Three Flowers Guest house worked great for my family- the location was central to everything we wanted to do. The rooms were very comfortable and the staff at the management company was exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Vacasa was great. We got in earlier than we could check in, but we were able to leave our bags with them until we were able to check in so we didn’t have to walk around town with them. The house we stayed in was great. Clean, plenty of towels for the week, coffee pot, refrigerator and much more. We definitely enjoyed our stay. We would recommend to family and friends.

The place was very close to everything. We had a large group and this place could accommodate us.
I thought for 2-night stay it was rather pricey - but you really have to expect that in Key West. Everything is outrageously priced.

Overall the house was clean and trouble free. Great location. A few streets over from all the action on Duval but far enough to be noise free to get a good nights sleep. I would definitely recommend this place. Was a bit pricey, but reasonable compared to other properties in Key West, considering it was a festival weekend. Rooms were cozy, beds slept well, and no noisy neighbors. Top notch food is literally down the street. . Would I stay again? Yes indeed.

Myself and a large group of friends stayed here for four days and loved the location. The home is a large downstairs unit with two beds + a pullout couch and two smaller upstairs units, each with a bed + pullout couch. We had no issue sleeping the large group. The location was walkable to Duval St and other famous attractions (anywhere from 10-20 minute walk). Everyone at the office was very responsive and helpful!

Great place for a bachelor party. Very walkable to bars and restaurants. It was just outside the hustle and bustle of the main strip which made mornings easy. Plenty of space for the 13 guys on the trip. Highly recommend for anyones vacation meeds when visiting Key West.

The house was wonderful and historic. We all loved the location most of all. We didn't have to drive anywhere and still got to hit up all of our favorite spots in Key West. We had enough room for everyone and were comfortable in all of the units. Would recommend!

Really outstanding location, accommodations, and clean safe house. About 5-10 minute walk from all the Duval activities and maybe 15 from waterside rentals and fun stuff. Didn’t need a car at all in this place.
Host was super responsive, and easy to get in touch with. Will flag that when you rent the entire house that the 4 units are NOT connected at all internally (was not super clear from the listing) but not problematic as easy to get into each spot from external entrances.

Overall it was a nice place

Great place to stay. Each unit is set up just a bit differently. The main unit (which I called the one facing the street) is best during the day but probably the worst at night. Traffic, noise, trash trucks, lights etc can definitely keep you up.
The mattresses in some units are hard as a rock and others seem to be upgraded. Might want to do a “test for which bed” you want if traveling in a group.
They were very responsive to any text or messages sent. Plenty of parking! We had one 8 seat golf cart and 4 spots so we were golden but this is great of each couple wanted their own.
We will definitely be back!

We had 13 members of our extended family, ages 14-55, staying here. Plenty of room for our luggage from our week-long trip. Nice, spacious bathrooms. We travelled in three cars so the parking spaces were great! The location of the house was ideal. It was quiet. One block from all the hustle and bustle of Duval, just about in the middle from the Gulf to the Atlantic side. We rented bikes which were delivered before we arrived and picked up after we left. So convenient! We rode our bikes or walked everywhere. The only negative: The house was advertised with having external laundry, but it was locked with a key code and was not shared. We had counted on being able to do laundry for our week-long vacation.☹️

Place was as expected. Great location. We rented all 4 units, some are nicer and bigger than others. Check in was at 4, and they wouldn’t accommodate getting in any earlier or even leaving our bags on the property which was annoying. Although they did allow you to leave your bags at their office about .33 miles away. All in all it was a good spot, would recommend.

Our stay was great. Everything was super clean and accommodated 8 people well. Beds were very comfortable and the fact it is four separate units was great for our group. The best part about this place is that you are so centrally located in Key West. Restaurants, coffee, bars and shops are just steps away. I would highly recommend this place if you have a bigger group and would gladly stay here again!

