Best to use uber /lyft to go to popular locations due to parking .
Wish the laundry area had been closer to the unit as it is on other side so didn’t use but overall a clean and comfortable place to stay for a few days.

The place was great, pool was great. easy in and out. Just need better instructions to find the room itself. didn't know the numbers on the outside had nothing to do with the room numbers. Definitely could use recommendations for things to do, and places to eat the locals like. also could use beach chairs or a blanket for smathers beach, since it was close. overall, the place was clean, was great and would stay there again. thank you Vacasa.

Perfect space for 2 adult couples. 2 comfortable bathrooms and 2 comfortable bedrooms. Only negative is the condo is located on opposite end of Duval street. But, staying on Duval is always more expensive so the quiet side of the island is a good option . Renting a golf cart makes the location a fun use of the ride onto Duval street from the condo. The pool area is very nice. The beds were comfortable. There was an issue with the renters located above our rental but that was out of control of the property management , we contacted the property management to be aware of the issue and they handled the problem appropriately.

We had a great stay. The place was very clean, private and peaceful. Even with the airport right near by, it was peaceful. The pool and hot tub never had more than 2 other people in it while we were there. The appliances appeared new too.
We had a problem with the AC not cooling when we got there. We didn’t say anything about it until our last day when it got a bit to warm inside. It is my fault for not saying something sooner. I messaged Vacasa and they were very quick to respond. They fixed the problem very quickly. The customer service was excellent. I have no complaints and wound stay here again anytime. I have no complaints.

Great place in Key West-a few miles from heart of town but easily drivable. Condo was peaceful and quiet with all listed amenities. Vacasa was very responsive and gave clear check in instructions. Spacious and clean. We enjoyed our evenings on the balcony! Would stay again!!

Our only hiccup was finding out the office was 3 miles away from the unit when we arrived to drop off our luggage to be held prior to check-in. If they’re going to advertise this as an option, they need to CLEARLY let people know that the rental office is not located at or even near the rental unit. Other than this inconvenience, everything was awesome and true to the listing. We’d stay there again without hesitation.

The Big Kahuna Suite was just as pictured and had everything that we needed. The beds were very comfortable. We thought that being this close to the airport would be loud, but they stopped flying out around dinner time and it was actually fun to watch them take off while we ate out on the balcony. As far as places in Key West go, this condo offered way more room for the price than anything that we could find in the Old Town area.

Compared to other hotels and Air b n bs the price was on the average and sometimes towards the better value than certain hotels for what you get. Host was responsive and gave detailed instructions which were great. I would rent again from them.

We found the Big Kahuna Suite very comfortable. The condo was very clean, grounds were nice, pool and hot tub on premises. The location was great. Close to airport and both beaches. Close to grocery store. Plenty of parking. Little dog friendly. I would definitely return 🙂

This is an older condo unit and somewhat small. It was great for a 3 day trip, and max of 4 people. Would not be enough room for more than that or for an extended period of time with a large family. Check in process was easy and clear instructions given. Management company was responsive and ensured everything was going smoothly for us. Cleaned and sanitized unit! Would stay here again for a weekend trip for sure! Not close enough to shopping and bars on Duvall street to walk; have to drive or Uber.

This condo was perfect for what we needed! My husband and I brought our 14 year old niece with us and this condo had just enough space for us to enjoy our time together yet also have our own time, space and privacy. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was nicely stocked. It was close to the airport so we could hear the planes which we liked, maybe a little disappointed that being on the 2nd floor we couldn’t see them well. Next time we will request one of the higher floors! We rented a car so it was easy to get around. Parking was hit and miss the first night which was a Saturday. We didn’t see parking passes in several cars so it would be nice if that was patrolled. The rest of our trip parking was fine just the first day was it difficult to find an open spot. I would recommend staying at this location unless you are in Key West for the party, then I would stay in the old town. Oh, and the pool looked nice we just didn’t find ourselves having time to use it!

The location was perfect. It was very clean, and actually the pictures I viewed did the place no justice. I took my Mother there for her Mothers day gift and she was very happy. She was very pleased and content, so thank you for all accommodations. I must mention the pool was nice and clean but 10:00 is way to early for it to be closing. Last but not least having a store right in the community with everything in it that you would need was awesome! Overall We Ioved it, and my Dexter saids thanks fir being pet friendly!

The building was older, but it was clean it was nice it was as advertised beautiful. Very roomy lots of space. Very clean. Our only problem was checking in we got there at night and Google took us to the office building. And we got on the phone with the management, and she let us around to where we supposed to be. But I blame Google for 50% condo directions 50% My advice for visitors Check in while it’s still daylight.

This condo is fantastic. The photos are completely accurate. We were very impressed at how clean it was. It takes no time at all to get to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. The communication with the host is great. I can’t say enough good things about our experience! We would definitely stay here again!

Quite pleasant and easy to stay here. It was good to be out of town a little ways to be away from the noise of the weekend crowds, although when the navy planes are taking off it is quite loud! The pool area was a really nice place to relax. The place itself was clean and bright and comfortable. Considering the high prices in Key West it would have been nice to have a little more in the way of amenities on hand (only one small coffee serving was available, for instance). But overall this was a good place to stay for our weekend getaway.

