Very nice 2 bedroom house. Private patio area with hot tub was awesome! Some issues with certain electrical outlets not working but overall great. House is only 1/2 block from Duval so very walkable.

Vacasa was incredibly proactive in their communication! They were super helpful when we arrived in Key West early - we could keep our stuff at their office and get ready while waiting to check-in. They were incredibly kind, helpful, and easy to work with! I would recommend them to anyone looking for a place to stay!

The home was nicely furnished with all we needed, we stayed four days.
Beds were comfortable and clean, kitchen and bath were small but, its a small house.
Deck out back to lounge and a nice little front porch.

We absolutely loved everything about the cottage. Cute as can be with a hot tub and everything you need. Living room, two bedrooms, kitchen and outdoor area with hot tub. Washing machine and dryer looked brand new. They provided a nice starter set to everything you need like soap, detergent, etc It’s a half block to Duvall Street. We loved this house! They do not have parking, but we were lucky enough to find a spot right in front of the house when we arrived. I’m glad we never needed our car after that. We had picked up groceries on our way and there aCVS and Walgreens on Duvall if you need anything.

A little pricey for two nights, but it was during spring break season. The hot tub jets didn’t work, but that’s ok…. It was nice and warm. Close to everything. The parking was a bit difficult, but we used a paid for parking around the corner.

Amazing location, right next to Duval which is the main street. Only a short walk away from the beach, a CVS, The Hemmingway Home, and a variety of local restaurants and bars. A closed in private backyard.
Parking is difficult to find so you may need to park down the street and hope something closer opens up.

The place was ideally situated near Duval Street so easy access for restaurants and shopping. The house itself is on the small side and could use a little TLC as it’s older, but the linens were clean and plentiful and the jacuzzi was great at night. The neighboring rental was loud every night, but the air conditioning served as a bit of white noise. The roof leaked when it rained, but the staff responded right away. Overall it was a good place for our trip!

The house was as expected. We wanted someplace w/I walking distance of Hemingway House. It was small but comfortable.

I loved this property from the moment we drove up! Its actually more charming in person then it is in the listing photographs. Just a small little bungalow a few steps off Duval and perfect for a long weekend. The only negatives to this rental was the limited parking, which we got lucky and were able to park right in front, and since it's a walk or Pedi-cab ride to almost anywhere on the island i really can't complain. We had issues with the television which was something I read on other reviews and assumed it would have been addressed prior to our arrival. it's an older TV with a cable box and if I'm being honest could probably just be upgraded to a smart TV so folks can just use their preferred streaming service and a long range antenna for some local channels would be great. I emailed the management company and got some odd and useful response. It ended up not being a big deal because first off we didn't go on vacation to watch television, and the time we did need a little vegging out I just grabbed my iPad and used it for entertainment. The thing about a Roku tv or something though is that at least you would be able to have some music or something on in the house while you relaxed or sat on the porch. The only other "complaint" I had was that we used the hot tub to just relax and unwind and it was very overtreated with chlorine which I could smell and feel, but it ended up bleaching my bathing suit top. Most importantly though, I'd stay here again.

It was an adorable house that had everything we needed for for our short stay. Walking distance to duval, coffee shops, restaurants. Parking is difficult and expensive, if you bring a car expect to park in an expensive garage, over a mile away. We ended up using a lot of ubers for places out of walking distance.

Wish the bathroom had a n exhaust fan of some kind, and the rear deck could use some attention with screw heads poking out, but all in all we had a wonderful stay.

Excellent location for exploring sites in Key West. We were lucky to get a parking place right out front each time. After parking, we walked everywhere. Bustling near to Duval Street location, but never noisy. Would be tight for any more than 4 people.

The only problem we faced was leaving on the 7th day. We really wanted to stay. PS, it would be nice to have some type of hand rail on the front steps.

