This was a fantastic place to stay. Great location as it was close to everything yet quiet for relaxing between outings. Local CVS has quick shopping amenities. Would have been helpful to have some literature in the rental for favorite places to eat, grocery shopping, things the locals do, etc. We came with no agenda and other than hitting the bar scene which we loved, we were kind of at a loss of what to do. SO many bars and restaurants and so little. We will be back

This was a great little place in the perfect location. Tucked away from the noise, but convenient enough to walk everywhere. It is one of the quietest places we've stayed sleeping-wise. The grounds are well kept and secure and the home was stocked with everything we needed. Check in was simple and we were able to store our bags at the Vacasa office, which was a quick stroll down the street, when we had time to kill after check out and before our flight home. We used the coin operated shared laundry ($2 to wash, $1 to dry, you'll need detergent). There is a CVS across the street. This was one of our favorite places so far and we hope to stay again.

This is an ideal location in the heart of Old Town. But it is relatively quiet, facing into a private courtyard. Having an extra half bath is unusual for a one-bedroom. We enjoyed sitting outside. The kitchen worked well so we didn't have to eat out all the time. There is a great Cuban coffee shop right across the street.

Our family of 4 had a great stay. The unit was well equipped, had nice furniture, and the outdoor area was serene and beautiful. We didn’t need a car and could walk everywhere. When we needed a ride, Lyft and Ubers were inexpensive and we never waited more than a few minutes. The Cuban restaurant across the street had fantastic coffee and food. There are lots of restaurants close by and a CVS right across the street. We didn’t find a grocery store but we weren’t there to cook.
The description indicated that there was not a blow dryer but there were 2 in the unit. There were several rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom, paper towels, dish detergent, dishwasher detergent and a package of laundry detergent. There were plenty of towels, as well as beach/pool towels. The AC worked great both downstairs and in the bedroom. The neighbors next door were very friendly too. Thank you for a wonderful place to stay.

We especially loved the courtyard: beautiful area to relax and unwind after a long day of walking site seeing and shopping! We loved the beautiful plantings and the cages with parakeets: nice touch! It was super clean and neat, just like the our villa.

The property was perfect for the two of us. Very close to everything, but you felt extremely private in the well cared for beautiful gardens and patio area. There was a tiny pool that we did not use. We will definitely be back. The only downfall was there is no parking. If you can’t find street parking, you need to find a pay lot.

Good overall location. As described and satisfied with everything. Took a bit of time to schedule a maintenance request but it was fixed the next morning as promised. Very walkable. Lots of nearby options for restaurants and shops, including a 24 hour CVS a 45 second walk away. Very quiet aside from people testing out their scooters next door during the day, but no issues at night. AC upstairs didn’t get super cold but did ok. Would stay here again.

This is a beautiful cottage with lots of amenities. It is opens out into a lush private courtyard and is located in the middle of historic Key West. There is a bicycle/scooter/golf cart rental place right next door when you get tired of walking!

The only improvement would be better parking. Other than that the property was fantastic, the garden area was enchanting, and overall cleanliness was fantastic! The stairs were a little rough on my friend however due to a leg injury she suffered years ago. Definitely not a room for someone who is handicapped.

This property is even better than it appears online. The courtyard was great and provided a nice outdoor space for morning coffee and evening happy hour. Inside, the unit is very clean, modern and comfortable. The location one block off of Duval and Truman was perfect for us. Communication with Vacasa was excellent. We found a good parking lot within walking distance where we could leave the car for 3 days for 15.00 a day. Everything worked out fine.

This was an amazing place to stay outside of the noisy downtown area that you spent your day at. The cottage was very comfortable, well decorated and the amenities. Worst efficient. The outside space available was very beautiful and peaceful to sit out and have a cocktail or eat supper. The only downside to this space. What is the parking? I was well advised of street parking, but not very advised of what that look like. There was never anything available to park in front or even with any blocks distance of this rental, and there is no free parking.  Be prepared to budget for parking at least $60 a day. I had never been to Key West, so I had no idea oh what to expect, and this part was not explained very thoroughly.

