This place was in a great walking distance to Duval Streat, and the off-street single parking spot was great for an area where street parking availability is at a low inventory. The bathroom tub is in need of makeover, but for the price I paid compared to others in the same area, and the free parking, I'm still giving the place a 5.

This was a great location, we walked everywhere. Hot tub was clean and worked great, we used it every day. Overall the house was clean, lots of towels, clean bedding. We really enjoyed our stay. This is on the lower end of the price range for rentals we looked at, and it was pretty bare bones, no laundry in unit, but I think a value for what we paid and worked as a great home base while we explored the island. Communication with Vacasa agents was clear and easy. I would rent from them again.

The house itself is quirky but has the character you are looking for in Key West. The only things that could have been improved were the hot tub was running low and very dirty when we arrived. To try and get Vacasa to do anything quickly is near impossible. They are a Conglomerate based in Bend Or with some local affiliations. There way of doing business is to jump off the airbnb thread and start texting you by an obvious AI bot. We had to call their call center to finally get them to tell us that our hot tub issues had passed thru 5 hands already and they are trying to find someone to come rectify the situation. I informed them that I wanted to stay on the airbnb app for the record and to stop texting me everyday with AI. it seems the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. I think a local presence would be an upgrade.

Place was perfect! Walking distance to all the things, yet completely quiet at night. Interior was clean and had plenty of towels (including beach towels, which was a plus). Back patio outside was perfect - chairs were better than the picture and the hot tub was great! Also awesome to have a parking spot. Would definitely stay again!

Great experience! Location was walkable to restaurants, bars, and shops! We had to message them about a broken class door when we arrived (which was late in the evening) and they offered to come and fix it right away! I would recommend.

Great location. Able to walk/bike to restaurants and things to do. The place is nicely done and very comfortable. Kitchen has all you could need to prepare food EXCEPT there are no salt/pepper etc. so not a true Airbnb. Also, coffee was horrible bring your own or grab extra and bring back for morning. Front bedroom expect night noise car doors, cars, garbage truck people. There is a bar on the corner. Backyard is heaven. Loved sitting back there in the hot tub and listening to the cicadas at night. I loved it but the coffee situation was a bummer. I like my first cup without having to go out.

Cozy cottage with easy walking to the local shops. For the parking at this property, its a shared two space very tight area. We brought a 2024 Tacoma so we backed it in and left it there the whole trip.

Great location and within walking distance to everything! Very comfortable beds. Nice outside sitting areas. Hot tub was great! One complaint was that 2 of the TV’s didn’t work as in previous reviews. Overall great experience!

Nice little house with plenty of room for two people. The location is an easy walk to all the attractions Key West has to offer. It’s an older home, but is in great shape and is very comfortable. Overall, an outstanding way to visit Key West.

This home was great for our two day stay in key west. It was super close to the ferry we needed to take to go to dry tortugas National park .It is very close to duval as well which is awesome! The jacuzzi was a great addition and the outdoor shower. The house is very key west style. Not modern but cute and clean . It was great having a parking space in the shared driveway as well. No central air but every room has air conditioner and the hallway does as well so the house stays nice and cold.

We had a great visit to Key West and loved the location. Check in was easy and communication was great. Bedrooms were spacious and the house was clean. The property is well kept and we really enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub after longs days of walking!

I would stay here every visit if it was available! I think we lucked out when we found this available last minute for Christmas! It was a cold weekend so the hot tub was ideal!!! My dogs were super happy with the space. Great location and adorable cottage! Beds were comfy too!!! We actually left key west rested and feeling great after a weekend of Christmas festivities! I would book again in a heartbeat!!!

Fabulous location steps from Duval street. All old town “must see/do” in walking distance. This home very clean and decorated nicely. Our shitzhu felt right at home. We got locked out the 3rd night but response from Vacasa was very timely. Hot tub in very private setting.

Fabulous house! This was the perfect stay for 2 adults and 2 teenagers.
Everything was super clean and the hot tub was spotless. The dishes/pots/pans/coffee pot etc. seemed almost brand new. Beds were very comfortable and so was the temperature in the house (AC units worked great).
Loved both the front and back patios (the front was perfect in the late afternoon as it is shaded). And the grill started right up so we could cook our fresh fish we caught...
The location was unbeatable - walking distance to everything (though we did rent scooters and a golf cart) but super quiet street - with very friendly neighbors!
100% would rent again - This was the best place we have rented in Key West

This cottage was a great choice for our 4 day Key West trip. Just a block off Duval and central to most dining, we could stroll for a.m. coffee or late dinner. Very comfortable for 4 people. Loved the porch for coffee or cocktails. With a parking spot a golf cart is great for access to the furthest points (docks/marinas/beaches). Beds were very comfortable, A/C was appreciated and door locks worked well so we felt our stuff was secure. Didn’t use hot tub but it works (you have to turn on breaker at fence first).

