Excellent townhouse that was in a great location. The grounds include a very nice landscaping and small pool that is shared amongst the other units, overall a very clean and very newly renovated home, easy to walk to all the attractions and around town. I had contacted the host for questions about the air-conditioning and they were very responsive and took care of it within hours.

We loved this place! The house was beautiful with all the amenities we needed. The courtyard was gorgeous and the pool was a great place to relax in the afternoon. We loved that there was a bike rental company next door that made it easy to quickly get around everywhere we wanted to go. (You could easily walk everywhere as well but we wanted to cover more ground faster.)
We drove to Key West, and yes parking is first come first serve, so when we found a great spot around the corner we just left the car parked and biked or walked everywhere.
The bedroom is bright, even at night, so if you are a sensitive sleeper you may want to wear a sleep mask.
This place was beautiful, perfectly clean, and comfortable. What a gem!

The stay was wonderful. Everything we needed and then some. The court yard is also very beautiful and tranquil. We loved it. We didn’t really use the kitchen, but it seemed well stocked.Location was the key !! I will only stay here from now on. The parking wld be the only downside, but that’s key west. We got really lucky and got parking right outside the gate each time. We rented a gold fart and biked the whole area. Perfect spot! The dos enjoyed themselves too! Quiet area to be in the middle of it all!

Wonderful location just steps from Duvall Street. But also nestled in a beautiful courtyard with a pool that was very quiet. I would definitely stay here again. We love coming back after walking around all day and being able to relax in the little pool.

Tons of great restaurants, bars, coffee shops in the vicinity. And the staff at Vacasa was very kind and easy to work with it. Would definitely stay again!

A great location just around the corner from Hemingway’s Museum and Duval St. The property has a quiet oasis with a serene garden and small pool behind the entrance gates. A nice area to sit and read or enjoy a cup of coffee before exploring the neighborhood. Our unit was just as described; clean, well-maintained, plenty of towels and bath essentials. I would stay here again and definitely recommend this property.

Loved this townhome! Would definitely stay again. Courtyard was amazing & peaceful with a covered front porch to be outside as much as possible. Walkable to Duvall. CVS was across the street to get beverages for the week. Golf cart shop right next door so we rented a golf cart for the week. Only thing they could do better is have some black out blinds in the master bedroom bc it is so bright on the mornings. What an amazing trip we had!

We had a wonderful stay! Place was very clean & near Duval st. Really liked the little courtyard. We knew parking would be tough but was told that we would be able to unload the car in front of location. You could not someone was parked there & we had to go up the block. AC could be better & a sound machine would help in the bedroom there was air compressor noise from the business next door at night.

This is a great Airbnb not only is the location perfect but it’s clustered in the back around the pool with beautiful grounds, shady porch, a pool and lots of amenities, including washer dryer. Everybody agrees if we come back next year, this would be the place we stay.

We enjoyed the condo and the location was perfect!! The unit was very clean with all the amenities. The grounds were beautiful and very peaceful. I was pleasantly surprised how nice the landscaping and unit actually was. The AC worked great too. The location is just minutes from all of the action on Duvall Street. We walked everywhere. Also, a CVS is conveniently across the street, as well as a golf cart rental next door. I highly recommend this unit.

This is our second time staying in this place. The community itself is an oasis, very peaceful and private. However, the community is walkable to Duval street and everything else there is to do. Bike, scooter and cart rentals is right next door with a CVS across the street.
Parking is the only downside as you will rarely find a space in front of the units. If you do get lucky and find a spot, leave your car here until you checkout, if possible. The property managers are on site which is good. We will be returning during our next Key West trip.

We stayed at this house for three nights and loved it! It’s a courtyard with several units that is very well maintained, as is this home. Everything was in great shape and we had all of the linens and supplies need for our trip. Aside from the refrigerator, we did not use any kitchen appliances or supplies. Both the bedroom and living/dining room area had plenty of room and were well furnished. All communication with the rental company was via text and email, but we did not have any issues requiring us to communicate aside from check in & out instructions. The location was perfect - just far enough away from the noise of Duval, but easy to get around by foot, bike or car. We were lucky enough to get a street parking spot right outside the gate and left the car there for the entire stay. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend this home to other couples.

I really enjoyed this place. We have been to Key West many times over the years and this one was in the top 3. Peaceful and quiet. Lovely surroundings within the villas . And yet it was close to everything. Very walkable which in Key West is important. The villa we stayed in was comfortable and clean. We rented mopeds from the business next door and they provided free shuttle back to the airport👍

This property was perfect for my husband and me for about 5 days. The location is excellent. No car needed. We rented bikes next door and could walk to everything in the evening. Overall a great experience. The condo is situated very close to duval street and is walking distance to practically everything interesting on the island. There were some minor inconveniences like salt and soap but cvs is right around the corner.

Had a great time and the place was perfect for what we wanted to do. The bedroom ceiling fan squeaked when on and they tried fixing but it went back to squeaking about two hours later. Luckily we didn’t really need it. Probably just needs to be replaced but besides this it was a great place to stay.

