We felt right at home. Wonderful house with plenty of separate sleeping spaces for everyone. We loved having the pool right there and also having access to the Cabana Club. It's not the Ritz, but was just our style. Kitchen is very well outfitted, had everything we needed to cook Thanksgiving dinner.

Location was fantastic and great neighborhood and people. I'd rather deal directly with a homeowner than a rental service personally but it was our first time. I truly would love to rent this home again. Huge dock with fish cleaning station for the fisherman. Absolutely quiet at night to just relax and dip in the pool. Spacious parking and Absolutely HUGE shower in the master bathroom. I can't say enough good about the amenities even with 1 bad.

This home has most everything you need, including tons of space. The house has plenty of towels including beach towels. Kitchen is fully loaded and with the exception of a Keurig I cant think of a thing we needed and couldn't find. From Pool toys to shampoo, conditioner and body wash. There is a fan in the closet for those of you that need the noise to sleep. We didn't get to see any manatees, but caught a few fish from the dock, plenty of pelicans and seagulls hanging around. The cabana club was a nice bonus for a colder, bigger pool and lounge spot on a small private beach. (you can't take any food or drinks in with you, FYI) One thing, if you get cold take you own blankets. Tons of spare pillows but no extra blankets. One nice thing I appreciate was left over supplies like seasoning and coffee filters. Nice to not have to purchase for a week.

Chose this property because it is one story for my 2 year old grandson. Loved everything about it - convenient location, house layout, pool, dock. All were perfect. Will definitely check availability for my next trip to the keys.

The house was very nice the only confusing part was the car situation. They want your car info ahead of time and if you’re renting that can make it complicated.

this place was a dream! our family fit very well and having the boat right there was PERFECT! the pool and back seating area was great and even got to bbq up some of our catch from the day. there were a couple hiccups but they were very responsive and quickly addressed any issues.

The house was on a deep water dock with pool & tiki area. Met all our needs for a large group with two young children. The kitchen had all we needed, there was a bait freezer, pool floats & pool toys. The sunsets & wild life were great too (pelicans, manatee, iguana, fish). We loved the walk ability of the neighborhood & use of the Cabana Club too! Thanks for a wonderful stay!!

We recently stayed at the Key Colony Beach house for a family vacation and were THRILLED with the accommodations. The house listed as sleeping 10 and there was plenty of room for everyone. The house was clean with everything in working order, the pool and tiki hut were a pleasant addition. We will consider this property for our next vacation and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a lovely, safe place to stay.

This property was great, and overall we had a really nice stay. There were a few minor cleanliness items which we took care of in the first hour, but everything after that was super. The house was everything the listing promised. It was spacious and had plenty of room and places for the 7 of us. The pool, outdoor space and dock were excellent. We spent quite a bit of time lounging out there. I had a question during the stay and Danielle (Vacasa) got back to me quickly, despite being on vacation herself, which I really appreciated. If there was one thing that was somewhat bothersome, it was the customer service texting service. I won’t go into great detail in this review, since it has little to do with the property itself, but it was tedious and super frustrating. I don’t want this to be negative, so in conclusion, I give this property a full 5 stars and would recommend it to anyone looking for a good-sized house in a secure, quiet neighborhood, right smack in the middle of the Keys!

Beautiful and well kept property!

This is a great home for a multi family vacation. Very spacious and beautiful. Kitchen is well equipped and user friendly. Back yard is wonderful: Awesome pool with outdoor shower, tiki hut with comfy seating and excellent gas grill for cooking. There were tons of extra bed linens, pillows, bath towels and pool towels.
While we LOVED this house for a vacation with my parents and sister’s family and I would 100% recommend it, a few notes if you are considering renting: The air in the house is challenging — every room was a different temp and was difficult to control. Beds are very squeaky. Finally there aren’t really any extras — no beach chairs, umbrellas, fishing rod, kayak, or pool toys, so be sure to plan ahead on that!
Walking to Sunset Park for the singing sunset is not to be missed when staying in this house. What a fun experience!!!

Other than the air conditioner not working in one of the rooms, the place was great. My family enjoyed the poolside by the canal. Property manager Daniele was on top of everything. Thank you for a great stay.
