We had a wonderful stay in Key West! The place was perfectly located right on Simonton Street, just a short walk to Duval Street and all the restaurants and shops. The space was small but cozy, and it was just the right size for me, my husband, and our 15-month-old. Everything was very clean and had such a charming feel. We really enjoyed how convenient and comfortable it was—would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Key West!

Great location! We just parked our vehicle and we were able to walk the entire Old Town. 2 blocks off Duval street. Grocery store super close. Pull out couch in living room was comfortable. Window a/c in bedroom & living room kept us cool. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place for a mini get-away! Super easy to find with restaurants/attractions just a 10-15 minute walk away. Only confusion was on parking, but they were responsive to help sort it out. Would definitely stay again!

Great place in the heart of old town. We rented bikes at Eatons and we’re able to access everything to include Mallory Square. Excellent location (50 yards from Duval) and very comfortable surroundings. Would stay here again for sure.

After a brief hiccup with getting inside, which Vacasa customer service was quick to help with, everything was perfect. Even though its one street away from Duvall, you can't hear any of the rowdiness. It was great having a spot to park my car, but I hardly ever used it. Everything I wanted to do was easily within walking distance. I'm going to definitely keep this place in mind for the next time I make the journey out to Key West.

This unit was clean and in a great location with the added bonus of a parking spot. We did have an issue with sleeper not opening properly on the first night. A technician was there first thing the next morning and our rate was adjusted for the inconvenience. We were very happy with our stay.

The Orchid Suite proved to be a great place to stay. Plenty of room and the necessary amenities. The hot water was nice and hot with great water pressure (nice showers!). The memory foam mattress topper made the bed very comfortable for a great night's sleep after a long day of wandering aroung Duvall St!! The fact that it included a parking spot is an added bonus considering how difficult parking can be in Key West. Since it is walking distance to most all of what we wanted to do, it worked out great. I would defintely stay here again should we return to Key West in the future!

Schickes kleines Apartment in einem haus mit insgesamt 4 apartments. Die Lage ist top mit nur 2-3 gehminuten in die duval street (shopping, bar und Restaurantstraße).
10 minuten zu fuß zum Sonnenuntergang-Pier.
Das Apartment war sauber und sah gepflegt aus. Der Bau und Einrichtungsstil ist typisch und passt zu key west. Die 2 balkone sind sehr schön mit blick in den hinterhof der voll mit Palmen und schönen Pflanzen ist.
Alles in einem: top!
Es hat uns hier allen sehr gut gefallen.
Das einzige was ein wenig gestört hat, war dass das Apartment ein wenig hellhörig ist.

The place was wonderful actually. Pay attention to which suite you get if there’s more than one. I missed that somehow and went to the wrong place. But I called the office and she helped me and was so friendly. Bed is so comfortable. Better than my own. The side porch offers a little more privacy for hangin outside which is nice. The parking is a great feature. I definitely had a great time with no issues.

This was the 2nd upstairs rental that we put our adult daughter up in while we had the other upstairs unit. The 2 porches adjoin so it was sort of like connecting rooms. This unit was clean, bright and comfortable, and the A/C units crank out the cold. Close to everything, this apt has private parking for your scooters or for ditching your car (u won’t need it!). Easy and friendly dealings with Vacasa.

We had a wonderful and relaxing time staying in the orchid suite at vacasa keys. The room was clean and beautifully decorated and the location was superb. The customer service was absolutely amazing when we we had to cancel due to a family emergency and when that emergency quickly resolved they were so thoughtful and understanding and reinstated our reservation at no extra charge. We will definitely be back again!

The agency was very slow in replying, and sometimes did not reply at all to my messages and requests, but at the end it all worked out and it was ok.

Spent four nights in Orchid Suite, perfect location in Old Town Key West. Walk-able to sea port, Mallory Square and Duval Street. Property was as described and clean.

Close to everything you want to do in Key West. You could walk everywhere. Parking was an asset considering we drove in from Fort Lauderdale. The condo was small but very comfortable and anyway who wants to stay in their room when there is so much to do in Key West. Would book it again!

Great location, very clean and close to restaurants and shopping. Very near one of the stops on the free bus route, so that makes sight seeing very convenient. Grocery store right around the corner. The porch off the kitchen was a great way to wake up with coffee. Never needed our car, but it was great to have a private place to park. Home really only sleeps 2 since the sleeper sofa wasn't in working order. Bed is super comfy though. Would definitely rent this place again.

Clean and spacious apartment, very comfortable. As there is no stove, only a microwave, I would not recommend to book it for a long stay but for a couple of days it is ideal: only two blocks from the Duval street, everything is in walking distance.

I would stay again. It was very comfortable and clean. There is 1 parking spot, which is great! I had never stayed in Old Town before, but quickly realized, its close to everything. The longest we walked way maybe 15 min (and that was to the Southern most point) Duval street was an 8 min walk. We got bikes (I also recommend)

Found this space for our overnight in key west while on our honeymoon. I wish we had booked it for longer! It’s a great central location that is walking distance to the restaurants and night life of key west. But it’s far enough away that it’s quiet. Gorgeous neighborhood! The condo was airy and very nice.

