Best Anniversary Vacation!!

We loved the easy access to so many amenities with where this home is located. This home is comfortable and equipped with anything you may need. The lanai that overlooks the canal is great for relaxing after a day filled with adventure and exploring the surrounding areas! Will definitely book here again in the future!

Nice waterfront property

we thoroughly enjoyed our stay 31 7th St. We rented a boat and were able to utilize the dock. It was also nice to have the extra life jackets available. We would definitely come back.

We loved our stay. Waking up to see the water every day was fantastic. There is a 9 hole golf course right across the street. Basketball, Bocci and Shuffle Board. Perfect vacation.

A beautifully presented and spacious 2 bed, 2 bathroom house. Easy walking distance to the local pub and beach bar. The private dock made it very easy to hire a boat and keep right out the back of the property. Really friendly and helpful neighbours who gave us lots of tips on the best places to fish and some free bait. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a place to stay in Marathon.

Lovely place!

We enjoyed our stay here so much. The cottage was so clean and very cute decor. The neighborhood was so nice and we enjoyed the use of the Cabana Club just a short walk away to the beach. Highly recommend!

Wonderful spot

Don’t be like me and overpack!! I thought I needed a lot but once we got there and saw the par 3 golf course, the bocce, and the shuffle board right across the street I knew we wouldn’t be going much. We brought our kayaks and put them in the water and went every morning and evening. We biked the super short walk to the beachfront for sunsets. Again tho-the it’s aren’t know for beaches so don’t plan to walk to that one and swim. You will go drive a couple miles for the closest beaches. Good food within walking distance. Two great happy hours within walking distance and the Inn and Sparkys. The place on the beach can’t think of name but it had amazing beet tacos-don’t knock it till you try it. The house itself is perfect, no complaints at all. We will be going back year after year. Oh and look into flight’s to Orlando then $54 gets you a flight to marathon. Your about a mile from the house from the airport!

I can not say enough about this home. I dont know if it was just so peaceful or if it was the friendly neighbors who are so welcoming. It could have been the amazing weather or the manatees swimming up to OUR dock!! When you come here, you are at one with nature. Take the kayaking tours. It's worth it! Please take a small trash bag with you anytime you go out, pick up all trash. It's beautiful, beyond beautiful. It definitely made me make a 5 year plan!

A super charming and cozy home in a great location. We really enjoyed sitting out on the back porch and enjoying the view of the canal, and the front of the house faces a nice little park-slash-golf course, which was a nice surprise!
The kitchen is well-stocked and the living room is comfortable. The internet struggled a little in the far back master bedroom, and there were a few quirks when we stayed, but when I brought up any issues Vacasa was quick to respond and find a fix!
Overall, a lovely little home that's great for a relaxing Keys vacation.
