KW242FLR - Petronia Paradise

This house was one of my better vacation rental choices. We loved the privacy when outside and floating in the heated pool. Thank you for the pool floats and bikes! Bonus! There was a nice daybed in the foyer area and was a great place to read, nap, etc. Location was good and very quiet, not right downtown, but walkable or bikeable to everywhere in Old Town and the Seaport area. I would stay again if available

This house is perfect for two couples to share and enjoy Key West! It has two master bedrooms with attached baths. It is walking distance to anywhere on the Island you want to go!

My stay was wonderful! I loved how quiet the neighborhood was and the amenities that the house had. The pool was much needed given how hot it was. I enjoyed having the bikes readily available and did not need a car for my entire stay! Easily walkable or bike-able to Duval street. Having a grille was also very convenient and I used it many times for dinners. I will definitely be back in the future! Key west is a great place to get away for a vacation and this house was the perfect place and location!

Very comfortable home , pool was refreshing with nice landscaping neighbors were friendly , Only minutes away from beaches and Duval street by Uber or Lyft and both was always available .

I really enjoyed my stay in Key West. My husband and I didn't want to be on Duvall or right in the middle of all the excitement because we wanted to spend our time in a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. This house gave me that and much more. It's close enough, about a 10 to 15 minute walk, or shorter when we rode our bikes to downtown or the waterfront. I have vacationed in Key West several times, and I discover more each time I return. I will definitely stay here again. The pool was awesome, and I love the privacy of the backyard. The home had everything we needed for our stay.

Petronia Paradise was a great house and we loved our stay there! Weather for August was not bad, upper 80s almost every day. The sun was strong, but it was summer and usually there was a nice breeze. Pool was awesome with lots of palm trees for privacy. Loved the outdoor shower, gas grill, and pool floats. The house had everything we needed. We mostly biked or walked everywhere. Did not use the car that much unless we were doing a big grocery run, going to Stock Island, or traveling further up the keys to Big Pine, Marathon, Etc for other activities.

Loved everything about this house! Location worked well for us. Close enough to walk or bike to Duvall or the Waterfront, but in a quiet area and just a few blocks to a local grocery store, cafés, etc. Pool was awesome! Loved floating at night looking up at the stars. Deck gets some shade right around happy hour time so was perfect for grilling and cocktails. Will deffinately stay there again.

Loved it. Lovely location. Great size. Only small issue is that the tankless hot water heater isn't really hot. But it's the Keys, so that doesn't matter much.

Perfect place to get away from the hustle and bustle of reality and enjoy a weekend away. The quaint house sits on a quiet street, but in walking distance to the downtown area and all of the great ammenities that key west has to offer. The house was beautifully decorated and the pool/ deck area was very private and spacious. Overall, I loved staying here and will continue to book this place in the future when I come back to vacation!

What a lovely cottage on a quiet street in Old Town, Key West. Each morning I enjoyed taking in the beautiful scenery on my long walks and then after floating in the pool, even at night! Because there were bikes, my husband and I were able to bike around the island, and I was thrilled that we were within walking/biking distance to all the great restaurants and cafes. I thoroughly loved my time at Petronia Paradise, and I will definitely be back next year!