Such a cute little cozy apartment. Location from everything was walking distance. Good spot to choose if you're renting a car. Parking spot is right in the back. Street parking is limited to 30 minutes in some places. Other friends got a ticket within an hour after arrival but they choose a place without a parking spot.
Place was clean. Recommend this place if you're in Key West!

The Orchid suite is perfectly located and is within walking distance of all the best places in Key West. The space is great for a short getaway, with a comfy bed, 2 TVs, a large bathroom and small kitchen space.

Awesome location. We walked just about everywhere we wanted to go. We had a concern around parking when the only space remaining had a private reserved sign posted. They were extremely responsive and the matter was resolved quickly. The room was tidy and clean. Perfect for what we needed.

Our location was perfect for the two of us - close the Duval street without the noise of being directly on Duval. This location had off street parking. We parked our car on Wednesday and didn't move it again until we left on Sunday. Key West is easy to get around walking or riding a bike (bike racks every where). Also, this was our first time to Key West. If you want to go to some of the very popular/high rated restaurants, make a reservation early (before you arrive), they fill up fast.

We esepciallly loved the kitchen and farm sink and appreciated having a kitchen and fridge available. #3 Orchid will always be a special place for us as it is where we got engaged!

The main reason I chose to stay here is that it was close to Duval Street - just about two blocks. There's a parking spot included which was also much appreciated. The unit was clean, spacious and nicely decorated. It was a very comfortable overnight stay. The property management staff were very helpful, answering all of my questions before the stay and also when I arrived. I was able to use a keycode lock on the door which saved me the time that it normally takes for a formal check in.

While we were on a main street there was some road noise, but being so close to everything still made it a perfect spot. The bed was very comfy. Great location, close to Duval and all of the bars, restaurants and shops but far enough away that it wasn't crazy and loud. The place was very clean and simply decorated. Great little kitchen and living room. Nice porch areas to just relax and enjoy the breeze and the nice weather. We loved the key pad lock. No need to carry keys around with you all day. We will definitely be back again and would recommend this location to anyone looking for a nice get-a-way.

We didn't cook any meals in the cute little kitchen but why would we with so many wonderful restaurants nearby. It would have been nice to have a pool but other than that, this is a perfect base from which to explore Key West.

The bed in the master was comfortable; however, the pull out couch bed was just as comfy as you expect from a pull out couch. The kitchen was adequately stocked with equipment. Shower did not drain quickly and water pressure was low but neither distracted from our trip. The AC worked wonders and for the most part the area was quiet. Only a brief walk from Duval and Mallory Square to peace and quiet! Would definitely recommend!!!

Rained once at night and one afternoon briefly.) Walking TO and ON Duval St. is no problem for me, but my g/f has Multiple Sclerosis so she & her cane get tired too quickly-- we kept the rental car (drove from Miami, 1 way drop off was Pricey-- so we returned it: Alamo was going to charge the pro-rated rate for the extra 2 days = $380.00 so I got online, found Hertz only charged $70.xx for the Extension). SO Glad we had a car! We lucked-out with finding in-town parking places. Had an early morning flight [8 a.m] but they have a keys drop-off box. If you arrive late: rental co's close early and the "hotel" has a shuttle-service, but hours are limited. And the Staff: PERFECTLY Accommodating, and Excellent Recommendations for eateries. [Harpoon Harry's for Lunch (low price; great food); 7-Fish for dinner (Key West pricing and SO MUCH food-portions and VERY DELICIOUS). You're gonna LOVE the Orchid Suite. We overcame the 21 staircase steps and there's NO Wheelchair Access- Cathy & I survived and THRIVED there!

If you've never stayed in key west before, parking can be absolutely brutal. However with parking included in the rental, almost all of the hot spots were within walking distance and we didn't have to worry about having an extra drink or two. The room itself was very spacious, clean and bright. The bed felt like we were sleeping on a cloud. Check in and check out couldn't have been easier... we will definitely stay here again.

First of all, the private parking is the smartest decision you'll make! Parking will be your least favorite part of Key West (we parked the car and didn't use it once!). The apartment is spotless and totally adorable. Well stocked and appointed as far as linens,towels, kitchenware, etc. By far, the BEST location you can find...walking distance from literally EVERYTHING! Walked Duval St every night and used the adult pool everyday! As far as recommendations...we ate/drank everything! You can't go wrong, food and vibe is amazing everywhere, but specifically Blue Heaven for breakfast and Kermit's Key Lime pie can't be missed! We will definitely be back and will absolutely stay in the Orchid Suite again!!!

There is SO much to do in Key West that we actually spent little time in our unit, but it well suited the needs for the two of us. The reading material on the area was helpful. I would have liked a written detail of how to work the TVER and which remotes to use. The only thing I missed was a garden for our coffee. Fausto's around the corner was great. You can hardly go wrong on any restaurant in Key West. We enjoyed the library lectures at the church on Mondays, Jazz at The garden on Sunday's, the home tours, the cemetery tour, a great food tour (lunch),(Southernmost Food Tour), the local theatre where there were no previews that had muder or cars exploding! , live theatre and even Duval St.

Most everything you could want to do was within walking distance and was just far enough away from the real touristy part of Duvall to make for a quiet place to relax in between activities. Prepare to go out often as there is no stove so there is a limit to what you can make food-wise; this is the only negative of the place and it wasn't even that bad because there are so many great food places in Key West.
