravel in the yard, so grass was just around the corner. The sunset was beautiful every night over the canal. We saw manatees also. Fishing was good, we caught many snapper and even a few sharks. I would highly recommend this house!

We enjoyed this nicely decorated home on a canal in Key colony beach. We paddled the canals with a kayak that we rented and had delivered to the house. A word of caution that the home has no heat source and it was 55-60 degrees for a few days. A space heater or two would solve the problem and is a probably necessary addition for a winter rental even in the keys. The pool is at the Cabana club which is a farther walk than we expected and we never did find the playground in the pictures if you have littles and are counting on that. Sunset park was a great place to see the sunset. While we didn't get to use them, we found the shared tennis courts and public golf course on 8th street. We did have a fun shuffleboard match at the shared shuffle board and bocci courts on 7th street. We cooked quite a bit and found the kitchen to be stocked with reasonable cookware and enough plates and cups for our group of 4. It was nice to be able to stay in this beautiful location.

Nice little spot in paradise! Had everything a family would need to get away from the daily grind. Only downside was having to leave. Will definitely be back! Thank you so much to the wonderful R&R your both the best!

Great place to stay! The canal runs right through the back yard right off the patio, boat dock for you boat owners, quiet neighborhood.

Key Colony Beach is a wonderful place to stay in Marathon. This unit was tastefully updated/decorated and fit the bill perfectly for our Keys vacation. It's right on the canal (we saw a mom and baby manatee the first day we got there), and it's close to anything you need in Marathon and the Keys in general. We used the KCB club one day, ate at the restaurant one night, and enjoyed kayaking and snorkeling with some local guides. The unit has good A/C, all the amenities you need for a stay, nice TV's (although who goes to the Keys to watch Netflix?), and a well supplied kitchen and gas grill (although...please clean it when you're done...the last guest didn't so I had to clean it before use. Don't be "that guy".) I would highly recommend this unit and I would book here again in a heartbeat.

We enjoyed our stay at this 2/2 duplex in Key Colony. Located in a nice neighborhood on a nice wide canal. It was great to have our boat right out back. The home is small, but had plenty of space for us. The kitchen had mostly everything we needed, and Publix is a 15 minute drive. Bathrooms and hallways small, but we were comfortable. You are very close to neighbors ( and attached on one side) but that was mostly fine. The next door neighbors had quite a lot of extra guests for July 4th, so we did not have much privacy. They were pretty noisy but tried to be respectful. There is a nice park down the street which was great for sunset.

Property was clean and had everything we needed for a fun week in Marathon. A manatee visited the private dock one evening, which was a special treat. The back patio was perfect for morning coffee and hanging out at night. Overall, positive experience.

Easy access to Gulf and Atlantic by boat. Clean and cozy place with nice amenities.

Check in and check out process was very easy. Upon arrival the place was super clean and organized. There were extra clean sheets and clean towels for both rooms. Kitchen was fully stocked with all the cooking utensils, pots, pans, plates, silverware and cups. Location was amazing, we came down to do some diving and this was perfect driving distance to several dive centers. The community was beautiful, well kept and clean. The House is on the canal with easy outlet to the open water. We would definitely stay at this house again.

Great little duplex with spacious kitchen. Enjoyed our stay and the convenience of having the dock out back for the boat, access to the cabana club pool and close restaurants.