We really enjoyed our stay! We had 4 adults so two slept in the bed upstairs and two slept on the pull out couch. That part was a little tough but for a few nights it was fine. We loved being so close to all of the "must-sees" and the neighbors who live right around the condo were very friendly. We will definitely stay again!

We went during Fantasy Fest. I was surprised at how quiet and peaceful the location was. Great for relaxing by the pool and retesting for some time I. Between festivities. Easily walkable to local cafes, boutiques, and southernmost point for photos. I felt safe because of the gated courtyard. I loved visiting the parakeets by the pool. The house was cute, clean, and cozy. The nook area upstairs had a vanity which was perfect for getting ready and into costumes. I would stay there again.

This property was close to Duval with none of the noise. It’s got a beautiful garden in the courtyard which are cared for daily. The unit was a great size for two adults. If four adults were staying here it would be tight. The half bathroom on the first floor was a welcome addition as the full bath was upstairs next to the bedroom. The kitchen is small but but has everything one would need to make meals. Only one person could likely fit at a time. Decor is fun and has an island feel to it. The bed is soft and slept well each night. There is a small desk for either working or could double as a vanity in the bedroom. I worked remotely there for part of our time. You are .7 of a mile walk of many of the destinations such as Mallory Square, .2 of a mile to Hemmingway’s home, as well as other locations. Parking can be hard to find in this area of town. Plan on either paying to park, or finding street parking and leaving your vehicle. There is a scooter rental next to the property as well as a Cuban coffee and cafe across from it as well. We loved our time here and would come again!

Location was fabulous and parking was not too bad for us. Tons of restaurants and shopping very close by. The courtyard and little pool were great for afternoon dips after being in the heat all day. There is a grill and access to a washer and dryer (takes change). We were there July 4th week and it was not crowded or loud at night. Great vacation spot!

Great place, great location! Yes, parking is a little difficult, but found a 24 hour lot a few blocks away on Petronia for $40/day with an app that you could use to pay remotely. Highly recommend & would stay again!

Great stay! Conveniently located near restaurants, shops, key attractions, and a few minutes from the beach. Beautiful unit located in a gated community with access to a private spa/pool. Only downside is that street parking is difficult to find (there is no assigned parking space) and the car rental place next door occupies all of the street parking near the rental villa. You will have to find paid street parking a few blocks away at $5/hr or private lot parking at $10/hr.

This little place was almost perfect for our first visit to Key West. The house had everything we needed. It was very clean and well stocked. Our only concern is the parking situation. It is “first come, first served” on a narrow street in front of the complex where the houses are. And there is a golf cart / scooter rental place on the corner that takes up part of the parking on the street. The good part was that after finally finding a spot to park we were able to walk to everywhere we wanted to go. We never moved our car until we checked out to leave. Even with that we would stay there again since it is so convenient to everything. Great place.

Great property. We’ll maintained , nicely furnished and clean. Keyless entry was very convenient. Good and timely communication from the manager. Good location near Duval. A couple of listing inaccuracies. There is no washer/dryer and there is no “luggage drop off for early arrival or late departure”. But there are 2 hairdryers, even though the listing says there aren’t any.
But overall a great property and we would stay again.

We had a great honeymoon, place was very comfortable and was great to stay in for a full week. Nice shower, bed is comfy, and plenty of space. Only down fall is I thought that the place itself had a washer/dryer when it is actually a shared one with all units. We did not get checked in until after 4 which was frustrating since we were early and had luggage. Vacasa was nice to let us stop our stuff off until it was ready, however no one called us. We ended up walking in at 4 to someone measuring the counter tops and had to go back outside to wait. Then another day they had someone unannounced come and measure the counters again during the afternoon in the middle of our vacation. Overall, I would come back bc of the place itself and I loved the peaceful outside area, it was comfy. My biggest recommendation is communication with the guests and letting people check in on time.