I can't think of anything to criticize about this place. The unit and complex are beautiful and just as described. There is a ton of things to do, restaurants and bars within 3 blocks or so and the walk all the way up to Lower Duval isn't bad. My wife had a bad wheel this trip and getting a Lyft to show up for rides further away took just 2-3 minutes every time. We had a great time in Key West and plan to go back at some point, hopefully a unit here is available when the time comes.

We loved the unit. However, there was a septic smell in the upstairs for the entirety of our trip. Nothing too terrible but definitely there. Also, there is NO PARKING. We had to park over a half mile away from the location but, it was free. Only downside was that.

Lovely unit! It was spotless, nicely appointed, and in a beautiful setting that is very walkable to most anything you want to do in downtown Key West. All the logistics for the rental could not have been easier, and the communication from the property manager throughout the entire process was proactive and helpful.

Our group really enjoyed our stay. We had four people and the space is a little crowded for 4. The location is very good, convenient to drug stores and restaurants. If you want to get to the beach, bicycles or a golf cart are recommended. Keep in mind that parking is tight even for a golf cart.

We stayed in the Abaco Suite at the end of December. The location was fabulous! An easy bike ride to most places. The unit was very clean with a well thought out layout. The vanity in the upstairs bedroom made good use of the space while getting ready. The bed and the pull-out sofa bed were comfortable. There is a bike rental shop RIGHT next to the unit but we had no issues with noise. The covered porch was so nice and the shared courtyard was a perfect place to relax outside day and night. A couple of tips...It was SO hard to find parking for our car. So much that when we did, we left the car there until we headed to the airport. There is a CVS with a grocery section a block away. Fresh fruit and meat was limited but they had a good selection of basics and snacks. The upstairs bedroom gets a lot of early morning light so bring an eye mask if that would help you sleep. Communication with Vacasa was A+. We would stay at the property again for sure!

Our stay was great! The location is prime if you are looking to stay near Duval Street. Parking is bit of a challenge, but we managed to find parking within the block.
Beware, there is a lady we referred to as “The Gatekeeper”. She never introduced herself but continues to ask, “Can I help you?”.
Overall, I would recommend this location to stay. The rental included all of your accommodations you would have at home.

We loved everything about the unit and it was dog friendly so we brought our little dog. We arrived and I was walking out through the courtyard walking the doggy on his leash. A guy sitting in the courtyard, who I assume was the owner, barked “No Dogs in the courtyard! Gotta get him out on the street!” Yikes, I promptly turned around and went back to our room. We weren’t there 5 minutes and this was our warm welcome. Just don’t understand how people like this are involved in the hospitality business. I am not questioning the policy, just the frickeng attitude this gentleman had.

Overall this was a great place to stay. The downstairs bed is a foldout couch that needs some major attention. I would not recommend it for anything but young children. WiFi has very short range, does not work upstairs if you plan on touching base with work from master bedroom. I would correct the naming of the “ Spa “ it was essentially a heated pool. We loved all the Christmas touches. Thank you fir your hospitality.

Great little townhome. We loved every single thing! We were able to buy groceries and cook freely because your Airbnb had everything we needed (pots, pans, coffee machine, everything). Very clean and cozy. I loved how all the plants outside made the porch private. The pool was a bit on the warm side (cooler would’ve been more refreshing). Other than that we had a relaxing time and my dog was happy, too!

We searched for weeks to find the best place and this place was amazing! Perfect location and beautiful condo. The staff was excellent and they kept in contact with us throughout our stay via phone and text. Couple really nice features that we realized once we got there was that there is a CVS like 1 minute walk and there is a place to rent mopeds like 1 minute walk as well. This worked out great because we could use their parking lot for free parking at night. The moped place also gave us a free ride to the airport when we left.
Honestly there is nothing we can say that we didn’t like. Everything was perfect!

The Abaco Suite at Old Town Garden Villas was perfect for our Key West vacation. Right next to all the Duval action yet private and quiet. The courtyard is beautiful and there's plenty of patio space for relaxing. We rented bicycles for the week and there's a safe spot set aside for outside storage.
The unit is managed by a local company so a little different than our past Airbnb stays but definitely no concerns. Communication and hospitality were top notch!

Although parking was not available, we did find a a bunch of free street spots just 2 short blocks away on Truman. The convenience of having A&M rentals right next door was another unexpected benefit to pick up and drop off bikes and scooters. The Property Manager was incredibly sweet and accommodating. We absolutely cannot wait to come back and visit!

This place is a secret oasis! Beautiful private garden and fountain and pool. The bathroom was renovated and gorgeous! Everything clean and well cared for! It was a dream! The caretakers, a nice couple, took extra care of everyone and were super friendly! While the communication with the Vacasa office was a bit batched, the place is worth every penny. The location was excellent for us. Close to Duval St (the epicenter of all the night life) yet very quiet and relaxing achieved by the gated courtyard. The courtyard itself was an explosion of greenery and awesome tropical color. The Abaco Suite where we stayed was clean, spacious and comfortable. Most everything was provided even coffee for the coffeepot. The plunge pool was nice and cozy and temperature controlled. All in all a very nice stay for the wife and I.

