This was a fantastic place to stay. Great location as it was close to everything yet quiet for relaxing between outings. Local CVS has quick shopping amenities. Would have been helpful to have some literature in the rental for favorite places to eat, grocery shopping, things the locals do, etc. We came with no agenda and other than hitting the bar scene which we loved, we were kind of at a loss of what to do. SO many bars and restaurants and so little. We will be back

We stayed in this adorable home for a long weekend. It was perfect for our needs. The grounds were so cute! The units surround a courtyard and a small pool. There was a locked and coded gate that made our stay feel very safe. Highly recommend this home and will be back! Thanks for a great stay!

This was a great spot and we'd stay here again. it's perfect for a couple, but would be a bit tight for a family. The landscaping makes it feels much more private than it is, and the location can't be beat.

This is an ideal location in the heart of Old Town. But it is relatively quiet, facing into a private courtyard. Having an extra half bath is unusual for a one-bedroom. We enjoyed sitting outside. The kitchen worked well so we didn't have to eat out all the time. There is a great Cuban coffee shop right across the street.

Our family of 4 had a great stay. The unit was well equipped, had nice furniture, and the outdoor area was serene and beautiful. We didn’t need a car and could walk everywhere. When we needed a ride, Lyft and Ubers were inexpensive and we never waited more than a few minutes. The Cuban restaurant across the street had fantastic coffee and food. There are lots of restaurants close by and a CVS right across the street. We didn’t find a grocery store but we weren’t there to cook.
The description indicated that there was not a blow dryer but there were 2 in the unit. There were several rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom, paper towels, dish detergent, dishwasher detergent and a package of laundry detergent. There were plenty of towels, as well as beach/pool towels. The AC worked great both downstairs and in the bedroom. The neighbors next door were very friendly too. Thank you for a wonderful place to stay.

Good overall location. As described and satisfied with everything. Took a bit of time to schedule a maintenance request but it was fixed the next morning as promised. Very walkable. Lots of nearby options for restaurants and shops, including a 24 hour CVS a 45 second walk away. Very quiet aside from people testing out their scooters next door during the day, but no issues at night. AC upstairs didn’t get super cold but did ok. Would stay here again.

This was our first Air BnB experience and it was beyond our expectations. The unit was delightful. Pristine, well decorated and roomy. The surrounding villas and gardens were just beautiful. A perfect little paradise tucked away just a few minutes walk from Duval Street where all the action is. It was quintessential Key West at its finest. We look forward to booking our next stay. This was the third time we stayed at this property and it didn't disappoint. The garden made the place feel peaceful and homey. The pool was refreshing after a day of sun, heat and walking. The amenities were just as described. We would stay here again for sure!

This was an amazing place to stay outside of the noisy downtown area that you spent your day at. The cottage was very comfortable, well decorated and the amenities. Worst efficient. The outside space available was very beautiful and peaceful to sit out and have a cocktail or eat supper. The only downside to this space. What is the parking? I was well advised of street parking, but not very advised of what that look like. There was never anything available to park in front or even with any blocks distance of this rental, and there is no free parking.  Be prepared to budget for parking at least $60 a day. I had never been to Key West, so I had no idea oh what to expect, and this part was not explained very thoroughly.

We really enjoyed our stay! We had 4 adults so two slept in the bed upstairs and two slept on the pull out couch. That part was a little tough but for a few nights it was fine. We loved being so close to all of the "must-sees" and the neighbors who live right around the condo were very friendly. We will definitely stay again!

We went during Fantasy Fest. I was surprised at how quiet and peaceful the location was. Great for relaxing by the pool and retesting for some time I. Between festivities. Easily walkable to local cafes, boutiques, and southernmost point for photos. I felt safe because of the gated courtyard. I loved visiting the parakeets by the pool. The house was cute, clean, and cozy. The nook area upstairs had a vanity which was perfect for getting ready and into costumes. I would stay there again.

Amazing location! Close to everything and very quiet considering that. The rental is in a super cute community of about 6 other place. The grounds are beautifully kept with a perfect size pool. It felt so secure and like our on little oasis.

This little place was almost perfect for our first visit to Key West. The house had everything we needed. It was very clean and well stocked. Our only concern is the parking situation. It is “first come, first served” on a narrow street in front of the complex where the houses are. And there is a golf cart / scooter rental place on the corner that takes up part of the parking on the street. The good part was that after finally finding a spot to park we were able to walk to everywhere we wanted to go. We never moved our car until we checked out to leave. Even with that we would stay there again since it is so convenient to everything. Great place.

Great property. We’ll maintained , nicely furnished and clean. Keyless entry was very convenient. Good and timely communication from the manager. Good location near Duval. A couple of listing inaccuracies. There is no washer/dryer and there is no “luggage drop off for early arrival or late departure”. But there are 2 hairdryers, even though the listing says there aren’t any.
But overall a great property and we would stay again.

We had a great honeymoon, place was very comfortable and was great to stay in for a full week. Nice shower, bed is comfy, and plenty of space. Only down fall is I thought that the place itself had a washer/dryer when it is actually a shared one with all units. We did not get checked in until after 4 which was frustrating since we were early and had luggage. Vacasa was nice to let us stop our stuff off until it was ready, however no one called us. We ended up walking in at 4 to someone measuring the counter tops and had to go back outside to wait. Then another day they had someone unannounced come and measure the counters again during the afternoon in the middle of our vacation. Overall, I would come back bc of the place itself and I loved the peaceful outside area, it was comfy. My biggest recommendation is communication with the guests and letting people check in on time.