But overall the unit worked great for five of us. Shotgun style let the person in the living room have some privacy Back door had a problem but was fixed immediately. My family and my doggies loved everything about Conch Casa. The house has that great “Key West “ feel about it. Lovely decor and comfortable beds and great management communication. The living room air conditioner quit working and management was quick with a replacement. Parking was great not the nightmare that everyone has previously stated. Our only disappointment, was the hot tub… it didn’t work the entire time during our stay!! Other than the broken hot tub everything else was great!!

Our party of 4 adults stayed overnight. Check in was easy with keypad. Wish we could’ve checked in earlier and checked out later, but this is a popular place—and totally booked. Beds were comfortable, bathroom a bit small, but the shower had lots of hot water. There’s also an outdoor shower which was nice after using the hot tub. The apartment stayed nice and cool with 3
A/C units. Location is great: close to Duval street, Hemingway house and many good restaurants. Go to Blue Heaven and Moondog Café for excellent food with funky Key West atmosphere !!

From the moment we entered, the four of us fell in love with Conch Casa!!! It was an absolutely perfect size for two couples and our Yorkie!! It was clean, comfortable and very Key West!!!!!! We did have a couple bumps to start off, but they were both quickly addressed and resolved!! The beds were very comfortable, the bath was very small (helpful hint - use the white cutting board from the kitchen over the bathroom sink for more room!) Be prepared to circle the block for sometime to get a parking spot!! They are not kidding when they say space is VERY limited!!! We did finally get smart and blocked a space in front with the two trash bins when we HAD to move our car!! The Duval Loop bus stop is right around the corner, which we used several times a day, everyday!!! Couple suggestions: When you fill refrigerator - be patient for it to get cold!! It took us 24 hours before everything chilled or froze!! If you have the opportunity, bring a small fan with you, the bathroom gets VERY hot when showering or when the door is closed!! And if you can't find the W&D ... its outside! LoL In closing - Conch Casa was the perfect vacation home away from home!!

This was a GREAT place at an even better location. Walking distance to everything. Two very comfortable bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a fabulous private back yard patio w/hot tub. Everything was very clean but slightly dated. Our family of 4 spent a week there and enjoyed it thoroughly and highly recommend. One thing to note-THERE IS NO DESIGNATED PARKING SPACE. If you're lucky, you can snag the spot out front but will most likely lose it if you move the car at any time.

This little cottage was absolutely perfect for my husband, myself and another couple! Check in was super easy, the house was clean, the beds comfortable and the hot tub was an added perk! We we’re within walking distance to Duval St. We rented a car and a few times we weren’t able to park on our street but we only had to park a block or so away, not a deal breaker for us! The next time we are in Key West I would not hesitate to rent this place or anything else from Vacasa! It was hands down one of the best vacations we’ve ever taken!!

AMAZING location with a private hot tub just off Duval. Cozy little home, not much kitchen space and beds aren’t great but the sofa, dining chairs, porch chairs and hot tub were wonderful. Surprisingly quiet for being right behind Duval. You’ll hear your immediate neighbors but that’s it. AC works great with multiple window units pumping air. Highly recommended for all your Key West shenanigans!

Perfectly situated off of Duval, no noise except some roosters in the morning which we loved. The house had a kitchen and nice sitting area in the small back porch area, near the hot tub. The place was kept really nice and cool, which was needed during the summer Key West heat. Great little house! We'll come back next year!

We visit KW often, but never with our dog. Was delighted to find this perfectly located, historic house with super comfy beds and a private back patio. The home owners next door (Mo & Tom) were so nice and moved their bikes so we could park in front of their house. My only complaint is that I called the property manager in advance to request that the hot tub be turned off to cool down, but upon our arrival it was still hot. Then on day two, after bridge jumping, we could not wait to chill in our “cool’ tub, only to discover that while we were out, someone came and turned It on, so it was reheated again. Otherwise enjoyed everything about our stay and this property.