This cottage is so nice! It’s high ceilings really make it feel big and spacious and the air flow with all the fans had us feeling so comfortable during the heat of the day! The bed was very comfortable and the place was so clean! I missed that there wasn’t a dishwasher. No one enjoys doing dishes on vacation. However, the view into the private backyard was so enjoyable while I was doing the dishes. The backyard was a private oasis and we enjoyed grilling out and relaxing in the shade. I just wish there was a hammock back there to be able to take a nap in! If you want to see a little more action sitting on the front porch was just as enjoyable. There was a nice breeze and you are able to just sit back and people watch. The location was great - not too far from the southern most site seeing and not too far from the action and of Captain Tony’s and the action on Duval street. Great place to stay!

Great place ! Easy check in and check out process ! They do not ask people to clean before check out . As you know a lot of places in Airbnb charge a lot of money for cleaning / cleaning fees but yet ask to clean the entire house after themselves, gladly , this place doesn’t ask you to clean ! House looks bigger than on pictures and has very nice backyard! I really recommend.

This was a great place to stay, one block from Duval and a short walk to the water. I liked that there were 2 king beds and air conditioners in each bedroom. The hot tub was also a nice touch. The place was clean and check in was easy.

Great location; easy walking distance to most attractions and to free Duvall street shuttle stops. Large bedrooms with comfortable beds; there’s a pull out sofa bed in the small living room area but mattress not the greatest. We added an inflatable bed on top and it worked out great for our needs. Good outdoor sitting areas in both front and back of house.

This is a fantastic location, totally worth to stay here. The hot tube is excellent and you are close to all the main attractions of key west. They provide you with towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap — all details are taken care of.

Two bedrooms are perfect for two couples or a small family visiting Key West. It is perfectly located; one block to Duval st, and two blocks from Hemingway’s House (a must see). The outdoor spa was a great place to rest with a cocktail after walking all day. It was immaculate when we arrived. Although we didn’t use it, a gas grill is provided so you can cook your own fresh catch after a day of offshore fishing. If you are looking a great place to stay in Key West, this is it.

Wonderful little cottage with a great location that was easy to walk to restaurants, historical sights and shops. Parking is a premium in Key West so having parking was a real plus as well as having two full bedrooms that were very comfortable.

We had a great stay at this lovely house. The location is fantastic. The house is bigger than it looks on the pictures with huge real king size beds. Air conditioning was a bit noisy though but we managed it with changing the mode to energy saver.
We did get some noise from the neighbour bar but it was ok and manageable with earplugs (or just being super tired from all our walking and visiting!).

We’ve been to Key West many many times. This is a terrific location, probably one of the best locations we’ve tried. The house was very clean and beds reasonably comfortable. We didn’t use the hot tub but it looked clean too. The backyard was a great place to have coffee in the morning and a beer at night. The morning rooster was quite entertaining and there is a cute cat that hangs out at night. The outdoor shower was a fun extra that I don’t remember in the description. Definitely a worthwhile place to stay whether it’s your first or fiftieth visit.

Was a great location close to duval- we walked everywhere!! The parking situation was really nice, but someone had taken our spot when we first arrived so we had to walk over to the property that shares the driveway and parking and ask them to move which was a touch awkward. The hot tub was AMAZING just wish it had some better directions. Would definitely stay again it was an AMAZING value to be so close and walkable to everything!!!

Fabulous location steps from Duval street. All old town “must see/do” in walking distance. This home very clean and decorated nicely. Our shitzhu felt right at home. We got locked out the 3rd night but response from Vacasa was very timely. Hot tub in very private setting.

Great location! Super clean and everything was exactly how it was described! Perfect for two couples traveling , privacy was impeccable. The only thing I wish they had was a washer and dryer but Definitely coming back!

Fabulous house! This was the perfect stay for 2 adults and 2 teenagers.
Everything was super clean and the hot tub was spotless. The dishes/pots/pans/coffee pot etc. seemed almost brand new. Beds were very comfortable and so was the temperature in the house (AC units worked great).
Loved both the front and back patios (the front was perfect in the late afternoon as it is shaded). And the grill started right up so we could cook our fresh fish we caught...
The location was unbeatable - walking distance to everything (though we did rent scooters and a golf cart) but super quiet street - with very friendly neighbors!
100% would rent again - This was the best place we have rented in Key West

This cottage was a great choice for our 4 day Key West trip. Just a block off Duval and central to most dining, we could stroll for a.m. coffee or late dinner. Very comfortable for 4 people. Loved the porch for coffee or cocktails. With a parking spot a golf cart is great for access to the furthest points (docks/marinas/beaches). Beds were very comfortable, A/C was appreciated and door locks worked well so we felt our stuff was secure. Didn’t use hot tub but it works (you have to turn on breaker at fence first).

