KW23 - Atlantic Ocean View

The property was well located in Key West, being close to many of the activities. We rented a golf cart for convenience and were happy with our central hub being the VRBO property. Also, when at our place, we enjoyed the massive outdoor space, in the form of an amazing natural courtyard with native plants and trees, as well as the pool, hot tub, and beach,…we walked along the beach several times.

It was a great place to stay! The pool/beach was great! Just a few things that should get fixed. The facet in the kitchen doesn’t retract, check the hide a bed after every guest leaves, knives are not sharp, I would definitely stay there again.

1800 Atlantic is just a great spot... The key situation at the different doors is absolutely terrible... But if they ever get the whole building keypad or key card it's best place in key West if you want beach, but close to old town

The property was clean, and beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and dishes. I highly recommend Vacasa, the rental department. The check-in was a breeze, and they were so nice to deal with. The condo stay was great but a few issues. Please replace the ceiling fan in the living room. All 4 blades are sagging. Our husbands were over 6ft so they almost hit their heads several times. The Condo's are nice, but the residents do not care much for visitors. There are ridiculous rules posted everywhere. Such as, you have to listen to music on your headphones, no coolers or drinks at the pool. We had several residents that were quite rude. I can't imagine if we were younger individuals. Other than this we enjoyed our stay.

The condo was exceptionally clean. Vacasa communicated with us before and during our stay. There was a window in the living area that wouldn’t close, thus letting in warm air while letting cool AC air escape. Within thirty minutes of our call, someone was there to fix it. The only negative we might have is with the bathrooms which could use an update.

What a fun and whimsical house!! Loved the themes and colors. Everything about the house is easy and comfortable. The rooms all look more spacious and well laid out in person than the photos would suggest. This was basically my wife’s dream house. We barely parked the car and she was already emotional at the beauty of this place. Checking in was super easy. And the information binder is loaded with everything you’d need to know about the property and hot spots around town. The beds were all very comfortable. I’m thinking the type where your partner in bed doesn’t feel it when you get up or move around. Both showers were great. Good water pressure and could get really hot if needed. Plenty of pool and bath towels. The kitchen has everything you would need; all types of coffee machines and cookware (neither of which we partook in!!). The appliances are pretty new and good quality. Nothing about the place feels “rental”, it all feels like a home. This was a hot week, 115-120deg every day, and the pool felt magical. I pulled one of the patio umbrellas close to the pool to keep the sun off my dome while we just sat there and cooled off. The pool guy kept it clean. He came twice in the week we were there, very early in the morning, and was in and out with no bother at all. The neighborhood was in a perfect spot for us; close enough to the main strip but still very quiet and relaxing. So much to where you’d need to poke your head up over the hedges to notice there’s any houses around you. Actually, there might not have been anyone in the neighboring houses the entire week. Bonus for us! Palm Springs takes the noise ordinance very seriously and we’re the types that benefit from that. Steven, the concierge, was always available if needed with a text. And the owner, Scott, was very communicative as well. They really care about the house and it shows. There’s not one thing that would make me hesitate to rent here again. Pure enjoyment.

We spent almost 2 weeks here and loved the access to the tennis courts( 3 total and one is clay topped!) and swimming pool. The view was lovely and sometimes you could hear the ocean. The shower was amazing-great water pressure. The master bed was comfortable. One minor drawback; you can hear the neighbors quite clearly. We rented bikes from the Bikeman- easy peasy, they deliver and their prices are great! A fabulous way to explore the area and get supplies for eating in.

This was a great spot to stay in Key West. Close enough to the action but far enough away where you don’t hear the party going all night. A couple things to note - there is no access to the ocean directly from the property. There is a beach but the waterfront is roped off - not a huge issue as there is a pool on site and the public beach is just around the bend. We were unable to get the cable working on the tv in the living room. Luckily we had an amazon fire stick in the group and we’re able to use that. Otherwise it was a perfect stay!

The unit was great. We went for a long weekend Sat-Wed from NJ. 2 adults, 2 kids (5 and 2), and 2 grandparents. The kids loved the pool. We rented a golf cart for traveling around town which I recommend. The only minor comment is you have to stop at the vacasa office in another property about ten minutes away on your way in and out to pick up keys and drop off keys. Not a big deal but one extra stop on your way to and from the airport. You would think there could be a key drop on site at the property to skip this step.

We rented for a three-day visit to Key West. This unit is close enough to bike to the downtown and historic districts (or all the way around Key West for the adventurous!) But it was also just far enough away to avoid late-night noise. The photos don't do the sunsets nor the general property justice -- it's part of a larger complex with lovely gardens, a nice pool, an outdoor "library," and other amenities. We weren't there long enough to take advantage of all of them, but enjoyed the view, the walk through the garden area, and the pool. The unit itself is very KeyWest-y, and the decor is a bit dated. But it was clean and comfortable, and the kitchen was great. Truly enjoyed ourselves, especially the double balconies. Nice but limited view of the ocean (we overlooked the lush trees), but there are other units in the complex with a direct ocean view. Would definitely rent again, particularly if the unit was a bit updated.

