We had a wonderful stay and will definitely stay again! The place was so cozy and had everything that we needed! It was walkable to everywhere that we wanted to go and to the beach! We loved it!

Enjoy a leasurly walk to all of the famous historic sites, restaurants and thirst quenching locations, as well as the Sunrise's and Sunsets. Sit on the balcony, with your favorite beverage and enjoy some peaceful time in Old Town Key West. I will definitely return again.

This was our first time to Key West. The property was close to all of the main attractions but far enough away to be a quiet retreat. The space was perfect for 2 of us. Previous review mentioned a garbage truck that would pick up very early. This was true but short lived and easy to get back to sleep. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!!

Perfect place! The only complaint is the garbage truck parked right outside our room starting about 5am three mornings in a row and was there for about an hour and was VERY loud! Sounded like we were the central location for trash pickup for the whole street!

My wife and I had an amazing stay here. Two blocks from Duval, and centrally located making getting anywhere on Key West easy to access. We will be coming here again 100%. Clean, very nice and spacious one bedroom.

Very clean and comfortable. One block from Duval street so a little noisy with partiers and traffic. But a really fun location if you are up for the nightlife of Duval Street. We felt very comfortable and had a great time.

We enjoyed our stay so much! Perfect for two or three people. Pull out bed was fine for the teen. Super close to Duval St.
We were able to make breakfast in the kitchen which was a nice option.
Walkability was excellent!
Not so much a complaint as it is what it is…the trash comes for pickup every morning around 5ish which would be hard with a younger child ect.
Altogether, highly recommend.

Great little apartment super close to most things you’d want to do in Key West! Host was proactive with communication and gave very detailed instructions that made the self check in seamless. We arrived to a very clean and air conditioned apartment which we really appreciated. Area was nice, private, and quiet despite being so close to Duval St. Would definitely stay here again!

My husband and I enjoyed our recent stay in the Jamine suite. The place was super clean and we never heard or saw any neighbors. The "slow" season is a great time to visit Key West. Plenty to do without all the crowds. The house is on a beautiful street very close to all the fun on Duval Street. We appreciated the parking space since we parked there and then walked everywhere. We would happily stay there again. Check-in and out were easy and contactless. The VACASA staff were great with communication. The house and property are beautifully maintained. If you plan to do any actual cooking, be sure to bring all ingredients with you as there are no basic ingredients available. The Publix or Winn Dixie stores are not far though. You just need to drive to get there. The bed was very comfortable. No complaints!!!

Great group to work with. Perfect location, clean, and easy to get to. The only downfall was that we couldn’t park our car there until check in even though the allocated spots were all empty so we had to shuffle a bit at check in time. Otherwise hands down would use Vacasa Key West again!

Booked for one night and didn’t plan to spend much time there. Clean enough for us! Toilet needed a long hold on handle. TV was a bit messed upon arrival but my husband figured it out pretty quickly. Close to fire house several calls on a Thursday night but we were pretty tired from an active day and didn’t bother us much. Perfect location we rented bikes and kept our bags at the Vacasa main building after checkout. Thanks for offering this service!!

This place was in a perfect location to walk to all restaurants and bars. It was well kept and clean in a secluded area which made it very comfortable! I would recommend this place to anyone headed to key west!

Place was great and I went with 5 stars bc it had almost everything we hoped for and I hate to go down to 4 stars for my minor notes but I do want to note that it’s more like a hotel than an Airbnb apartment as far as amenities go. For example, coffee maker is a hotel coffee maker and only one days worth of coffee provided. And there’s not even salt and pepper provided. One of the reasons I like Airbnbs is to make some of our own meals. But to make anything you have to get every ingredient and I’m used to airbnbs that provide some of the essentials like a few basic spices and maybe olive oil kind of thing. This place is managed by what seems to be a property management company thats prevalent in the area and not an individual owner. That being said the location was great and pics do it justice and having our own parking was very key. Just a little note if any of that matters to you. Overall great place and would stay again.

Everything with the condo was great. The location is very close to Duval street, and many other attractions. Our host was very pleasant, and kept contact with us during our stay.

This was an awesome place to stay while in key west. They communicate extremely well, they called to check up on us and see how everything was going and I asked for a broom so that I could sweep the sand when we had come back from the beach. Not only was it there when we arrived, but they also swept the floor as well. Great amenities, very clean, prime location right next to duval and super accommodating check in. We arrived earlier than expected and they let us check in with no issues. Has everything you need from kitchen ware to the hairdryer in the bathroom. I highly recommend staying here. We will be back!