This property was perfect for our family. We were in Town for a Family Wedding and each family unit was able to have their own space but we were still all in the same house. I would definitely rent again with a large group wanting their own privacy. There are 2 rooms upstairs and 2 downstairs and each room had a patio with chairs to sit outside. The kids loved the neighborhood chickens. We rented a golfcart for the weekend so we wouldn't have to worry about driving all over in multiple vehicles and there was plenty of space to park it. We had larger vehicles and it was a little tricky getting everyone in but once we were in it was great. I love that there was onsite parking and it was walking distance to Duval about 3 blocks from Fat Tuesdays for reference. All in all the house was great and fit our needs perfectly.

Rented all four units for my friends and family for a weekend Key West getaway. Location was PERFECT. Two blocks from Duvall and four blocks from the wharf. The property was very charming with Key West cottage appeal. Every couple had their own room / suite and we would meet in the Jasmine Suite to have breakfast, snacks, drinks and hang out on poarch. Three of the rooms had comfortable pull out couches. We had no problem sleeping 14. Four parking spaces too. Very convenient. Communication with property manager was exceptional. We loved it. Would most definitely come back again. We felt very welcome.

Location is superb.
The quality of the apartments is above average, with some recently renovated bathrooms and fairly nice interior overall. We did not care to spend much time at the place so there was nothing more we needed.
The only room for improvement would be that the pull-out mattresses are very thin, less than ideal. They are plenty large though.
Great value overall for a large group, especially given the location.

So much to love about this property and location is one of the main advantages. We also got lucky with great weather for a week. There was little information on the website about the aminities and that made it difficult to make plans e.g. can we make coffee and toast or is there another option. We were told there would be an outside grill but when we got there...none. A few days later we learned from the rental office that the fire marshall made them remove the grill.........that was an adjustment we were not really prepared for.

We visited with 4 couples! This place worked perfect for us. Each couple had their private apartment. Some had full kitchen others did not. We were able to hang out on the front porch together and then retreat to our own rooms. It was clean and nicely decorated. The location WAS PERFECT!!! Everything was walking distance!! We traveled to Key West during Boat Race Week, we love the privacy of the 4 separate units for 8 of us. The place was clean, we enjoyed the front yard at night and coffee and mimosas on the porch in the morning. The only downfall was our men got locked out of their units on Saturday afternoon. The girls were out day drinking after breakfast and when the guys went back to the house all of the codes had automatically changed. Luckily we were able to find a local number to call and have them changed. I would recommend having a number somewhere at the front door that people could find easily to call for any problems. It was rectified quickly.

It's hard to beat the location. You're a block off Duval and pretty much right in the middle. Grocery store right around the corner too. We reserved all four units, and I guess the only downside is that there isn't a common area between all four units if you have a big group. I get it though, given the layout of the house, so I won't knock it a star for that. Overall, no complaints really!

I would recommend this rental to anyone! Whether you are a family or a group of 8 rowdy bachelorettes (us). We rented all three units. Each having our own kitchen area and fridges. It was a short walk to all of the action of Duval Street and Dante's pool bar. Nice and quite while we were at the rental but minutes away from the excitement. The contacts at the rental company immediately answered emails, questions and phone calls. Maid service came daily with fresh clean towels. I loved it here!

Perfect place, a block off Duval so you have the convenience of a quick walk to the nightlife without having to hear it out off your bedroom window. We walked almost everywhere and enjoyed great excursions and wonderful seafood meals. The pool was a great escape from the heat. The properties were very clean and just wish we had access to the washer and dryer after we went to the beach one day. Our clothes didn't smell great but the appliances were never unlocked while we were at the properties. We did have a defective mattress on a sofa bed and after I contacted the office, we had a new one ASAP. We arrived early and the management kindly took us to a nearby restaurant and even moved (by a truck) all of our 33 pieces of luggage for us. Great service! There was 7 guys in there, which I would say would be the max you'd probably want to put in this place, versus the 10 it says it will hold. If you're coming down with couples I'm sure 10 would be fine though. The rental company was great, check-in after hours was easily described and easy to follow since we arrived after 6:00. The location was PERFECT for what we were looking for, no more than a 5-10 minute walk to be in the middle of all the bars on Duval. Definitely a great property to rent if you're on a budget, but you get a lot in the price you're paying. The pictures do a good job of showing what you're getting so there's no surprises when you arrive. Would've liked for the pool to be a little closer to us, but still having access to it was worth the walk.