Great location - close enough to cycle or Uber to downtown area, but far enough away that it's quiet at night. Nice complex - great pool, garden walk, and access to the beach. Also close to a pier for those who like to fish. Limited view of the ocean, but we enjoyed the double balconies in the evening and early morning.

Everything was just as stated online when we booked. The property was so beautiful and wonderfully maintained. Our only suggestion was to provide more than one key to enter the building. We had our college age children with us and they wanted to do things on their own. With only one key, it was a juggling act to see who would keep the key and make sure they were the first back. Other than that we had an amazing week and would definitely return to the same condo again. The best part was being close to all the shopping, but not being too close that we had to deal with the noise at night. Just a perfect week that left us with wonderful memories.

Great spot to hang out in key west for a few days! Quiet, and the accommodations are perfect, pool, jacuzzi, beach chairs- tennis courts if your into that. Air conditioning is nice good view for sunrises.

We only wish that we had more time to enjoy the pool and beach as it was gorgeous, and we spent most of our time on Duval St and walking around. Customer service was great, and we received extra towels, pillows and blankets when it was requested. The only recommendation regarding the condo that I have is that make sure the cleaning people mop the floor before any new guests check in. Apart from that, we were very happy with the condo from the kitchen to the beds to the balcony area.

Very well maintained, the rooms are comfortable and spacious. The sunken-in jacuzzi in the master bath is so unique. The wrap around balcony gives a slight view of ocean, and is so pleasant to watch the sun set. Since we stayed during a major Key West event, we didn't have the opportunity to enjoy the condo as much as we'd have liked. Check-in and check-out was very simple and the management company staff very friendly. We will definitely be back.

There were a few minor repairs that are needed, but aside from being eyesores, there was nothing that negatively impacted our stay. We did have to call and have the lock on the door fixed, but the rental staff and the maintenance crew were very helpful and responsive. It was fixed within a few hours.

From the minute we arrived to Key West Rentals, the managment employees were prompt and efficient. Picking up the key was a breeze. The condo we rented was amazing!! You cannot beat this location. We were right on the beach. The condo itself, was clean and so comfortable. The kitchen was fully loaded. Clean towels every day as well. The bedrooms were so nice as well. The condo is so roomy that you never feel like you're on top of each other. The building is secure as well. The only thing i wish the building had was key cards to enter the property/condos. It was a little cumbersome using regular keys. Besides that, we'll be back again! You wont be sorry with this condo!

The pool area was amazing, right by the water and only a short Uber ride to duval street. I would definitely stay again. The only think we had trouble with was there was no salt and pepper shakers, so the one night we cooked we had some trouble with that. :)

The pool and hot tub were nice and well-landscaped, and we could easily walk to the beach, or over for a Cuban coffee in the morning. We usually took a taxi to Mallory Square/Duval Street, at least during the day when it was too hot to walk. The kids also enjoyed the tennis courts, when camp wasn't in session. They gave us four sets of keys, so we could split up and do different activities if we wanted. The condo itself was nice, and there was a pretty view with a slice of ocean you could see from the outdoor patio. It fit six of us easily, my husband and I in the master bedroom, the girls in the smaller one, and the boys on the pull out sleeper sofa. And it was very clean -- we were told that housekeeping would only come if we called them, but they actually came more often. It was nice that there is a full kitchen there with a dishwasher, and full laundry inside the unit too. We liked having wifi there for our devices, or to hook up Netflix on the one day it rained. It was a perfect home away from home for our week in Key West.

We loved this condo! It was very spacious for 6 girls. We went there for a Bachelorette Party and loved the view, pool area and the spacious rooms and kitchen. The condo is just a quick bike or cab ride from anything you would want to do in Key West. The place was clean and someone came by each day to offer cleaning and new towels. The outside of the building is a little scary but very nice when inside. We were overall impressed and felt like we got a deal on the price for a holiday weekend.

4 of us went to the Florida Keys for my 50th birthday and we had a blast. The condo we stayed in was amazing everything we could want or need was available. Plenty of room for the 4 of us. The people were wonderful. We definitely would stay there again. We were glad we stayed on the beach instead of Duval street. The pool and spa area is well cared for, not too busy and overlooks the Atlantic ocean. It is not in walking distance of all the active areas of Duval Street, but just a quick taxi ride away and a very peaceful location. The beds are very comfortable. TV's in both rooms and larger TV in living room. The wifi was superb, 25Mbps and great range. We had a great experience with the management company and their concierge service that books activities and recommends specific companies with better reputations. The room is well equipped for a long stay.

We could not have been more pleased with our condo unit. It was beautiful and had everything we needed. The pool and Jacuzzi were fantastic. OUR ONLY COMPLAINT IS THAT THEIR WAS A LOT OF BROKEN GLASS ON THE BEACH AND THE PATH TO GO TO THE BEACH. WE WOULD DEFINATELY STAY THERE AGAIN!