The house has a great backyard and the hot tub was awesome! Also a great front porch for some evening cocktails and people watching. We either walked or rode bikes everywhere with no problems. Added bonus was a washer and dryer. We loved the house and hope to head back soon!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is small but comfortable and well stocked. The deck adds a nice additional seating area and we enjoyed the hot tub.It is in the heart of the old town and so you are within easy walking distance of great restaurants and shopping and can get to most of the attractions within a 15 to 20 minute walk. We really enjoyed breakfast each morning at the Moondog Cafe which is two blocks away. If you are like us and do not have a parking pass, we found overnight parking less than a 5 minute walk on Angela street just north of Duval.. we unloaded our bags in the church parking lot across from the house and then went and parked the car.

No need for a car. We took the shuttle from Ft. Lauderdale and walked everywhere, but there are bike rentals down the street if you prefer. The location was ideal. House was just the right size. The house has an historical marker. It's been updated inside. We had a good kitchen, TV, Wifi. Nice back patio too. Had a great time.

Cottage is in an historical district, Bahama Quarters, and has an historical plaque. This was so convenient. We shuttled from Ft. Lauderdale to Key West. While there, we walked everywhere. Bike and Moped rentals are available down the street. Home is tucked away on a tiny street in KW. Friendly neighbors. Right by popular visitors places like Duval St., Hemmingway House, Lighthouse. Very near popular local places like Green Parrot and Blue Heaven. We walked to all the popular attractions, all within a mile of this cute house.

Really great customer service, the 24 hour hotline was super useful and I didn’t feel like I was bothering anyone when we had to call at nearly midnight. Authentic Key West cottage. Not extravagant or large, but everything we needed. It was easy to rent, easy to find, easy to get in, clean and comfortable. A/c kept us cool despite the outside heat and humidity. And the hot tub was a great place to relax under the palm trees - the water wasn't actually very hot, but that was actually fine because we could stay in and enjoy the jets longer. The welcome bag and toiletries were unexpected - all of the niceties of a hotel but in a space all our own and convenient for walking or biking. Ideal for two couples or a group of friends, might be tight for a family with kids.

The cottage was perfect for our family of 6. Loved the outdoor shower, and would have liked the jacuzzi but it was too warm outside. Parking could have been an issue as the street parking is sparse, however we rented bikes and never moved or used the car during our stay. The location was absolutely perfect, a block to Duvall st. and a quick 8 minute bike ride to the public beach. Would definitely come back.

A lovely historic Key West Style home, perfectly located and close to all the action! Surprising was the daily linen service with fresh towels and beds made every day. This vacation rental was the perfect size for two couples. There was nothing better then coming back from a long hot day to our cool house!!! Both bedrooms are the same size with comfortable Queen beds. We loved this place with all its key West charm and will be back again soon!

We had a nice time and there was something for everyone. The house was small but had everything we need and were able to manage the one bathroom for 4 people. The location was excellent with access to Duval and easily walkable to everything we needed. The back deck with the hot tub was enjoyable. Overall the house had good separate so everyone had their space. The only downside, as was noted on other reviews, is that the property next to us had loud tenants one night and in general there is a pool there that makes them a little louder. I was worried the first night because they were loud but it honestly did not last long and turned out to be a one night thing.

We enjoyed the hot tub and outdoor seating area which was private despite several other home right there also. The beds were very comfortable. One thing for people to keep in mind is there is no designated driveway at the house, so you have to find parking on the street, which can be difficult although we always managed to find a spot nearby. Overall, we loved it and would go back. The management company was extremely easy to deal. Very nice and in-and/out. Couldn't have been easier.

The house was just the right size for 4 adults. Both rooms approx the same size, though the room next to the kitchen is a bit larger. We used the Hot Tub a few times, it was clean but we found it a bit small for 4 adults. The washer and dryer were a nice touch which we used a few times. 2 Bathrooms would have been nice, but we managed. Also, bring your own hairdryer, the one they provide is attached to the wall and we were unable to dry our hair while the other person was in the shower. All and all, we highly recommend it this place.