The villa was perfect for a weekend getaway with my husband. It was well-maintained and stocked with all the comforts we needed - towels, dishes, and, shampoo, conditioner, and soap. There is a CVS a couple blocks away so we were able to walk over to pick up some water, sodas, and snacks. Duval Street is also just a couple blocks away with its variety of entertainment, bars, shops, and restaurants. We did not need a car during our stay, which was fortunate because parking options are extremely limited. Although the pool is tiny, the courtyard area is beautiful with a couple parakeet cages and has tables and chairs for guests. We picked up lunch from a nearby restaurant and ate in the courtyard one afternoon while watching the birds and lizards. The only issue we had during our stay was a group of guests had a party in the courtyard one night with loud talking and music until after 2 AM. I know Key West is a party town and people want to have fun, but I eventually needed some sleep and contacted the villa management about the noise. I assume someone spoke to the group because they quieted down soon after and there wasn't a problem with noise the next night.

Definitely recommend.. close to Duval St and the scooter and electric car rental next door was another plus .. we were very lucky to find parking in front but if not we would of had to walk far because the street parking is not easy to find .. my dogs felt very at ease another plus .. thanks

The Old Town Garden Villas (we were in Cabana #6) is a beautiful private residence with 12 individual 2-story cabanas with a beautiful courtyard and small dunking pool. The location is perfect; a block off Duval, but still very private. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved this place so much we wanted to stay another night but it was booked. Excellent location, near free bus loop, restaurants everywhere. Pix of the courtyard do not do it justice. The landscaping is over the top gorgeous.

For the price per night and what everyone else charged you can't beat it. They do however not have any parking. Street parking is like non existent. We had to pay a lot for overnight parking. That was the only downside. The pool looked nice but we were so beat from the drive and walking that we couldn't even lol. Y'all should just do it.... I'd fly in and rent a golf cart next time. $100 to park a night made it way harder to afford

This place is in a great location, walkable to most things or a very short scooter or Uber ride away. The place was spotless clean and stylishly appointed. CVS was conveniently located across the street and we grabbed many items of convenience over there. The courtyard gardens were delightful and we enjoyed being in that peaceful place more and more as the week went on. Would recommend staying here when you visit Key West.

What a cute spot! In walking distance to everything! We walked a lot and enjoyed some wonderful restaurants just around the corner (literally) on Duval.
Vascasa was amazing at checking and confirming accommodations, arrival, check in needs and allowing us a place to store bags when we arrived prior to check in. They allowed again when we had time following check out and to our flight home. Would recommend one of their properties!

This cottage was a perfect location to walk to Duval St for all the action! The cottage itself was very clean and quiet! The garden courtyard area was very pretty and the small dipping pool was a nice option to cool off. The upstairs bedroom was very spacious and comfortable! Our only negative was trying to find grass for our two small dogs to potty on which is a hot commodity when you’re close to all the action. Lots of grass about 3 blocks away so we rented a golf cart to drive them to grass and to cruise around the area which was lots of fun! You can take a golf cart to the Southernmost Point, the beach, Mallory Square and much easier to park than a car. Everything was walking distance as well, we were on Duval St within two minutes from the cottage. If you have a large group this is the perfect place to rent a few of the cottages as they all surround the gated garden courtyard and dipping pool. It is a beautiful area to relax and eat or have drinks together. We would definitely stay here again!

The bungalo and it's location definitely lent a hand to the wonderful time we had in Key West. It was located in a beautifully landscaped complex with relaxing outdoor amenities. Our space was clean and comfortable. (New pillows that aren't so lumpy would be great though.) It was within walking distance to the conveniences of the CVS and delicious burgers at Meet Burger (definitely go!-yum!) and just a couple of blocks from Duvall street. If you rent a car, be prepared to drive around a bit to find a parking spot; you won't find one close to the bungalow. You probably won't need a car, but we wanted to explore the area so we rented one. We'll definitely reserve this space again if we come back to Key West.