I can't say enough great things about this property. Being able to stay in a historic home, in the historic part of Key West was really special. Everything was within walking distance or short, free Duval Loop ride. The office staff at Vacasa were super helpful and friendly before, during and after our stay. We would definitely recommend Jasmine Suite and would stay here again.

The location is great; convenient walk to everything. The place is clean and fairly spacious. The only downside is that the building is owned & operated remotely so there is no one local to meet & talk to. Not what AirBNB use to stand for.

Good location! Very modern for a historical house. Very clean. Kitchen and fridge work well for us. Ceiling fans did not work. Both AC units worked very well. Maintenance staff was very friendly when they fixed the TV problem we had.The bed was very comfortable. They provided extra towels and beach towels.

Great location! My husband and I had a great stay in this apartment. It was easy to find, parking was directly behind the property and the self check in process was easy. All of the information we needed was provided the morning of our arrival. The bathroom has been remodeled and is nicer than the photos. A hairdryer and toiletries were provided as well.

We really enjoyed staying in the condo at this location during our recent visit to Key West. The condo was VERY clean and had a good supply of towels and linens for our group of three. The condo was nicely decorated and furnished. We really enjoyed having two small decks - especially for morning coffee or a little private time. The location was a very easy walk to Duval as well as several restaurants and the marina. Check-in was very easy at the condo. Having a designated parking spot (not street parking, but on property) was a huge plus for us. The host was also prompt and professional with communication with us. We would definitely consider staying at this location again.

My friend and I stayed for two nights at this apartment. Check in was a breeze (code locked door) and the apartment was much larger than we expected (two decks and a spacious living room). The bed was very comfortable. The location was walking distance to all the major attractions. Having parking was so ideal. The apartment was very comfortable! Love the location. Within walking distance of all the great things to do in Key West. Plus it has a parking space! Comfortable bed, nice size bathroom, great sitting/living room and 2 little balconies to sit on. Ice maker in the refrigerate is a nice plus.

We loved the Jasmine suite. It was clean, roomy, well equipped and had a comfortable bed. We enjoyed the outdoor patio also. Our friends, who traveled with us had the suite next door. We joined up on the patio daily for drinks and one night we even cooked fresh shrimp from the local seafood market . We walked to Mallory Square and to Duval Street where all the action is daily. We plan to stay there again the next time we visit Key West.

This is such a cute little apartment in an perfect location. So much is in walking distance. AND the fact that there's parking is amazing! Everything was clean and smelled great. I took my cousin and her husband that were visiting from south america. I slept on the sofa bed with my toddler. The only thing I didnt love was the sofa bed. It's not that comfortable (you can feel the metal bar under your back). BUT I still hope to come back with my husband soon.

Clean and comfortable, lots of nice towels, the window A/C units crank out the cold when needed. We rented both upstairs units (Jasmine and Orchid) to be kinda like adjoining rooms (connected by a porch, not a door) so if you have teens or 2 couples, def look into this! This Vacasa rental was our actual rental apartment when we lived in KW 20-something years ago so we were thrilled to get to relive those days, but with a vastly improved kitchen and bathroom! Light, bright, and has an unbeatable location! Plus, the parking lot is great if u rent scooters! New stove and fridge if u need it, but do yourselves a favor and just go to Blue Heaven!
The management company was informative and responsive. The info provided via email was easy to understand. We would def rent again!

My friend and I were celebrating our 30 years of friendship on this trip. Everything was perfect! The check in was super simple (just enter a code on the door), we walked into a very chill room as the AC was set to a pleasant 68 degrees. Much needed after a long drive on a hot day! I slept on the couch (I could have pulled out the sofa bed but didn't want to) She slept in the bedroom. It was very private and relaxing! The kitchen was great but we didn't really use it much. They just installed a range so we could have cooked on it. Shower and bath were as you expect for a hotel stay - pleasant! Overall everything was clean and comfortable. Would definitely go back!

