Clean, convenient, great floor plan, has an elevator, pool and jacuzzi. Next to the airport so seating on the patio could be very noisy. Overall, I would rent it again.

Everything was just as expected and pictured. The condo was spacious though some of the furnishings seemed slightly dated, we had everything we needed to have a comfortable stay. Felt safe even though entry to pool area and actual condo did not have secured entry. One night I received a mysterious knock on the door and when I looked out the peephole, nobody was there.

Great place to stay in Key West, superb!. Very private area, excellent to rest at the end of a busy day in the old town and the beaches. Quiet, even with the airport near by, you can a have a great view of the flights coming and going, but you won't get bothered by the airplanes sound. The apartment looked like the photos, well maintained and equipped , we felt right at home since the beginning, strongly recommended.

Clean, could use a new coat of white paint, quiet neighborhood, nice view of the sunset. Very nice master bed, and great hide-a-bed in the couch for the littles. Could use the water controls in both bathrooms redone as it's either super-hot or cold, no in-between; lil market extremely close to the property is very convenient. The outside pool is warm (being from Oregon, it felt AMAZING), the air in the apartment worked great and felt great to come into out of the heat. Plenty of glassware. The Sliding door to the balcony could at very least use some lithium grease on its rail as it's quite difficult to open. Comparable to paying for two hotel rooms, but was much better for our family trip than being seperated. An overall good time was enjoyed by our party.

This unit was great I loved that the rooms had their own bathroom. Unit was clean and fully equipped. The pool was awesome too. I loved I was able to take my furry baby. I was also close to Duval about 10 to 15 mins drive. I'll definitely be back.

Everything at Vacasa was Great except for they only give you One parking space so if you wanted to rent a golf cart for the week you can't because there is no place to park it and the parking lot was not full the whole week there were lots of empty spaces. And the pool was very very hot day or night. other than that, the place was well worth the price, very clean everywhere and only 14 minutes from ever thing. The rooms have everything you would need. And a Great view of the airport you can watch all the planes land and leave and you get to see alot of birds and other animals around the place.

We enjoyed our stay. The cable wasn’t working the first day, but the issue was resolved quickly. We were unaware the laundry room was out of order. We were there 4 nights so that would’ve been nice. Still, none of these things were worth dropping a star. Location was excellent. Close enough, but far enough! Plenty of room for all 6 of us. Unit had everything we needed, especially in the kitchen. Even with the holiday, the proximity to the airport wasn’t a bother at all. It was neat watching the planes take off/ land. Sunset was pretty too! Overall positive experience.

We had a few minor issues, but these were quickly resolved by property management, and they were very pleasant to deal with. Only downside was we could’ve used 2 more higher seated chairs for the breakfast counter and the community laundry downstairs was out of order. Would’ve preferred to have a unit with a private washer/dryer so we wouldn’t have had to spend some time in a public laundry mat. Otherwise, the accommodations met our needs and we enjoyed our stay!

This condo had everything we needed for our stay in Key West. There was ample parking and even a place for motor scooters. The pool was clean and the grounds were well maintained. Having elevators was a huge plus. Watching the sunrise and sunset from the patio was the best feature.

The place was very tidy. I absolutely love the check in process!! No, keys or cards involved so you didn't have to keep up with them. The only thing i didn't like was you couldn't enjoy the hot tub after 10pm. The gate was locked. We just wanted to sit around the pool and talk. I do realize though that others may have ruined this by being loud. Over all i would definitely stay here again!!!

This is a great condo. There is a seperat bathroom for each bedroom. No Sharing! Super nice. The bed is VERY firm. It was great for my wife but not so much for me. No the condo's fault! just my own taste. Our other couple both stated their bed was softer so you have a choice. Very clean and quiet. You can see the airport but there were no planes during the overnight period while we were there. Great place! We would stay there again.

We loved our stay! We only stayed for one night on our drive through the keys, but we loved it so much nonetheless! So so clean, very organized check in and out, very communicative, and the pool (heated!) was open late so we were able to take a dip when we came home after dinner! Overall 5 stars would stay here again and again :)

We had to wait about 20 min past check in time, but when the lady came out she apologized over and over, which was absolutely fine. When we walked in the place was very clean and smelled amazing. We had everything we needed and was very comfortable during our stay The condos balcony overlooks the airport runway, which was cool because got to see my sisters plane land. It was nice to sit out and watch the planes take off, before we headed out for the day. I would stay here again and again.