This place was perfect! My son and I tremendously enjoyed our stay! There is street parking but can be a little challenging to find a spot close to the location. But honestly, you are in the middle of everything great to explore of Key West, that once you park you won’t need your car. We did wish the pool was bigger but it wasn’t a deal breaker. I would definitely recommend this location. It had a perfect balance of being steps away from the excitement but also able to enjoy some peace and quiet in our clean and stylish condo.

Villa and courtyard was so clean, cute, warm, inviting. So quiet and peaceful great to get a break from all the Duval St and highly active shenanigans of much of Key West which we love and enjoy - but need a break from too and place to get a good sleep. We were right in the heart of things too a block off Duval and in between southernmost point area and heart of old town/duval and things like sloppy joe’s, hog’s breath, etc. Only drawback - but of course this is not specific to the villa or vacas - is That there is no guaranteed/reserved parking and parking if you don’t know - in ALL of key west - is very scarce and hard to find and a little pricey right before parking in a $24/day I think it was lot we drove back to villa to check and we lucked out a street parking spot right in front of villas had opened up so the car stayed there 2 days and we were happy to walk or trolley everywhere ans could have easily ubered too they are also all around or rented scooters. So just research and plan for that :) we did not lol but luckily lucked out with that spot

Can't say enough about the Andros Suite (Sweet)! Unit had everything you need to have a great visit to Key West. It was comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked. Finding a place to park (on the street) was difficult, but that's the same for anywhere on the island. Loved the interior decor; beautiful master bathroom! Lovely courtyard with chirping parakeets and finches to make it feel you are far from the hustle and bustle. You rarely heard the traffic at all. Very peaceful and tranquil. We'll be back!

We loved this space so much that we took many pictures in order to design our own. It’s in a great location, but the parking is on the street, which can be challenging in Key West. Many people have the their vehicles towed because they didn’t see the tiny signs posted. Just make sure you are parking in a public space. Expect to walk a bit. We dropped our bags at the gate and then found parking.

Really enjoyed the condo. Very clean and well maintained. Perfect location -a few blocks off of Duval Street so near the action, but the condo area itself is quiet. It is part of a group of condos that share a gated courtyard with lovely plantings. Our group was two adults and two 16 year old girls. It was a bit tight for that number when you had the couch pulled out into a bed. A group of 2 or 3 would have been better. But it worked out fine in the end. Parking can be a challenge, but we were able to find street parking right by the condo and didn’t need our car the entire time, so it just stayed parked. There is a bike rental place right next door, so we rented bikes one day.

My husband and I absolutely loved the location and property! It felt safe, relaxing, and better than home! We are now planning to change our backyard to mimic the beautiful courtyard. We also want to thank management for allowing our dogs, that were over the weight limit, to come and stay!! Nearby was a dog park (right across the beach) that we were able to enjoy as well as many restaurants that allowed the doggies! Neighbors were friendly, one dog bowl was provided as well as bags to clean up which was convenient, two TVs, one in bedroom and one in the living room, two toilets, one down on main floor and another in the bathroom upstairs. A note to maintenance; Shower water not as warm as in the sink, bug found on floor, and parking was a challenge, but not a big deal. We definitely will come back and stay here when visiting Key West!