Walking Distance to Everything, Including the Marina. We Stayed Sat - Wed & Only Took the Car Out to go to the Catholic Church & to the Southernmost Point. Clean Grounds, Clean Interior, Fresh Sheets and Towels. Definitely Has Everything We Needed. Felt Safe, Nice Neighborhood and Surroundings. Here's Why Local Mgmt Gets 2 Stars...... We Always Cook Our Breakfast in the Morning on Vacation & Drink Coffee and Try to Enjoy the Place We're Staying a Little Before Getting Out. The Suite Has an Induction Cooktop - Which Requires a Very Particular Type of Pot. Sunday Morning I Could Not Cook Breakfast because We Did Not Have the Correct Pots. We Reached Out to Mgmt at Noon to Request the Correct Pots. When we Left for the Day, I Left on Note on the Door Letting Housekeeping Know We Had Enough Towels etc and We Didn't Need Anything from Her at This Time. We Ran Into her in the Parking Lot and Let Her Know, We Didn't Need Any CLEANING. I did not Discuss the Pot Situation with her because We Called and Made that Request by Phone. All they Needed to do was Leave the Pots on the Chair or Table on Our Porch Outside Our Door. When We Came Back About 4 that afternoon, the Pots Were Still not There. I Made Another Call to VACASA. Local Mgmt Could Not be Reached. Made Another Call Again at 6, Asking if I Would Have Pots in the AM to Cook Breakfast. No Reply from Local Mgmt. We Didn't Get the Pots Until 10am Monday Morning, Well After Breakfast. Which for Us, After Grocery Shopping for Breakfast Items, We Wanted to Utilize the Convenience of Having Breakfast in Our Room - That's Part of the Vacation Experience We Enjoy, That's Why We VRBO Instead of Hotel. Lack of Communication is What was so Frustrating. All I Needed Were the Right Pots for the Stovetop. They Easily Could Have Been Dropped Off ANYTIME During the day Sunday on Our Porch While We Were Out. VACASA People that I Spoke to Were Helpful and Tried Their Best to Help Us. Local Mgmt is the One Who Let Us Down.

I highly recommend this place! VERY CLEAN!!! The shower needs a door that fully closes. The half glass door in the shower was not enjoyable. There were some tiny ants in the kitchen and bathroom but ... hey it’s Florida and it wasn’t that bad. The place is so beautiful.... I read that it is an older building which explains that it is not very well insulated. My best friend and I were right down the street from Duval St... which is great for food, entertainment and finding things that u just have to have or don’t really need. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay right in the historic and beautiful Key West. 💜🌴💜

The location and accommodations could not be better for the price. At one side of Old Town in the heart of 1800’s restored homes, great restaurants and Key West charm. We loved it. Owner should leave some detailed instructions about recovering tv signal once lost. I wasn’t familiar with the setup and it took awhile to coordinate the remotes.

We had a great stay! Perfect location & a nicely updated unit. Bathroom was modern, kitchenette was well supplied. Only suggestion would be the pull out mattress needs to be replaced. It would have been more comfortable to sleep on an air mattress. Fine for one night, but would have been tough for a multiple night stay!

Adorable little condo, just right for two. Jasmine Suite had the perfect Key West feel and was well kept and clean with updated amenities... not to mention situated in the perfect location! Just about anywhere you would want to go is within walking distance, as you're only one block away from Duval Street. But at the same time, you're far enough away that you can still get a good night rest! Would absolutely recommend to any couple visiting the island.

The room was clean and well laid out. Everything we needed for a short stay was available. The room was close to Duval St, but just far enough off that the area was quiet. The room is close to the boat docks, restaurants and stores. We did not rent a vehicle and were surprised to find out that a free shuttle was included from the airport to the room. The staff was amazing, professional and very accommodating. The AC works great. The pictures are accurate and we had zero negative “surprises”.

The Jasmine is great for two people. We had four and used the pull out couch which wasn't the greatest but what pull out couch is. The location is great but perhaps a little far to walk to most attractions. We rented an EV cart which was great for zipping all around Key West so we were fine.

