This was a perfect spot for us to stay and I would recommend it for 1-2 couples. More would be crowded and you would need to use the sofa sleeper. Location, location, location. Close enough to walk everywhere. (We did!) but far enough away to be mostly quiet at night. And the hot tub was the icing on the cake. 5+Stars. Well done.

House was clean and the location was great. Easy walk to all the fun on Duval street and beyond. House is charming, with comfortable beds, but it is showing its age. We had not planned on cooking and probably would not have cooked in the kitchen. Appliances are old and rusty. If you are just coming for the fun you will be more than happy in this house.

I love this property but I found the property management to be extremely mediocre. There were a lot of issues, two big ones. First, and most fatal, the hottub was AGGRESSIVELY over chlorinated. We couldn’t use it, as soon as we got in we choked on fumes. We tried over multiple days but it was toxic. Second, when we arrived, the full garbage and recycling were physically blocking the entryway. We had to drag them aside just to get through the gate. They were full so this wasn’t placed by the collection people. The other issues were minor but paint a picture. A welcome pack including dishwasher detergent and laundry detergent, and instructions to “start the dishwasher”, but there is no dishwasher and the laundry facilities weren’t working. No drying rack for the dishes. No hand soap in the bathroom. Loose light fixtures. Amazing property and many thanks to the owner, but extremely disappointed in Vacasa.

Although an older house, it was updated and decorated nicely. Very convenient to Duval Street. The only minor drawback was the keypad lock on the front door- it sometimes took 2 or 3 times for the combination to be accepted. We would definitely stay there again.

We loved this place. So cute. Larger than the pictures let on. Although some fixtures, etc. are antiquated, I find this with most places in KW. Very clean and in a great spot. The hot tub was luke warm. We didn’t investigate how to turn it up as it was our last day. I’d definitely stay here again.

I had the pleasure of taking my family to Key West for the weekend. And we had the fortune of staying at this wonderfully located house. It is the perfect distance from everywhere in this beautiful island. The check-in and checkout were seamless and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Adorable house in a great location that is a block or so off Duval St. It gets a little warm during the day with it being 100 degrees outside, but part of the charm with it being an older wood frame home. Beds are comfortable and Vacasa staff are accommodating. Outdoor shower is a plus too.

We rented this home and our friends rented the house beside us. It was perfect for a fun beach trip with friends. Easily able to walk to restaurants on Duval, the southernmost point, Hemingway house, and lighthouse. All within just 10 mins or less walking. House was clean and exactly what we needed! If we ever find ourselves in Key West again, we will definitely be staying here! If you’re planning a trip with friends or family, so as we did and rent both houses!

We really enjoyed our visit to Key West and the location of the house made it easy. We were able to walk to almost everything we wanted to do during our stay. It was very close to Duval Street. Having a parking spot at the house was a big plus for us since we had rented a car and drove from Maimi. The house was just as described and we all thought the two king beds were very comfortable. We also used the hot tub every night to relax after a long day and evening of walking everywhere. We all agreed we would definitely rent this house again when we return.

This was a perfect house that is much larger than the pictures make it look. The bedrooms were big with extremely comfortable beds. The front porch made the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee or afternoon cocktail. Evenings were spend in the hot tub relaxing after walking up and down Duval street, seeing every tourist site and even spending time on the beach. Nothing is more than a 15 minute walk away!

Located perfect distance from everything whether it be Duval or the beaches on the other side. Super clean and roomy. Only thing to keep in mind is the Bobby’s Monkey Bar gets jamming on the weekend so there will be noise from that. With that said our 16 month old slept right through it so no biggie. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time in Key West and loved our stay at Leeward Isle. The home is clean and has everything you need for your stay. We were fortunate to meet the owner during our stay and he was very nice and asked if there was anything we needed. The beds are comfy and the outside shower is fantastic! Perfect location and easy to get to anywhere. I would definitely recommend this rental and would stay here again. Vacasa made the rental experience easy!

This house is great for 4-6 guests. Very comfortable. Only one bathroom but we managed fine. Cute little kitchen with coffee pot, fridge and stove. Walking distance to all the bars and restaurants.

Didn't use the kitchen, but is stocked with housewares you'd need during your stay (as well as towels, pillows, sheets, etc). A bar at the end of the block can get loud late at night, but the white noise from the a/c pretty much blocked out the south be (light sleepers bring earplugs and eyeshades!)

People aren't kidding, the beds are SUPER comfortable and we loved having the front porch and back sitting area! The little bamboo shower outside is cool too - I showered outside every day! They come in everyday to give you clean towels etc. but it would be nice if they actually cleaned during your stay. Overall, we would totally stay here again!

The cool weather necessitate a call for space heaters and they were provided in a timely manner and definitely took the chill out of the air.

The backyard was great to sit back and relax with the hot tub and outside shower. Being just one block from Duval Street, the house had an ideal location. The windows were older and couldn't quite fully shut in some of the rooms, which made it a little difficult to block out the roosters early in the morning. Overall we had a great stay at this house and would definitely stay there again!

The beds were the most comfortable we've ever slept on. Things at night are a little noisy, keep the AC running it helps muffle the noise. The water in the bathroom sink is reversed hot on right -that took a while to get use to. Loved the fact you could walk everywhere. We hated to leave our little paradise house!