We loved our stay here! My husband, our six month old, and I enjoyed being within walking distance of everything in Key West but also in a quiet place to sleep (the only things we heard were the early morning garbage truck and maybe one or two roosters, but no other street noise). Everything we needed was provided, like dish and laundry soap, etc. We were even able to get change for laundry from the onsite managers (I’m not exactly sure if they are owners, managers or what but they were helpful and friendly, even offering to share their dinner and wine with my husband when he walked by them in the courtyard!). The bathrooms were really nice and modern, and the bed was giant with nice linens. We ended up not using the pool, which was very small, but no one else was using it while we were there so we would have had it to ourselves. Having things like a Cuban coffee place, ice cream, and a CVS within a half block were very convenient. They also called us when we were on our way to Key West to let us know our unit was available in case we wanted to check in early. We arrived on a Sunday and had to park several blocks away and had a hard time unloading our things because there was nowhere to even pull over near the place, but by Monday afternoon, 2 spots opened up on the street and we were able to move our car to right in front, so maybe parking is more of an issue on weekends than during the week.

Great place! Has everything you need and then some!! Fair warning street parking is tricky to find.. but it’s a city on an island.. it is exactly what we expected. But once we found a spot we honestly didnt move the car again. You really don’t need a car to explore key west.. the main strip is the next street over. Loved the place! So spacious and clean! Will definitely be back!! Easy check in and check out with options to check in early (5 hours early) and check out late (we paid an extra $30 to check out at 7pm) well worth it!!

We really enjoyed our stay at this vacation location. Clean and comfortable! The only trouble was that street parking is very limited, but there are paid lots available and once we parked our vehicle for two days (60$) we never needed it again. There are lots of ways to get around town via walking, renting a bicycle, or a moped. We will be back.

The grounds were pristine. The pool was cool. The laundry was convenient. The security was a plus. The townhome was terrific. This was my first time in Key West, although my brother has been there many times and I think this is the second time at a Key West Vacation rental. Yentz (sp?) and Treena were more than welcoming to us and invited all of our group (5 in all) to join them on the patio for Thanksgiving dinner. It was just marvelous. My only concern is that not all of the units are decorated to the same level and although my townhouse was comfortable, I noticed that others had more upscale décor. I did have a problem with the downstairs AC unit but it was promptly repaired after I called the office. I would book a KW Vacation Rental again and hopefully, we all will return next November for a redo.

The Location was Fantastic just far enough from Duval party area that you did not have all the people running around. It is almost in the middle of Duval so if you go out take a left Southern most point is 5 blocks down and take a right Duvall Party area is 6 blocks down. Just arcoss the street a Laundry mat and CVS subway. The people from check in to the time we left Great and will to help with any question. GREAT JOB, We will be back!!!

Came down with wife, toddler and standard poodle. the unit location is great right next to all the action. we were surprised at how isolated we felt on the property. the property sits less than 500 ft from Duval st. yet you can't hear the commotion. The courtyard is very well maintained and the pool on the small side, was refreshing and my son didn't complaint about it. The unit it self had a full kitchen and 2 TV. Our standard poodle loved it, Key west is pretty dog friendly, plenty of outdoor seating and there are several beaches you can take your dog with. the staff was very welcoming and only issue was parking but i found paid parking not far away from unit. if your lucky and you wake up early you can snag a parking spot right in front of the unit. besides the parking we had a great time in Key West

The folks in the office, Frank and Carol, were wonderful to work with and did everything possible to insure we had a terrific time during our stay in Key West, which we did. The units were clean, located on and close to Duvall Street, were comfortable and simply put, lovely accommodations. We had a lovely stay. Liked being so close to everything but still tucked away. Love the charm of Old Town. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. The place was very clean. When we had an issue with the internet, it was taken care of promptly. The only thing that surprised us was how small the pool is, more the size of a hot tub. Can't really swim in it. I would definitely recommend this property. We rented bikes on the corner and used them every day. All the restaurants we tried were fabulous: Blue Heaven, Bliss, Santiagos, 951, Black Fin. Loved the Tropic Cinema.