We were here for the Keys 100 race and primarily wanted to stay off of Duval not far from Mallory Square. However with that there can be some noise. The room has 2 window units which created a white noise effect for sleeping, nice. I would stay here again if necessary. Parking was good, behind the house and off the street. Place was clean. Only a couple miles from Smathers Beach, we were able to drive there in a couple of minutes, though a bike rental would have been just as easy. Whether that was bars on Duval, Key West Bight, the Westin Marina, or the Southernmost Point, nothing was out of walking distance. Also, the private porch was a plus for sipping morning coffee before our exciting days. All in all the Jasmine suite was a relaxing spot to rest our heads, but the real value comes in the proximity to all the action historic Key West has to offer. Any communication was returned or followed up in a quick manner with a resolution or answer to our questions. They're a stand up business offering clean accommodations, daily maid service, and everything else is just a phone call away. In this unit you will get awakened by a trash truck very early 5ish, but can get right back to sleep because the beds are so comfy. Don't let comments about the truck dissuade you from renting this unit. It is loud but it's very short lived. The proximity to most of the action is just perfect. Great restaurants, shopping the the harbor are a few blocks awAy at the most. We enjoyed our airport pick up and they will return you to the airport too. Arrange that in advance so there are no surprises on either end. We would definitely rebook with key west vacation rentals again. Oh and the pool is a little walk but really everything is so easy to get to that we never minded it at all. The pool area was clean, quiet and decorated for Christmas while we were there. Great touch!!!!

The suite was clean and comfortaable. It is in a great location, close to Duval, yet away from the noise. (except for the wake up call from the garbage truck). That was not a problem, however. We just went back to sleep. The bed and linens were extemely nice. There were three of us and the property would have been large enough for four.

After viewing several locations online, we chose this location for several reasons. This one bedroom condo was perfect for just the 2 of us, it was near most things we were interested in, yet a block away from Duval Street so we could get away from the crowds. Although there was free onsite parking, we didn't have a car, didn't need one since we walked everywhere, from Old Town to Southernmost Point, and everywhere in between. Condo was clean and well maintained. A few days prior to our vacation, we ran into some issues back in Boston, and Craig was more than understanding and receptive to our needs and issue. Once on the island, we found ourselves eating out every night, and never took advantage of any the kitchen amenities, but they were there if needed. Will definitely stay in this condo again if available on our next trip.

Loved having a covered balcony for my morning coffee. Can't beat the location, we were able to walk to everything in Old Town. The trash truck was there as others have said but if you spent most of the night on Duval Street it was a minor inconvenience. One of the window units was quite noisy when it kicked on but after a few nights we got used to it. The property management provided us transportation from the airport to their office for key pick up and back to our rental. Driver was extremely nice and helpful. There were plenty of fresh towels daily and room was cleaned with bed made. We were surprised that there was a safe in the closet as no mention was made of that. I liked that. One small item that needs attention is they need a small dresser or chest of drawers in bedroom. The only drawers were in the nightstands. We had to leave some clothes in our suitcases. Can"t imagine 2 couples there. Other than that small thing the place is great and we will be staying here next year. Can't wait.

Only issue, was the beads used as a door for the closet. The air conditioning blew on it and the curtains made noise while we try to sleep. It was my only negative. As it disturbed our sleep.

It was comfortable, charming, and in great condition. It was a quiet little getaway and we enjoyed it very much! Check in and check out was quick and easy. I highly recommend it.

Just blocks from Duval and easy walk to wherever you want to go. Not into walking everywhere? We rented bikes to take us places that may be a little further than a quick stroll. The concierge service was willing to help set anything up at your request. We will definitely be coming back!!!

The windows don't open, and the window unit AC makes the typical noise, which is okay as it blocks out any street traffic. The pool is nothing to brag about, just hit the public one, its much nicer.

Small kitchen area, but large bedroom and good sized bathroom. The unit is located two blocks west of Duval between Simonton and Fleming, which puts you at the northern end, easy walking distance to all the spots you would want to see. We loved this and cannot wait to stay again.

This was a wonderful experience- dealing with Key West Vacations Rentals was easy and Carol and the rest of the staff were professional and vested in making our stay a pleasant one. The accommodations were clean, had every amenity we needed. The location was quiet, yet within walking distance of everything! My family and I would definitely use Key West Vacation Rental company again!

Overall, we loved our place! For a bachelorette weekend, it was so much easier staying there then at a hotel! It was close to everything, and you guys were able to accomodate us greatly! Thanks for holding our bags for us on our last day, and driving us to the Key West Express. We'll be back for sure!

The location was perfect for us to be able to walk to see most of the west side of Key West. The parking spot was nice to have for the car that we didn't due to limited parking around town. Many stairs to get to the upper level, nice and clean. The manager was more than accommodating with my unorganized last minute reservation. Nearby restaurants were Conch Republic - on the wharf, busy, excellent food and noisy, Schooners - on the wharf, great breakfast as well as active evening hangout with a band and Azur - quiet, romantic and fabulous Mediterranean food. Sure glad they were all recommended to us and we'll pass it on. Wish we could have stayed longer, but we'll be back!
