This was our 6th year staying at Shipyard Perch. Home away from home! The condo is very clean and comfortable. The location is perfect and in walking distance to most everything in Old Town. We are sad that the city does not allow weekly rentals anymore at Shipyard after this year.

This is our second time renting this condo. We liked is so much the first time we sought it out on our second visit. It is clean and has everything you could possibly need to cook, do laundry, lounge around, whatever you want. Having two bathrooms is a huge plus. The location is fantastic, minutes from everything. Couldn't be happier. When we come back, we will definitely seek out Shipyard Perch again.

This was a GREAT rental! It was exactly as described and was just like the photos on the listing. My sister and I came to Key West to celebrate our November birthdays; her's a milestone. We were pleasantly surprised to learn that just about everything we wanted to see and do was within walking distance (Duval Street is two blocks away). The townhouse itself was clean, beds were comfortable, plenty of towels (including separate ones for pool/beach), tastefully decorated and had some interesting and enjoyable artwork. The management company was very responsive and helpful. Our week in Key West could not have been any better and we hope to make this an annual thing! And will definitely hope to return to this rental again.

Great place, can't beat the location and proximity to Duval St. Pool was nice, balcony with table great for eating, comfortable couch. We didn't find the place dated like previous reviews. The AC was noisy but it kept everything cool! Would stay again!

This home was beautiful, clean, and well appointed. Beds were comfortable and wifi was perfect for doing a bit of streaming. The location of this home is ideal. It is walkable to the state park, Duval, and so much more. We loved the community and proximity to local restaurants and shops. Vacasa was responsive and helpful. The staff who helped us were professional and polite. No changes needed!

We were in key west for a music festival that covered most of the tourist areas plus the waterfront amphitheater and this was a fabulous location! Easy walk to sunset pier/mallory square plus easy walk to southernmost resort and 5 minute walk from the amp. Fantastic communication from the property manager, Including delivering the parking pass when we forgot to ask for it. The condo is great, we were two friends that each had our own room and bathroom, nice place to come Together for coffee and drinks. Good internet, good water pressure and highly recommend

Nice area, close to everything, pool, parking etc all good. I will say that the listing does say there is 2 queen beds, where I believe there is only 1 and a full sized. One room has a significantly smaller bed - but not a twin size. Other than that really enjoyed it.

We had a great time in Key West. Our condo was clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful the few times we called with questions. We were within walking distance to so many shops, restaurants and bars. We rented bikes and rode to the beach everyday. Our pool area was very small for the number of people using it. We also noticed families with infants in diapers using the pool. Overall our stay was great. Thank you.

Shipyard Perch was exactly what we wanted! Spotlessly clean with all the amenities we wanted. The linens and towels were of high quality and the beds very comfortable. Perfect location for walking to restaurants and the beach at the state park. Had a small issue with communication about plumbers needing access to our unit but this was resolved to our satisfaction. Thanks for a lovely stay all around!

This place is an absolute treasure! Stayed for four nights and had an awesome time! This place is super clean, had a nice kitchen and comfy beds (even the pull out couch was comfy). The price was an awesome deal for how close everything is…we walked to Duval multiple times a day and it was awesome to pop back in if we forgot anything or needed to cool off. We went to the other side of the island one day but it’s quieter there so happy I chose this area to stay. We got to see all the shops and bars but also the beautiful local beach and tons of wildlife. The most beautiful national park and the only beach without grass on the island is directly behind the condo. Zachary Taylor state park was BEAUTIFUL and we saw sting rays, tons of tropical fish near the shore hiding between rocks. The owner also sent a sheet of recommendations for stuff in town and we booked the recommended kayak eco-tour through Blue Kayak and it was literally a once in a lifetime experience. Totally will come back here! So grateful we chose this spot!

Great access to Duval Street and everything that goes on there. Whether walking or riding a scooter, the location was superb! Just don't ever forget that the AVERAGE elevation above sea level in Key West is 4.7 feet and the highest point is a mere 18 feet above sea level. It's easy walking and biking and a fun place to be.

Centrally located to everything in Old Town. We rented a cart for several days so the parking spot did come in handy. Pool was clean and lounge chairs are comfortable. Full kitchen is nice. Rooms are small but all that you need. We will definitely be back.

Very quaint condo with all the amenities! Great location....within walking distance of lots of bars, restaurants, shopping, water adventures, Truman Waterfront Park and Mallory Square. Even the Southernmost Point was nearby! Nice pool and quiet porch for morning coffee! Key West is definitely the perfect place to watch the sunset! We really enjoyed our stay and plan to visit again soon!