Our vacation started with a DISASTROUS (no injuires) but WORST SERVICES EVER from SILVER AIRWAYS. Only to have our wonderful vacation to Key West completely turned around by Rick, who is the owner of Key West Vacation Rentals. Our flight was sooo late we were missing the first sunset in Key West. Rick met us at the beach, enjoyed the Sunset and shared history of the Keys with us as the Sun set. Sensing our stressful flight, instead of driving us to our room (you got that, the owner is picking us up) taking us a special new property to see wonderful new wildlife and to feed turtles cat food from the dock. From ultra-stress, to ultra peace in less than 5 minutes. The man is a Saint. He later salvaged us from a miscalculation on time and distance to our dinner reservation. He spotted us on the street, stopped to say hello and ask where we were heading. Knowing the area, he knew we were going to miss our boat and the reservation. So, he drove us, at no charge to the boat. Since he saved us, we had the MOST AMAZING dinner (at a rather reasonable cost at Latitudes Restaurant. Our whole stay Rich made sure we were treated as Kings & Queens. And, please make it clear. This was our very first dealings with Key West Rentals and Rick . Please keep in mind his staff is very protective of him and his time. So, your mileage my vary, Oh, and the most telling part of this company and the owner is the reason he spotted us walking to our dinner reservation is he saw some previous night's guest on the street, and stopped to check on them to make sure they had a good outcome. He had to throw them out of one of his complexes due to drunk and disorderly conduct, with one of the going to jail for the night. And then, THEY had the gall to rip him for throwing them out in the rain with no place to stay. Short clue -- Lookup "rainfall for Key West on Saturday, November 15th 2014. There was NO RAIN ... Not even a drop. Just check the arrest blotters in Key West for that night. Please note: We have never had dealing with Key West Rentals before this vacation. We have no relatives or any other connection with Rick or his companies. My point is we are receiving, NO discounts or ANY other incentives to protect this company for the slander committed against them. We have already scheduled our next time with their company for a whole week in April for my wife and my 35 wedding Anniversary. You will not go wrong.

I booked blindly based on price and reviews on trip advisor. I hit the vacation rental jackpot! This one bedroom townhouse was perfect for me and my friend. It was cool (against that Key West heat), clean and well decorated. The check process took all over 30 seconds and check out was just as quick. No frills just in and out. I loved that!! Fresh towels were brought to us daily and the staff was so nice. The property is located just a block from Duval St off Truman which was perfect. We parked our car on friday and didn't see it again till we left on Tuesday. I will definitely be staying here all over again on my next trip to Key West. The only thing I would advise is beware of parking or NON PARKING. Parking is scarce. We had to park our car about a half mile from the property. So be prepared to walk with all your stuff in the humid air. Some were lucky we were not.

Beautiful scenery, beautifully decorated condo, a very fair price, extremely quiet and perfect location for enjoying everything Key West and Duval Street has to offer....... We LOVED everything about the condo, as well as the management company, Key West Vacation Rentals with their concierge service were extremely courteous and helpful during our stay. I honestly couldn't be happier with my decision, I just wish I didn't waste a month looking for something better, which is not out there.....

The property is very well maintained! We stayed in the Andros Suite and is was very well appointed. Everything you need was available. Two baths and upstairs bedroom. Large living room/dining area and a very handy kitchen. Our suite was near the street. So, the sodium light outside made the room brighter than we like it. This could be an easy fix with a curtain or shade over one window. The property managers are very pet friendly. This is not a problem for most but my wife if allergic to cats and it seems the roaming cat that obviously lives there goes in and out of the suites when allowed to. The best part of the staying here is the courtyard. It is extremely well maintained and beautiful! Nice, small pool that was never busy. As shared grill made it easy to stay in one night. We will definitely stay here again.

My husband and I stayed at Andros Suite for our 20th anniversary. We couldn't have picked a better place to stay. It was within walking distance to everything fun on Duval Street. The scooter rental was literally steps away from our suite. I was worried about the noise level being so close to Duval St, but this place was super quiet. Everything in the unit was clean and well maintained. I would highly recommend this location to anyone wanting to stay near the action, but quiet enough to relax amidst the tropical landscape. We can't wait to go back!
