KC98 - Sea Pointe on the Canal

This was our first time staying at Key Colony Beach. We usually stay in Islamorada. This lovely, open concept home is the perfect canal location and walking distance to Sunset Park and the Cabana Club. The staff at the Cabana Club are wonderful! Amenities in this home are top notch and the view is beautiful! We definitely plan on returning here in the future. Thank you for a wonderful stay! The Rowlands from Maryland

The kitchen could have used a few more items. Who wants to have to buy foil, coffee filters, oil, baggies and garbage bags for trash, a few laundry pods and recyclables for just one week stay. For the prices you pay maybe these things could be provided. The house was lovely.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Key Colony!! The home was extremely clean and smelled fresh. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we could need to prepare our meals. There’s a coffee maker and a Keurig which we appreciated. The beds were comfy. They had new washer and dryer. The place was so much better than the pictures. We would definitely stay here again. It was a great neighborhood. Everyone was friendly. We felt safe. A good place to relax and enjoy yourself. I would definitely recommend this place!! We hated to leave!! The weather was perfect. Thank you for an amazing stay!!

Absolutely loved this location. KCB is perfect for bike riding to several restaurants. This home had it all. Loved the en suite as it offered a shower, bath and tons of storage. Mattresses were extremely comfortable. Kitchen fully stocked. Spent hours on the deck enjoying the canal and wildlife. Grilling area came in handy too. Nicely decorated and A+ for cleanliness. Perfect vacation home.

Home seemed to be freshly remodeled. I was relieved to find out that the photos of the balcony were not up to date. The plastic chairs in photos have been replaced by a table and chairs seating for 6 and a second seating area with chairs and coffee table to enjoy the beautiful view. We spent a lot of time out there and I almost didn't book the place because of the lack of inviting furniture but that's been remedied! The kitchen was very well stocked with all the items you'd need. There are plenty of linens, beach towels. The listing says there are no hair dryers but there is in each bathroom. The master bath also has a walk in shower not shown. No beach chairs or umbrellas however the membership to the Cabana Club was nice and we enjoyed a couple days there. Unit has some games that was nice to play. Overall I would absolutely stay here again. We really enjoyed the Key Colony Beach area.