This property is close to the main street of Duval St so we didn't even rent a car. It's a gated community so felt very safe. It's a sunny upper, end unit with an outside covered deck which was marvelous for morning coffee and evening cocktails. We asked for more dishwasher detergent and glasses (cocktails, you know!) and they arrived promptly. A ceiling fan in one of the bedrooms didn't work so we called Friday afternoon and a new one was installed Saturday morning. They kept our luggage in the office until our 4:00pm flight. They could not have been more accommodating! The condo isn't huge but was just right for 2 couples, the only wish I had was somewhere to put our luggage, it ended up on the floor of the closet since space is at a premium in the bedrooms. We had such a great time on the Danger Sunset cruise and a cocktail crawl that started at Mary Ellen's-the guide was extremely knowledgeable about the city. Also the Southernmost food and cultural tour was also very good and informative. We had one of the best meals we've had anywhere at Louis's Backyard, the shrimp and grits was soooo delicious! This was such a fun trip and great way to celebrate my husband's retirement!

The Shipyard Perch in the Truman Annex was awesome. Great rooms, bathrooms. Nice, clean, fresh, quiet, beautiful balcony, perfect location for exploring Key West. They even gave spare trash bags, toilet paper, and dish soap! Will definitely use this place next time!

We were able to walk anywhere we wished to go. The condo was very nice with all the amenities we needed. We fixed brunch every morning and had dinner in three of the seven nights. It was nice to be able to pack light and utilize the washer and dryer. The only drawback we had was that the front bathroom shower had little to no hot water. But that wasn't a deal breaker for us. We enjoyed our stay very much and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This unit was EXACTLY what we wanted and the Location was fantastic, Key West Weather is simply "tropical " I am really at a loss for words, we have been to Key West 3 times and every time is as great as the 1st, the unit we rented was a 2 bed 2 bath for 2 couples, could not have been better and did I mention the location. I1 block from Green Parrot bar 2 blocks from Duvaul St, when the night is done sit on your deck and not hear a thing, AWSOME

Stayed at Shipyard Perch for 1 week during Fantasy Fest. The management company was very friendly and helpful. Check in and Check out were very easy and efficient. The condo was spotless. Two couples stayed for a week and we had plenty of room. The kitchen was well stocked with glasses, dishes, etc. As a corner unit, the condo felt spacious and open. Nice deck, complete with grill (although we never used it). Only thing I would suggest is more light in the closets, as they are dark. Great location to all the activities in Key West. We would/will rent this condo again. We all enjoyed it very much.

Shipyard Perch is in a perfect location to discover all Key West has to offer! Very clean and very well appointed. Management company handling property for the owner went out of their way to help with WiFi problem provided hot spot devise to keep is to touch. Our airline canceled our flight and complicating our arrival time. Thomas the rental manager went out of his way to pick us up and deliver us and our bags to Shipyard Perch. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Key West. Thanks to all for making our vacation the one to remember!

The listing was exactly what we were looking for, 2 bed rooms, good living space, a washer/dryer in the unit, cable and internet, and a parking space available. It was safe, clean, comforatable and the AC felt great after being out in the hot sun. Working with the onwers and the rental company was incredibly easy. They were very helpful with a list of places to visit as well as how to check in after hours due to a late flight. The location was fantastic, less than 3 blocks to Duval St, very easy walk to Mallory Square and Ft. Zachary Taylor Beach, etc. I would recommend this property to any couple, or family of 4 or under in a heartbeat.

The property was in excellent shape, location was excellent, any thing you need is in walking distance. We loved how it felt like a home and not a room. Four if us stayed in this room and the outdoor deck was large and where we all meet every morning to talk about our day. Overall I would highly recommend!! Thanks

This was the perfect location! 2 blocks from Duval Street and all the fun dining and drinking! Condo was clean and had all the comforts of home. Owners and rental company were very helpful. The kitchen was well equipped, it was nice to make breakfast and relax in the room in the morning. If you are driving in, you can stop at the Publix for any food and drink you will need for your stay. Fridge is full size so you can buy as much or as little as you want. Parking is very convenient. There is 1 dedicated space right outside unit. 2nd bedroom had an issue with the bed frame but after alerting the rental company the maintenance crew was on it and fixed it immediately. Very impressed! We will definitely recommend this condo to friends and hopefully we will stay again real soon!

Clean, nicely furnished, well maintained. Since the handbook says to wash linens before leaving, it would be nice if owner furnished washing powder for that purpose. I realize you cannot stock the kitchen , but having salt and pepper there would be helpful. Otherwise, everything was provided for a perfect stay. Thank you. Oh, there was a very loose leg on one of the dining chairs when we checked in, so we informed KWVR and they took the chair for repair. Not returned by the time we left.
