The location and comfort of Vacasa was so awesome. We enjoyed every aspect of the place! It’s a very laid back cozy unassuming atmosphere that offered relaxation and a fun place to share with friends. We enjoyed the kayaks and fishing from the pier. Thanks for a wonderful place to spend time with our traveling buddies!!

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy cottage on the lagoon! The kitchen was well-equipped, and the beds were very comfortable, each with its own individual AC unit and controls. The back deck was perfect for enjoying dinner with a beautiful view. We loved the added bonus of kayaks and bikes for the kids. Easy access to the dock made bringing our boat a breeze, with fuel conveniently close by (note: no parking for a boat trailer). Communication with the management company was fast and efficient through text for any questions or issues. Would definitely recommend for a relaxing waterfront getaway!

Beautiful Keys Place . One thing I would recommend is another hose at the fish cleaning station .! Other than that I loved the place and I’ll stay again for sure !

Our family loved our stay! We enjoyed the beautiful view and absolutely loved having a private dock to fish at. We caught a few keepers that we were able to enjoy. Nice quiet space and a couple of places that were walkable nearby. The house was cozy and the outdoor space was very inviting with ample seating.

This was a great place to stay! We were able to rent a boat and dock it at the air bnb. It was also really nice having 4 Kayaks and 2 Bikes.
It is very close to the nest restaurant we have been to "The Island Fish House."
It wad very clean and accommodating.

Nice and clean house right on the water with convenient access to both Atlantic and Gulf waters.
Our 24 foot boat fit comfortably with no issues. Marina in Key colony is easy to access for gas and boating needs.
Couple great places to eat in the area. Our family favorites were Castaways and Irie Island Eats.

We had the most amazing stay. The place was clean. Very comfortable home from home.
It was unfortunate that you couldn’t swim nearby, but we went to sombrero beach every evening for a swim after being out most of the day. Only a 10 minute drive.
I would recommend anyone to stay here whether you’re a family or a couple.
We had the best time would definitely stay again.
And thank you to the visitors before for leaving the beach chairs we used them every day xxx

Me and my husband stayed here for 7 days for our honeymoon, we had a blast, the location was awesome, it’s kinda hard to use the kayaks off the dock but we did a few times and enjoyed it! We bought chairs and left them there so we hope future guests enjoy!!!

Absolutely loved this house! It had everything we needed for our family of 5 which included two children, 6 and 11. It was a great location, close to everything in Marathon. We spent a lot of time in the amazing outdoor seating area, fishing and watching the sea life which included dolphins and manatees! There is a wide walking lane in front of this home and you are able to walk to restaurants and the park. This was our first time staying in the Keys, so we didn’t know the public beach on Key Colony does not allow swimming. That was the only drawback, but not the rentals fault. We went to Sombrero beach almost every day which is about an 8-10 minute drive from this home and has a wonderful playground as well. Definitely recommend this home!

Home was clean and well maintained. Air conditioner split units throughout the home kept us cool at all times, despite the super hot temperature outside. The twin bedroom was only accessible through one of the king guest rooms, however, there was an outside door that you could go through to access the twin room (to avoid going through the king room). That could be a bit awkward unless its your kids in the twin room I guess. Also, the doors to each of the two King rooms were sliding barn doors that were easily opened (no lock), did not cover the full opening of the doorway, which did not provide full privacy. None of this really bothered us! We got to see manatees come up to the dock at night. There were plenty of pots/pans/utensils etc. in the kitchen. An extra freezer outside which was great for storing extra ice. Only thing this house is missing is an outdoor shower. I would definitely stay here again!

Pictures of the house are right on. Very clean and while designed. AC was amazing! Every rooms AC worked great. Believe me; you need it in the middle of May. lol Inside and outside of the house was very nice. The dock was the best part. Also, both neighbors on each side live there all the time. They all were super nice. The town itself was an older community. It's not the area for the bar seen and partying.

The house is older but very cozy and has everything you need. The sunrise view is spectacular! Great place to lounge and have coffee every morning. Close to everything in Marathon.

We had an amazing time here. this location is great and close to all attractions, shopping and restaurants. we stayed here for almost 2 weeks. we saw dolphins , tarpon and manatees from the back porch. the kitchen was updated and had everything we needed for cooking. the price we paid was fantastic and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