CVS was conveniently located across the street and we grabbed many items of convenience over there. I was worried at first about how this place was going to be like at first, but the pictures do no do justice. It is beautiful 10x better than what I was expecting. Worth every penny and wish I could stay longer. The care takers of the property are so friendly talk to them for advice about the keywest.

What a cute spot! In walking distance to everything! We walked a lot and enjoyed some wonderful restaurants just around the corner (literally) on Duval.
Vascasa was amazing at checking and confirming accommodations, arrival, check in needs and allowing us a place to store bags when we arrived prior to check in. They allowed again when we had time following check out and to our flight home. Would recommend one of their properties!

The bungalo and it's location definitely lent a hand to the wonderful time we had in Key West. It was located in a beautifully landscaped complex with relaxing outdoor amenities. Our space was clean and comfortable. (New pillows that aren't so lumpy would be great though.) It was within walking distance to the conveniences of the CVS and delicious burgers at Meet Burger (definitely go!-yum!) and just a couple of blocks from Duvall street. If you rent a car, be prepared to drive around a bit to find a parking spot; you won't find one close to the bungalow. You probably won't need a car, but we wanted to explore the area so we rented one. We'll definitely reserve this space again if we come back to Key West.

This place was perfect! My son and I tremendously enjoyed our stay! There is street parking but can be a little challenging to find a spot close to the location. But honestly, you are in the middle of everything great to explore of Key West, that once you park you won’t need your car. We did wish the pool was bigger but it wasn’t a deal breaker. I would definitely recommend this location. It had a perfect balance of being steps away from the excitement but also able to enjoy some peace and quiet in our clean and stylish condo.

This is such an amazing location with a lot of charm. We had friends from out of town stay with us and were so happy to give them a wonderful Florida experience. You can’t beat the proximity to Duval and the price was very reasonable when split between 4 people. Will definitely be back.

We loved this space so much that we took many pictures in order to design our own. It’s in a great location, but the parking is on the street, which can be challenging in Key West. Many people have the their vehicles towed because they didn’t see the tiny signs posted. Just make sure you are parking in a public space. Expect to walk a bit. We dropped our bags at the gate and then found parking.

I spent one night in Key West on a girls’ trip with my sister. This apartment was absolutely beautiful, sparkling clean, and exactly as described in the listing. My husband and I absolutely loved the location and property! It felt safe, relaxing, and better than home! We are now planning to change our backyard to mimic the beautiful courtyard. We also want to thank management for allowing our dogs, that were over the weight limit, to come and stay!! Nearby was a dog park (right across the beach) that we were able to enjoy as well as many restaurants that allowed the doggies! Neighbors were friendly, one dog bowl was provided as well as bags to clean up which was convenient, two TVs, one in bedroom and one in the living room, two toilets, one down on main floor and another in the bathroom upstairs. A note to maintenance; Shower water not as warm as in the sink, bug found on floor, and parking was a challenge, but not a big deal. We definitely will come back and stay here when visiting Key West!

The most beautiful and up to date accommodations we’ve stayed in after multiple trips to our favourite destination! Would highly recommend! The cottage was updated and the grounds were exceptionally beautiful. The surrounding guests were kind and quiet. Only 1 block from the magic of Duval but quiet from the noise. You can’t beat a better accommodation and location!

We loved our stay here! My husband, our six month old, and I enjoyed being within walking distance of everything in Key West but also in a quiet place to sleep (the only things we heard were the early morning garbage truck and maybe one or two roosters, but no other street noise). Everything we needed was provided, like dish and laundry soap, etc. We were even able to get change for laundry from the onsite managers (I’m not exactly sure if they are owners, managers or what but they were helpful and friendly, even offering to share their dinner and wine with my husband when he walked by them in the courtyard!). The bathrooms were really nice and modern, and the bed was giant with nice linens. We ended up not using the pool, which was very small, but no one else was using it while we were there so we would have had it to ourselves. Having things like a Cuban coffee place, ice cream, and a CVS within a half block were very convenient. They also called us when we were on our way to Key West to let us know our unit was available in case we wanted to check in early. We arrived on a Sunday and had to park several blocks away and had a hard time unloading our things because there was nowhere to even pull over near the place, but by Monday afternoon, 2 spots opened up on the street and we were able to move our car to right in front, so maybe parking is more of an issue on weekends than during the week.

Very clean, lovely tropical courtyard, and perfect location to all the island’s adventures. The bed was comfortable and the AC worked wonders after a hot day exploring. Free shuttle to the airport was a bonus. Don’t forget your quarters for the own site laundry facility.

Great place! Has everything you need and then some!! Fair warning street parking is tricky to find.. but it’s a city on an island.. it is exactly what we expected. But once we found a spot we honestly didnt move the car again. You really don’t need a car to explore key west.. the main strip is the next street over. Loved the place! So spacious and clean! Will definitely be back!! Easy check in and check out with options to check in early (5 hours early) and check out late (we paid an extra $30 to check out at 7pm) well worth it!!

This unit was very nice. A/C's cranked and it was nice and clean and decorated perfectly. The small complex was nice. secure and quiet. The location is very good....right there, close to the action but not too busy. The only draw back is the pool. Its more like a hot tub.
