Loved this condo in the Shipyard Condominium complex. Condo was very clean and well-stocked with all the amenities needed. Location was within easy walking distance to sites, restaurants, and bars. We would definitely stay here again!

We have stayed at this condo 4 or 5 times now. Highly recommend for many reasons including cleanliness, location and the overall Key West experience. Shipyard Condos, where this condo is located, is gated and safe. Area is quiet and clean. Location is within blocks of local attractions, restaurants and Duval. Watch the sunset at Truman Annex- a 5 minute walk- for the best view on the island. Beds are comfortable, the rental is very well appointed. Has always been spotless clean. Do note that during the week, 8-5 there is almost always work going on around the complex (maintenance, gardening, etc) which can cause some daytime noise. The entire complex is very well maintained, so this hasn’t bothered us during our previous stays. Highly recommend—- we will be back!

So close to everything we needed!

This was our third staying at this condo- it’s been fantastic each and every time. Beds are very comfortable (this is very important to us!), the washer and dryer is great for extended stays, , it is clean, quiet and safe. As far as location goes, you won’t find a more convenient spot in KW- the shipyard condos are centrally located.

This was a wonderful place to stay, I have used Vacasa the last two year while staying in Key west and will only continue to use them wherever I’m down there. Their staff is super friendly and always happy to help. In regards to the home, it was a fantastic place to stay. Extremely comfortable, and great location, about two blocks from Duval Street and a super close scooter drive to everything else!

The condo has everything you need, it is comfortable and extremely clean. The condo is within walking distance to many restaurants, the Truman Annex (check out the Farmers Market Thursdays) and Duval. We Cycle Key West (bike rentals) is right up the street and we also recommend the Courthouse Deli. also.

This is our second time staying at this location with Vacasa. We chose it the second time because of how great the experience was the first time. One of our biggest factors was the location. Being in the Old Town of Key West makes this place easily walkable to almost everything. We walked to many of our excursions and all of our dinners because the location is so central. The neighborhood comes with a parking space and a great shared pool, where we met many great people. We love the gated community, and felt very safe there. We also chose this AirBnB because of the condo itself. The condo features a beautiful deck with umbrellas, chairs, and a table, which we enjoyed sitting in and enjoying the beautiful weather. We were provided with extra towels, toiletries, and all the amenities mentioned in the listing. It was exceptionally clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay here again in the future if the space is available.

Fantastic stay at this wonderful lodging in a great location. The unit was spotless and well equipped. It is located just a few blocks off of Whitehead and Duval so you are near all the action but it is very quiet. The front and back porches are a great feature. Would highly recommend this for your Key West vacation!

Condo was extremely clean and had everything that you would need and in a nice location. Only drawback was the small bathroom. The door interfered in front of the sink area so you always had to shut it when getting ready. Otherwise the place was perfect for me and my husband.

The beautiful condo in the Truman Annex gated community was an absolute sanctuary for us and we felt right at home. The unit is squeaky clean with very comfortable furnishings and we loved the beach motif. We rented bikes the entire week and literally biked everywhere, the safe and quiet location could not have been any better! The swimming pool was great too for our kids at the end of the day.

Perfect vacation condo for our family of 4 ( 2 parents and 2 teenagers).
Ideally located in old town Key West- in Truman Annex, easy walk and easier cycle to Fort Zachary State Park, Duval Street, historic Truman Annex, Mallory Square , amazing restaurants, shopping, beaches , and waterfront.
Other than our day trip to Bahia Honda- we had no need for a car.
Everything about the unit was as described and clean. Just a perfect place for a short term stay .
Vacasa communications were clear and proactive.
Would absolutely stay again for our next visit to Key West.

We really enjoyed our stay here! It is in an amazing location that is walking distance to shops, restaurants, the beach, a park and a fun spray park; which we loved going to. There was also a nice Farmer's Market Thursday evening along the Waterfront that we enjoyed going to. This property had everything we needed and we enjoyed the outdoor space and the community it was in. We would definitely recommend this property!

We had such great time! The condo is located just a few blocks from the buzzing Duval Street where all of the shopping and eateries are located. It is located in the Truman Annex- safe, quiet and picturesque. We rented bikes & went everywhere exploring Key West... no need for car. Enjoyed morning coffee on the outside deck, beautiful. Really enjoyed pool time & met lots of nice people there. Would definitely stay there again!

We were very happy with our stay. The proximity to Duval Street and to the shipyard annex swimming pool was a great attribute to this location. Highly recommended. We had an excellent time staying in Shipyard. This condo could not be in a more perfect location - beautiful and quiet surroundings within walking distance of virtually anything in the historic district. Near great restaurants, bike rental, the grocery store, pharmacies and only a block from the gorgeous Truman Waterfront Park. The porch is perfect for morning coffee and the pool is only a short walk away. The unit was very clean and accurately described. Looking forward to staying here again!

We had a great time at Shipyard Seaclusion. The apartment is exactly as pictured, perfect for a family of four. Kitchen has all equipment so we cooked some meals home. The best part of the apartment is the location. It is 10 min walking distance to Ft Zachary beach, which we thought was the best beach in the island, with all the trees providing shade, ample picnic areas and the restaurant with nice staff. We were able to walk everywhere from the apartment, including Faustos supermarket, less than 10 min walk. Check in and check out were easiest, instructions were clear. We also loved having morning coffees sitting in the front balcony behind the beautiful tree shade. Thank you.