In Key West near the airport. Very nice to have the full kitchen. If you are looking to spend every night down then this may not be the spot. $20 to $30 cab ride to Mallory Square if you don't have a car or don't want to drive.

The check in process was simple. The condo had everything we needed. It was perfect for two couples. It is a few miles to Duval Street but we didn't mind driving and parking in the area. Condo is right next to the airport, so you will hear planes coming and going but it didn't bother us. Condo faces the side parking lot of the building.

Definitely roomy and comfortable with two bedrooms and two bath rooms, a large living room and balcony. Vacasa made the place easy to find and welcoming with all amenities to make for a comfy stay.
It is within minutes of everything on the island. I highly recommend.

Unit was good and in working order for 3-day visit. Easy check-in and check-out procedure. Close to the airport but a good deal away from the downtown fun. Uber/Lyft were good to remedy that - so a great place, especially for the price!

Condo was great! It was EXACTLY what my family needed for this vacation. You are very close to the airport and our balcony overlooked the airport side. We enjoyed watching the planes land and take off. Everything was very clean! We took a taxi anytime we went to Duvall Street or Mallory Square. Taxi service was very nice and very informative. I recommend asking for the Happy Taxi he was our favorite cab driver! Overall we had a great time! Key West is a beautiful place and so thankful we got to visit.

The suite was perfect for the 4 of us. Everything was clean, we’re left beach towels, shower towels and extra shower towels. They had dish ware, silverware, pots pans and baking sheets stocked. Each couple got our own bathroom, so that was an extra plus!! It’s a little ways from downtown but perfect if you aren’t looking to stay in all the hustle and bustle of partiers!! We didn’t make it down to the hot tub or pool but it looked nice and clean. All in all, would definitely stay again!! PS- Don’t forget to get SALT AND PEPPER!! That is not supplied, which is absolutely fine, and we kept forgetting to buy some!!

We were two couples and enjoyed this unit very much. If you are looking for something close to Duval Street this obviously is not the location for you. It has everything you need to come and stay and enjoy a relaxing vacation. We enjoyed watching the planes take off in the morning and it is not an issue at night as there are no late planes leaving. The pool area is very nice with a nice hot tub and restrooms that were very clean. We did think the internet was slow but used our phones instead. Overall I would definitely rent this unit again.

Interesting blend of private apartment and hotel, but it works. Decent amount of space for Key West, and the kitchen was great - had everything we needed. Unit was close to the pool. Place seemed very clean, and despite being right next to the airport it was very quiet - I don't think the planes run all night. No complaints, would stay again.

Wonderful condo and great stay! Comfortable beds (would recommend bringing air mattress instead of using pull out bed in couch though). Balcony was nice and kitchen came with all cooking necessities and full size fridge to save a little money on the trip. Condo was clean and equipped with travel sized toiletries and some beach towels. Didn't see a single bug the whole trip. Definitely bring or plan on purchasing additional paper towels and toilet paper. Owner was communicative, check in and out process was a breeze-be sure door is locked when leaving as it does not do so automatically. Parking was always available and pool lounges were too! Walking distance to next hotel with tiki bar and live music. About a $30 Uber to Duval. Would recommend! Our trip was over spring break and the complex never felt over crowded or outrageously loud.

We had the best stay... the condo was very clean, well stocked and had everything we needed. All you need is your toothbrush! We stocked the fridge with food for the week but ended up eating dinners out (not as expensive as we thought). Duffy's is the best restaurant! The pool and hot tub were beautiful and well kept. Loved the turtle pond!!! The staff was great... loved the layed back feel of Key West... we didn't want to leave! Even tho the airport was nearby was not noisy at all, we actually enjoyed watching the planes take off. This was the most relaxing and enjoyable vacation I have ever had... Thank you!!!

Very nice apartment. Each bedroom has its own full bath. Quiet part of Key West very close to the beach. Nice pool. Took an Uber ($16) to Mallory Square and Duval St., much easier than driving and parking. Would stay there again.

Front bathroom closet had a strange cabinet in it that said do not disturb. I was a little tooken back. But other than that nice to stay in and not far from downtown.

Everything was clean and comfortable. We will be back as soon as we can... and hopefully to stay for a longer visit.

The location was ideal, the property was clean and well-maintained, the customer service was excellent and the shuttle service a great plus. I would highly recommend the Sunrise Suites Resort rentals and would definitely book there again

We did not expect daily room service but it was proceeded. We appreciated being a short distance away from Duval Street. If you were a runner miles of sidewalk runs along the ocean just outside the complex. The pool area was clean and the water warm.The only downside was The airport is near the back of the facility and constant planes leave all day but stop at night.

The property was well maintained and the condo in great shape. I look forward to staying again in the future.

When setting up rental unit I wanted was unavailable but this person passed my request on to the management and they secured a room for us - so nice.

This was a very clean unit. There were more than ample towels and toiletries. Kitchen was well stocked. The futon was misaligned in it's track when we first checked everything and with one call to the desk, maintenance arrived within five minutes and fixed it. Near airport but planes and noise cease by 10:30 to 11 pm. Easy parking and luggage cart available.
