KC89 - Relaxation Station

The house had everything we needed with somebody nice features, such as the outdoor pool. It was a very quiet neighborhood. Any stores we needed were within a 5 minute drive.

Everything was great! Only thing was master shower has a slow drain and the second bedroom air conditioner leaked water really bad. I reported the issues and never heard back.

Everything here was perfect! It was clean, well stocked with the most needed items and we would definitely stay here again! The boat dock had plenty of room for our 22’ boat, just wish we had cleats to tie to, but that’s the only constructive feedback we have! It was the perfect size for us and exactly what we needed!

Check in and it was paradise from the start. Clean through out close to stores, pool was amazing staring at beautiful palm trees and the canal.

House was perfect for our family of 4. Having the pool was a huge bonus on hot days! House is close to stores, restaurants, activities and beaches. We loved being on Marathon, but especially loved being back in the private neighborhood of Key Colony.

Loved this stay. Exactly like the pictures. Easy check-in and check-out. Quiet, peaceful location. Cute and cozy home. Very clean and new feel. Kitchen had everything we needed. Bed was very comfortable. Great internet connection. Air conditioner and fans worked great. Excellent shower pressure. Washer/dryer appreciated. Loved the clean pool. We paid extra is have the pool heated. Beach towels provided. We enjoyed sitting outside next to the canal. Lots of outdoor seating. Walking/biking path nearby.

We loved the location. We stay in Marathon every year. We were very happy with this house, it was set up perfectly, easy to get out to the ocean, and great area.

The beach house cottage (2 Bedroom / 2 bath) was perfect for our fishing trip. Easy access by boat and vehicle. The cottage is newly re-furbished, bright, and modern. Pool & Bait freezer are an excellent touch. All new laundry equipment.
It would be nice if there were cleats on the dock to tie up a boat, but not an issue. Also, buildup of clams on the dock posts, it would be nice if they were removed to prevent boat from getting scratched... This is not a knock against the property, just some observations. The listing still is posted incorrectly....showing it as "KEY LARGO, FL" instead of Key Colony Beach. I pointed this out when I booked the trip, and they informed me it was located in Key Colony Beach, but this has not been corrected.
Overall, we had a great stay at the Beach Cottage.

I would have to say the whole rental process for this trip was the easiest one we have done. Or maybe we just got the hang of it. But regardless we had a great time!
