I loved everything. The only issue we had was cable was not working and that would have helped during the rainy times. Everything was clean. The view from the balcony is beautiful.

Our stay was great. Our apartment was very clean and very nice. It was just like the pictures and had all of the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed the apartment greatly and were very comfortable there. The staff was very responsive and communicated with us well.
The parking instructions could have been clearer as no available parking spaces were marked and the parking pass was not noted. In addition, there is no street parking but while we were there there were plenty of available parking spaces for the second rental car we had for our party.
Unfortunately, they were remodeling the apartment below ours and the early morning noise was inconvenient. Also, the airport was very close which added to the noise level.
Overall, it was a great stay and I would recommend this as an option. The price was very reasonable for the location.

A 15 o 20 min de la zona turística pero es tranquilo y bien ubicado para hacer otras actividades como kayac. Fuimos en motos y el parque se ve seguro.

They have a more specific dog policy than the one advertised: no more than 1 dog, no larger than 25lb, and dog must be on the list of approved dogs. We had 2 dogs, one 40lb, the other one a small one, and although we didn't have any issues, we let them know that they could be clearer with regards to their pet policies.

Front desk provided us with points of interest. We also arrived early and they checked in our luggage for us. They also allowed us to store our luggage after check out since we weren’t leaving the island until later that evening. The place was clean and as advertised. Thanks!

Check- in was very easy and we really enjoyed our stay. We had a lovely breakfast on the balcony. The beds were so comfortable that we slept like a baby. They also left a binder with information regarding local tips. This location was about 15 minutes from Duval Street. Loved it.

It was a perfect place to stay in Key West for a group of 6 people, we were 2 families and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The communication was prompt and timely. It's at a very convenient location from Downtown Key West and Key Points like the Southernmost Point. Overall a great value for money!

Location great for being in Key West and far enough away from the noise at night. Balcony was a nice place to sit, relax and be out of the direct sun. Good value for the location and price. Having a free shuttle was an added bonus.
The kitchen was adequately supplied if you are one to cook, but only with pans, dishware and utensils.
There is no daily maid service, which was fine. When we needed fresh towels I just called the office and someone brought them directly to the condo. If we travel back to Key West will definitely stay at Vacasa Key again!!

Bright and sunny Key West escape was perfect for our group of 5. Wonderful, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable and generous-sized bedrooms, spacious bathrooms with towels and toiletries. Plus easy access from A1A and away from the noise and traffic of Old Town. The pool and duck pond were highlights for our young daughter. We had a wonderful stay. Highly recommend!!

It is really a great place for up to 6 people to stay in Key West. 15 mins drive to downtown Key West. The room is clean, and easy check in and check out.

This is a valuable apartment, and it was a hotel style I think. You go to the office pick up your envelope, and your code will be there. It was a nice apartment, my friends liked the kitchen!
