Very nice condo. Close to just about everything. Very easy check in. Place was very clean and had everything needed for the stay. Plenty of fresh towels.

Overall it was very nice. The unit was clean, which is top priority for me (Bathrooms, kitchen, floors, no dust - excellent)! It was as pictured and more updated furniture than the last unit I rented in the bldg. & washer/dryer which is a must for me. A/C was on upon checkin, nice attention to detail. WiFi was excellent.
Convenient Uber ride to anywhere on the Key and close to grocery stores. Quick hop across Roosevelt for access to the walkway along the water, just beautiful. The landscaping in the greater development is mature and lovely, many different varieties of vegetation.
Only two inconveniences…the living room TV had a wide blue streak from top to bottom of the screen (I have photos) and both mattresses need replacing. The center of both have a deep depression which makes like a hole in the center, lol.
I would rent again, but I would want to know that the beds were replaced.

This apartment has everything you need for your stay and is located on the main island of Key West, but is away from all of the hubbub. It is very near Smather's beach and easy to get to anything from this location with a car.

We had a wonderful stay. We had a couple of minor hiccups with one of the 2 condos we rented. Vacasa took care of the problem in a timely manor. The pool was nice and we could easily get to downtown KW or the local charter boats. I would rent again if I were able.

Key West is a small island so it was definitely convenient location. Take a taxi to town if you plan on spending at least half a day, parking isn't cheap when you can find it.
Some of the neighbors were noisy at times, but other than that, it was a nice place to stay. Didn't use the pool, we stayed gone pretty much the whole time.
I would recommend Sunrise Suites.

I had a great stay close to the airport and the pool was getting worked on while I was there so they made a deal with the Doubletree hotel that would allow us to use the pool it was great

This was a great property, worked perfect for us. The location is not near the tourist district, but it is very close to the Roosevelt Rd beaches. If you like peace and quiet, this is a perfect property. The room was clean, they provide coffee and there is a small grocery very close to the property.

Great spot for a great price in Key West! Brought the teenagers down for a few days. The space was comfortable for all four of us. It was spotless, and all the beds, even the pull out sofa were comfy. After a long day sightseeing, it was a delight to get out of downtown and have some peace and quiet. It was much chillier than one may expect in the keys this time of year so we didn’t use any of the property amenities, but that was fine. We would definitely choose this property again!

This place was definitely worth the money! It was very close to the airport, includes a washer/dryer and was able to accommodate my large party of 5 adults and two kids. Also, when we wanted to use the pool it was typically vacant so we had it to ourselves.

The only thing that would have been nice would be if we were emailed a map of exactly where to find our unit. We arrived after dark and it was difficult for us to find the right unit. Everything about this condo was great. 20$ Uber ride to Duval. Less than 5 minutes from a Starbucks. Convenient store was great. It was nice having a washer/drier and the two separate bathrooms. Parking was easy. Check in was with a code also very easy. The condo had dish soap, sponge and pots/pans available if you plan on cooking. Everything was super clean. We would absolutely stay again if we go back to KW!

Clean, nice little place with 2 bedrooms. It faces the back not the pool and is on the first floor. There is a washer dryer and blow dryer in the bathroom. We never heard the airport unless we were outside. A quick ride on the trolley or an uber and your down in the old waterfront area.

Had a fabulous stay, for some reason I didn’t have high expectations and I was very pleasantly surprised. Nice hot pool, not over crowded, quiet when we needed it to be but enough life around to feel comfortable. Layout of the unit with 2 couples was perfect, we were allowed enough space apart from each each other. I highly recommend this place.

I really shouldn't do this, because it could help justify a rate increase. On the other hand...maybe I'll get a discount for next trip! Lol I've been to KW many, many times. We usually stay with friends, but this time decided to rent a condo. We were thrilled with what we found. Being at the opposite end of the island from Duval wasn't even a little bit of an issue. We had our bicycles and scooters with us, and used both (KW is only 4mi x 2mi). The complex has bikes for rent, if you don't want to bring your own. The condo was super clean, great location, great pool, and hot tub. Check-in couldn't be easier. You get the door code in an email. There's even a convenience store 2 buildings away that is open until 1am! Can't wait to go back!

Location is about 15 mins away from Duval/attractions but the shuttle was great, completely free, quick and a huge help (only runs til 5:30) uber around $18.00. The facilities were very nice, and clean. The apartment was well maintained and was ready for us for our stay. The location was off to the side, which made it easy to come and go and visit areas of interest on the island. The swimming pool area was very nicely kept with people enjoying the surroundings. Highly recommend if going to Key West.

Our stay was great. The condo is far enough from the Duval area to stay quiet at night, while being right next to a major road to get around quickly.
It's also really helpful to be able to do laundry in the condo.

Very nice 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with balcony on northern part of island. Very clean unit with full kitchen and flat screen tvs in bedrooms and living room. This unit does not face the pool, but nice partial view of sunset. Pool area and hot tub were well maintained. Off the beaten path and fairly private. Would stay here again.

To mention somthing, the apartments at 1 do not allow a few over the landscape, all we could see was the parkingrage. Never the less we spent only shirt time at the apartment mostly we have been outside exploring the island. After our stay we moved to Ft. Meyers to spends some 10 more days when I realised that I have forgotten my jacket including wallet with some cash and keys for my home. Thanks to staff and especialy recetionist Kasia I've got all my things back. Kaisa sent all my belongings back to my home. Very perfect service. I would like to thank you all for this amazing service because I thought I would'nt get my things back. All in all a very recomandable resort.

The bar was a great place to have shots lined up and they kitchen was stocked with cups for our use. The bedroom was the perfect place for our Chinese desert that was brought back to the room.

When we arrived late in the evening, everything was was ready for us. The suite was clean and rooms were tidied up daily. We would definitely recommend it to all my friends and family.