Vacasa was responsive to all of our inquiries. The property was spotless and better than the listing photos. The location is amazing, walk and bike everywhere. My only complaint would be that I wish the pool were open beyond dusk during the winter months, but those are the condo association rules so I realize this isn't within the owners control.

This is not my first stay with a VRBO property but it’s my first review. The managing company, Vacasa, was a joy to work with. Someone was available by phone late Sunday evening to remind me of the access code I failed to remember. They were in contact via text message to make sure the place was clean and to make sure we got in. I’m very happy with their service. I thought 661 square feet was going to be small. The pictures are a little outdated because they have a new couch which is a sofa sleeper. The beds are all memory foam and there are plenty of pillows, two portable fans for noise, and ceiling fans in every room. I’ve never slept so well in a VRBO rental. It had everything we needed other than a can opener. The best part is that it has two decks, one off of the kitchen in front and one off of the living room in back. The location is absolutely perfect. You won’t need a car for anything other than getting to the airport. You are two small blocks away from the action of Duval. What about groceries? The grocery stores deliver your food! It will sleep 5-6 people comfortably with the sofa sleeper in the living room. I’m not sure they want me to say that since it’s advertised as a 4-person.

We have been to Key West before and this time we wanted to stay at a condo. Shipyard Seaclusion was the perfect size for the 2 of us. I loved the well stocked kitchen as well as the double balconies. The location was great, short bike ride to the beach, Walking distance to the Duval Loop Bus as well as many bars & restaurants.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! The property was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked!  A quick walk to the shops on Duval, it’s a 1.5 block walk to the nearest bike shop where we rented bikes on two days we were there to putter around the island. Sunset at the Truman Waterfront park is amazing and an easy distance for walking or biking. (didn’t want to deal with the crowds on Mallory Square). The pool was really wonderful, we took advantage of morning and evening hours and mostly had the place to ourselves!  Having the washer and dryer in the unit was also a big plus. Would definitely recommend!

This is a great little rental in a cute community that's easily walkable to everything. It has everything you need including a washer and dryer and beach towels. If there is any downside, it's only that you don't have a waterfront view, but everything else is perfect. Highly recommended!

We stayed a week to explore Key West. The condo is extremely clean, well stocked with kitchen supplies, and close to many great restaurants and activities. We loved the short walks to see sunsets every evening and being close to Duval but also was nice to be able to return to a quiet area for the night. Fort Zachary beach right by us was also a plus. Definitely a plus having own parking spot. We had a wonderful time. Highly recommend.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about our condo. The location was five stars. We walked everywhere. I mean, we even walked to our snorkeling trip. There are so many shops and restaurants right within reach. Ft. Zachary Taylor State Park is basically in your backyard. The condo itself was very clean and provided all the basic amenities, even some beach chairs. We were able to cook a few meals. The hosts left us suggestions for their favorite places to visit and eat. Did I mention the amazing location? It’s worth mentioning again. The outside deck was beautiful. We spent quite a bit of time there watching planes fly over and iguanas hanging out in the palms. Definitely well worth the money.

The space was beautifully kept and well-stocked with everything you need to make yourself comfortable while away from home! The front porch and rear deck were an added bonus as well! This condo was the most INCREDIBLE value, space, and location. We were near the best beach, Duval when we wanted, but far enough away for quiet retreat to recharge. You MUST rent bikes from Eaton Bikes (they will deliver & pick up). Walk to RAMShead for breakfast and Bloody Mary’s—they are the best food & service. The condo had all the amenities with beach towels, chairs, and other things you need. The property is gorgeous and you’re closest to the sunsets.

Perfect LOCATION - the condo is a short walking distance to everything; close enough to all the action, bars, restaurants, attractions, but just off far enough away to enjoy some peace and quiet. The end unit was very bright, clean and had everything one would need to enjoy an 'at home' stay. We enjoyed both balconies, the wonderful pool and complex grounds. Cozy corner unit in a quiet development only a short walk from all the action in Old Town . Everything works great in the unit and is tastefully decorated. Great set up for a family . Rent a bike during you stay and lock it up in the bike stand just behind the designated parking spot . It’s the best way to get around and see all the sites in Key West .

This property is located in a beautifully landscaped, quiet part of town, yet only a short walk to the hustle and bustle of Duval Street. We enjoyed the use of the private community pool and walks along the Truman Waterfront Park, a short walk down the street. Condo is comfortable and well equipped. Would stay here again.

The condo was just as we expected, plenty of room for us to hang out, amazing front and rear porches to sit and have breakfast and happy hour drinks on. Nice and bright with the extra light from the end unit windows. The grounds are well kept, and having an off street parking spot is a huge bonus. We loved being able to walk to Duval street in minutes, and stopped at our favorite music spot, The Green Parrot, almost every night on our way back home.

Staying here was perfect!! We were in Key West for a family wedding, and we spent the week here. Being able to sit on the balconies for breakfast was relaxing. We love the fact that this space is in such a central location yet very quiet and private.
We brought our roku because we enjoy watching movies together as a family, so if you’re a Netflix fiend, keep in mind there are no smart tv’s. Then again, you’re on vacation in key west and the walk to Mallory Square to see the sunset is quick!
The property is very quiet, well maintained, easy to get around. My family and I would definitely stay here again. It felt like a home away from home.
PS the couch was SO comfortable!