Great location off Duval St. Parking is a major issue because there’s none reserved for you. Parking lots don’t allow overnight in most cases so had to pay $75 bucks for 24 hours in the nearest lot. Other than that the place was very nice.

What a great place. Nice, green, private yard just a block away from Duval. A green oasis to relax. Very comfortable condo with 2 floors, lot of lovely details. Very clean, fully equipped facility. We had an issue with internet, onsite manager solved it immediately. We were lucky to get a parking lot just in front of the locked community - otherwise parking might be an issue. But definitely worth it. We can only recommend this place

The location is too far from the “action” on Duval Street, we had to Lyft to get to the Wharfs area. The sofa bed is not so comfy, but what sofa bed is? The biggest drawback is there is no parking. We were on motorcycles and it was challenging to park. Once you secure a spot you can’t leave it. We walked everywhere. Also, there’s not really any parking in the Duval Street area either. On the benefit side, across the street is a GREAT little coffee and breakfast shop, to start your day.

We were in the area on business and decided to look around so needed a place for the night. We were able to get in Vacasa Key West within just a couple hours of the request. The courtyard is beautiful. Had it not been raining I would have loved to stay and enjoy a cup of coffee, the plants and flowers a while. The place was clean. We didn’t use the kitchen for such a short stay but the bathroom was clean and well stocked. The bathroom is upstairs as well as the bedroom so if you have a problem with stairs as I do, you may want to consider this. The bed was comfortable and the air worked well in the whole house. Thank you for allowing us this place to stay on short notice!

The condo itself is decorated in typical South Florida fashion with pastel colors and comfortable furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'd need. The only negative (which of course we knew about at the time of booking) was that with four adults having only one bathroom was a little tight. Overall I'd definitely recommend the property and would come back for sure!

It is very cloose to everything, which was great so we didn't have to deal with traffic/ubers. The home was clean and spacious. The only issue was that there was no parking. Once you walk through the gates into the garden, you are in your own sanctuary of peacefulness. Each suite in the colony has it's own private space, but also gives the feeling of a small community.

We enjoyed many meals outside with use of the grill and pool. The beach was only a short walk away with great restaurants nearby. The unit itself was very comfortable and quiet. Furnishings were very nice. There was a sound system in the living room which adds to the ambience. The kitchen, however, needed a few things to make it functional. There was NO cookware to use in the oven, NO bowls, and all drinking glasses were PLASTIC. Fortunately Craig (from KWVR) came to our rescue and brought us everything we needed from his own personal home to make our stay more welcoming. The bedroom was comfy but the carpets should really be removed and replaced with tile to make it easier to keep clean. There was lots of storage space and hooks were a definite plus! My wife loved the little sitting area/vanity in the bedroom. Daily housekeepers were very friendly. Overall a very nice trip.

The suite was very clean,and very cozy, perfect for my wedding weekend! We were able to walk everywhere, but when we got too hot we rented a scooter and The scooter rental place is right next door! Very reasonable rates on the scooter for 4 days. (150.00) The only disappointment was the small pool. I actually think its a large jacuzzi.. Was looking forward to cooling off but the water was always very warm. But besides that, I highly reccommend staying here! The iron gate to get into the bungalow area gives you the peace of mind of being safe. Not that its in a bad area or anything.. but just knowing that not anybody can walk off the streets and get in is nice. Spacious kitchen, dinning and living room areas. We loved it and would definitely stay here again.

We had an excellent time in Key West, and the Abaco Suite was a great home base for the dog and us. It was very clean and had a simple, but well-supplied kitchen. Housekeeping stopped by every day to ask about cleaning, but we didn't need them. Check-in/check-out was a breeze, and the couple living on-site are very helpful and around frequently if you have questions. The courtyard is beautiful and the spa pool has really warm water. The only drawback is parking! There isn't any--unless you're lucky and can grab one right out front on the street. Don't plan on having a car if you can get away with it. Rent a bicycle or scooter down two blocks at the corner of Simonton and Truman from Moped Hospital. These guys were so accommodating and have excellent customer service. Try a cortadito at Ann's down on South St and Simonton. Awesome! Beautiful place, had an awesome stay, many restaurants are dog-friendly on the patios---just ask! Abaco is also in a great location just a few blocks from Duval, but was still in a quiet Old Town spot to get some much-needed rest at night. Definitely recommend!

This property was beautiful. We really enjoyed the courtyard landscaping and outdoor amenities. We felt very safe behind the coded-locked gate and the size of the property was just perfect and intimate. We got to know a lot of our neighbors. The Aback Suite was very comfortable, clean and we felt at home. The loft bedroom was so inviting and pleasantly decorated. There were a few issues with the pool pump, and with sugar ants. The management company was wonderful on every level. The listing description was perfect and we were taken care of on every level. The location couldn't have been better. 1 block off of Duval street, and such a easy walk to everything! We are planning on bringing additional family and friends with us the next time and rent out multiple units. Great house!!