Very easy to book this property and check in was also a breeze. Property was well maintained and if the upstairs tenant weren't so noisy, it would have been perfect. Overall it was a fantastic week. Had a wonderful time staying at Vacasa in Key West. Having a CLEAN place to stay is always top priority in my book and this hit the mark. Thank you for that. We didn't get the opportunity to use the pool but it did look very nice. If your coming to Key West need a nice clean place to stay look no further. One little thing I would mention is the walls are thin and if your a light sleeper bring ear plugs.

This place is GREAT! The inside is very nice and more spacious than expected, the beds were super comfy, there were a surplus amount of towels AND beach towels which was also great for our trip. Would definitely recommend and stay here again if I’m ever in key west.

One con- the tv in one of the bedrooms had NO sound. Recommend exchanging it for one that works or removing it from the room. Nice stat for a group of 4 with privacy as there are two separate bedrooms. Kitchen is stocked with a full size fridge.

2 Bedroom and 2 Bath units are GREAT if you are traveling with a group. Very nice accomodations. We have stayed in a Bed and Breakfast in the past,but they are normally small. These units have a large living area in the middle of the 2 bedrooms that is your living room and kitchen.

We loved our condo. It had everything we needed and was super easy to get in and out of. Perfect location near the beach but away from the noise. I loved peaceful mornings on the balcony. The staff was helpful. And the hot tub was the perfect end to our days.

Resort is near the airport and significant taxi cost to return after 9 to 5 FREE shuttle. Suites well appointed and currently under remodeling. Kitchen stocked, towels exchanged daily, laundry $2 a load per wash and dry. Mattress groves, but with two bedroom and one person, slept in middle of bed. Efficient air conditioning with ceiling fans for July stay, view of airport, but too hot to use outside patio. Excellent cost, but not near restaurants, Double Tree closest, two local restaurants a mile walk or $13 taxi each way after shuttle hours. Brother in law and I will return, this trip we did Dry Tortugas, NOA, Shipwreck Museum, Truman Whitehouse, Audubon House, Jimmy Buffett's, Jack Flats, Senior Frogs, Grand Restaurant, Gas Monkey, Blue Heaven, best service was Blue Heaven and Senior Frogs. Convenient store has no prices list, take shuttle back to Publix and do shopping while FREE shuttle available. We tipped all services. We will return to hope our next trip to Dry Tortugas has less cloudy snorkeling.

We didn't end up spending much time there because there was so much to do in Key west so we didn't take advantage of the pool or jacuzzi at all. We wish we had! It was clean, quiet at night, and fully stocked. There is also a small convenience store within walking distance which was great. There is a courtesy shuttle that runs until 6pm. If you plan on being out after that, it's about $20 for the cab ride back from Duval. There is a small gym that has enough to get a quick work out in.

Nice 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo with completely equipped kitchen, a sofa bed and a porch. Overall a treat for a party of 6 people. It was way cheaper than the nearby Hyatt hotel (although you get what you paid for). In Hyatt, the facilities are more up to par with a 4-5 star hotel, but this resort is close behind. We enjoyed staying in Sunrise Suite resorts too. The beds & pillows are comfy. Plenty of towels in the bathrooms & more beach towels for the pool. We did not use the pools due to time constraints. Wouldn't mind coming back & stay in this place again.

I stayed at the Sunset Suites Resort during the weekend of the Key West Half Marathon. The property itself is clean and the room was immaculate. This particular unit is situated on the 3rd floor with windows facing the rear of the property (looking out West and toward the airport). This location proved to be optimal because it is on the other side of the swimming pool area. We couldn't hear a thing in our suite even though we knew that other guests were being quite loud in the pool area. Sunset Suites is on the Northern tip of the island and about a 30 minute bike ride to Duval St, etc. We are quite physically fit, so we found the ride to be manageable, but others might prefer to take a cab. There is a small convenience store on the property which was very convenient. My one negative was that there doesn't seem to be good communication between office staff members. The office staff upon check-in was wonderful and allowed me to extend my check out time by an hour (because I was running the Half Marathon), but the office staff member upon check-out said that she was not informed of that and rushed us to check out earlier than we anticipated. That being said, I highly recommend this unit. It's perfect for a family (we were 3 adults and 1 child). The location is great and the room itself was clean and spacious.