House was very clean and comfortable. Owner supplies you with plenty of bathroom towels and beach towels. There wasn’t much that wasn’t thought of on this rental. Location is amazing- blocks from Duval St. Very happy and satisfied. Definitely recommend

Great location! The hot tub was nice for relaxing after a long day of walking around town. The parking situation wasn’t as tight as I expected, we were able to fit our SUV into the spot just fine.

This cottage is so nice! It’s high ceilings really make it feel big and spacious and the air flow with all the fans had us feeling so comfortable during the heat of the day! The bed was very comfortable and the place was so clean! I missed that there wasn’t a dishwasher. No one enjoys doing dishes on vacation. However, the view into the private backyard was so enjoyable while I was doing the dishes. The backyard was a private oasis and we enjoyed grilling out and relaxing in the shade. I just wish there was a hammock back there to be able to take a nap in! If you want to see a little more action sitting on the front porch was just as enjoyable. There was a nice breeze and you are able to just sit back and people watch. The location was great - not too far from the southern most site seeing and not too far from the action and of Captain Tony’s and the action on Duval street. Great place to stay!

Great place ! Easy check in and check out process ! They do not ask people to clean before check out . As you know a lot of places in Airbnb charge a lot of money for cleaning / cleaning fees but yet ask to clean the entire house after themselves, gladly , this place doesn’t ask you to clean ! House looks bigger than on pictures and has very nice backyard! I really recommend.

This was a great place to stay, one block from Duval and a short walk to the water. I liked that there were 2 king beds and air conditioners in each bedroom. The hot tub was also a nice touch. The place was clean and check in was easy.

The home was very clean and the private garden was very cozy and an excellent place to eat breakfast. The home was a short walk away from all the action and an excellent location on the island, overall.
Our group had a great time and will definitely consider renting this unit for our next stay on key west!

Great location; easy walking distance to most attractions and to free Duvall street shuttle stops. Large bedrooms with comfortable beds; there’s a pull out sofa bed in the small living room area but mattress not the greatest. We added an inflatable bed on top and it worked out great for our needs. Good outdoor sitting areas in both front and back of house.

This is a fantastic location, totally worth to stay here. The hot tube is excellent and you are close to all the main attractions of key west. They provide you with towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap — all details are taken care of.

Two bedrooms are perfect for two couples or a small family visiting Key West. It is perfectly located; one block to Duval st, and two blocks from Hemingway’s House (a must see). The outdoor spa was a great place to rest with a cocktail after walking all day. It was immaculate when we arrived. Although we didn’t use it, a gas grill is provided so you can cook your own fresh catch after a day of offshore fishing. If you are looking a great place to stay in Key West, this is it.

Fabulous location one half block off of Duvall! We found it to be very quiet! Sparkling clean, comfortable beds, cute kitchen and bar area. Loved, loved, loved the green tile bathroom! Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Wonderful little cottage with a great location that was easy to walk to restaurants, historical sights and shops. Parking is a premium in Key West so having parking was a real plus as well as having two full bedrooms that were very comfortable.

We had a great stay at this lovely house. The location is fantastic. The house is bigger than it looks on the pictures with huge real king size beds. Air conditioning was a bit noisy though but we managed it with changing the mode to energy saver.
We did get some noise from the neighbour bar but it was ok and manageable with earplugs (or just being super tired from all our walking and visiting!).

We’ve been to Key West many many times. This is a terrific location, probably one of the best locations we’ve tried. The house was very clean and beds reasonably comfortable. We didn’t use the hot tub but it looked clean too. The backyard was a great place to have coffee in the morning and a beer at night. The morning rooster was quite entertaining and there is a cute cat that hangs out at night. The outdoor shower was a fun extra that I don’t remember in the description. Definitely a worthwhile place to stay whether it’s your first or fiftieth visit.

Was a great location close to duval- we walked everywhere!! The parking situation was really nice, but someone had taken our spot when we first arrived so we had to walk over to the property that shares the driveway and parking and ask them to move which was a touch awkward. The hot tub was AMAZING just wish it had some better directions. Would definitely stay again it was an AMAZING value to be so close and walkable to everything!!!
