Great place overall, some minor aging issues within their apartments that they oversee. bedrooms were clean, but they could definitely use some new cabinets. Pretty much all their cabinets have some kind of stain. Everything in the apartment worked, expect the water heater. Fkr those who like taking hot showers, that may be a problem.

They were responsive to our questions, had a water leak in the washer but they were going to fix it. We said wait til we check out.
Figuring out how to get into our apartment on arrival was a puzzle and had to call to get that info. Otherwise, they were very good hosts.

It was great for me and my family. Plenty of space. A/C and all appliances worked fantastically.
Wasn’t in walking distance of anything. But a short drive from downtown. The condo was a little rough on the edges, but we stilled loved it. Would come back to.

The place was nice. I would recommend having a cooler for people to use. We would advise putting room darkening curtains in bedroom, there was too much light even with shudders shut tight. A new shower head in bathroom off kitchen. water pressure was not good in that bathroom. The pool area and grounds around building were nice! Enjoyed iguanas visiting us while laying by pool, all the turtles that anxiously awaited food when we walked over bridge. Overall it was great stay and would stay again.

This was the perfect place for two couples (and a dog)! Only about a 15 minute ride to downtown and was nice to escape to a quieter part of the island to stay. Being by the airport was amazing for leaving and actually really enjoyed watching the planes take off and land from our balcony! A great price and has everything you’d need.

Our family had a wonderful time at Vacasa's Beachside Condo- every day was a little holiday. The space was tidy, clean and always had a cozy, sunday beachday feeling. It was very convenient to have just enough bathroom handtowels, beach towels and other toiletries in generous stock available so we didnt have to ask for much extra. The pool was clean and the natural pond nearby was so neat, so it was easy to find turtles and iguanas to watch, which was really fun. We couldnt of asked for a better place to stay. :)

This condo was so cute and very clean! Our family of 5 definitely enjoyed it. It had everything we needed including a full kitchen and large master closet. This was a very clean and comfortable place to stay. The location was perfect for my needs, close to the airport, but not impacted by aircraft noise to any great extent. It was quiet (i.e., there was very little noise from adjacent units). All the basics were provided. There were plenty of towels, soap, shampoo, etc. and they were all nice. The communication with the host/management was great. The self check in was easy. Check out was even easier! The view from the balcony over the salt ponds is nice because you're not looking at another building or road.

We have rented many of the units that Vacasa has in Key West over the years. The Bonaire was just as great as the rest of them.. If you do ever have any issues, whether something is not working or something is completely broken, a simple call and they have it repaired or replaced in no time.. Bonaire was clean, nicely decorated, just as shown in the photos.. We would not hesitate to rent from them again..

We found the place easy enough. We were a little disoriented when trying to find the room. No map was given. The office was closed, under construction, with a note that gave another address. We drove over to another building, and took the elevator upstairs. The elevator had an expired insoectikn certificate. We knew our room number, so it was easy to find our room from the signs on the wall. Other than the initial disorientation, and the unsafe elevator, we had a wonderful time.

Everything was very nice a clean the location was good in the middle toward the beach and downtown.. there was only one parking decal which ideally it be best to at least have 2 there seems to be enough parking and if you renting golf cart and etc. you kinda have to park without the decal and kind of risk it ..

Everything was clean and convenient. Check in was easy. Plenty of towels. Pool, property is very nice. The only tiny issue is you would be hard pressed to cook a meal with the very few pans in the unit. This might not be an issue for most travelers, but we count on doing this a couple nights.

The View from the balcony isn’t the beach, but it’s the beautiful and simple Florida that I know and grew up in. Comfortable Place, Quieter than most places in Key West, which we enjoy when we’re done being out and about. We usually stay at this location and try different suites. Very Stylish and clean home! The AC was already on when we checked in, so it was great to have a cool place immediately. Check in was very easy as well. The home is equipped with all appliances but at a minimal. For example, fridge was completely empty so planning to cook meant having to buy salt/pepper, oil, etc.

There were three of us in tis two bedroom unit. The unit was spotless and well appointed. Everything that we could have used was already in the apartment. There was also a small store within walking distance of the complex. I was happy that while it is away from the hustle, bustle and noise of the Duval Street and the busiest tourist area, it was only a short drive away. I well definitely look to see if they have properties in other cities that I might visit.

TV was on and everything was ready to go. The condo managers made my stay so relax and easy. A lot of places were not even ready when I check in at the said time. Loved the iguanas we saw everywhere, especially the 4-foot long guy at the pool and grill area that I named "Fluffy". He ate right out of our hands! We did not realize how far away we were from Mallory Square and Duval Street. A cab ride for fewer than four people was very expensive. The only (barely) negative is the pictures on the web site make the condo look considerably larger than it really is. The living area, and especially the kitchen, are very small. Still, our group was quite comfortable and we enjoyed our stay.

I come in every Jan/Feb for a weekend during the IWFFA Kelly McGillis Flag Football Tournament. I usually rent 3-5 suites. This year, the suites had been upgraded. Several of them had a washer and dryer in one of the bathrooms which made it convinient to laundry the girl's uniforms. having to bathrooms per suite is huge and having a full kitchen with bar sitting is very convinient for our type of activities. The pool and hottub as awesome. The only negative I have is the pull out sofa bed is pretty bad. Do not count it as a bed because it sucks.. It s probably ok for kids but not for adults.

New management has made upgrades that make a good place even better. The two bedroom two bath unit includes a no-fee washer and drier. The equipment for the kitchen is complete - everything you need to prepare breakfast or lunch or heat up the left-overs from one of the great local restaurants. The bedrooms are comfortable and spacious. The view overlooking the salt ponds serve as a nice background for quiet time.
