Well located, it was comfortable, we had everything we needed at hand. Be mindful it is not a new property, so building and the unit are aging accordingly. We went with our service dog and the neighborhood was perfect for his morning walking.

Great place to stay! Beautiful and quiet neighborhood in a great location. It’s tidy and clean. There’s no in-apartment washer/dryer, which isn’t mentioned in the listing. Also, there’s no hand soap (other than the bar soap in the bathroom) in the entire apartment which was a bit unexpected for a rental like this.

The apartment complex was easy to find and beautifully landscaped. It was easy to find close parking and the complex has elevators, huge plus for us. The apartment was very quiet, no noise from any neighbors. Very clean and the beds were comfortable. Kitchen was clean.

This condo was conveniently located next to a stairwell which made it easier to take our dog in and out. Many walking areas available for dogs. The complex has an elevator and also offered luggage carts which were very helpful loading and unloading the car. The location was great and the pool and spa was nice and warm in February! Plenty of sunshine. The condo itself could use some fresh paint and some updating. It certainly fit our needs. The beds were comfortable and each bedroom had a private bathroom. Refrigerator has an icemaker. No Keurig, but there is a coffeemaker. We would stay there again.

Accurate description, clean and fit our needs. was nice to have a pool/hot tub nearby. It is about a 20 min drive from the main old town streets. Check in and check out times were a little constrictive.

This place was just as described with beautiful pool right outside the front of the building. This condo is in need of the following things: more towels (had only 4 towels for 4 people for 3 nights), hot pads, coffee filters, salt and pepper, extra paper towels, extra trash sacks and a scrub brush or something to use to wash pots/pans. The location was great and A/C worked very well!

Kitchen was stocked, bathrooms stocked, easy to get in and out of. Good price for how close it was to Duval Street, etc. The host also were excellent at communicating and responding. Close to duval, but farther to walk so we had to drive and pay for parking for that area every day. Nice area. Responsive host. The condo was clean and had everything needed. Good amount of space for 4, not too bad for 6. Sofa bed wasn’t great but manageable. Doing Laundry wasn’t easy.

The Sunrise suites Condo was a wonderful stay! It was clean and quiet. We had a corner unit which was great traveling with an autistic son.. Vacasa called each day to check on us, Great company.. This was not our first time booking with Vacasa, each time their homes have been truly enjoyable. Just wish the 10am check out was later, but in all, we will continue to book with them. Thank you ☺️

There were 3 of us and the place could comfortably house more people -- 4 would be perfect, but 6 will work too. The condo is well maintained, immaculately clean and with everything working properly. I loved the balcony which faces north so it remains out of the sun the whole day. It's easy enough to go down to the pool, which is a few steps from the building, to get some sun and heated swimming when you want more activity. The condo is about a thousand feet from the ocean walk along the Atlantic Ocean and less than two miles from Smathers Beach. It's about 5 miles from Duval St. but you get the peace and quiet of the area and still be about a 15-minute drive from the heart of town.

Great location and value. This condo is within walking distance of a convenience store that has almost anything you might need for your stay. It is also within walking distance of the sea wall which is a great place for a run, bike ride, or stroll.
Our favorite nearby restaurants were Hurricane Hole (great drinks and fish they catch themselves every day) and Baby's Coffee.

Apartment is exactly as pictured and is sparkling clean! Really happy with our experience as a family as we had tons of privacy and space. We felt nothing but relaxed and at ease. The property is easy to find and so was parking. It’s only a few minutes drive to the center so you get to be away from the noise at night, and as a plus there’s a small deli in the compound. 5 stars!

This unit is updated as to furnishings and linens, and is lovely. The kitchen is functional and its not being updated was really not a problem Everything worked perfectly and that's all we needed. We were there to experience Key West and ate out most often. The buildings and grounds were very well maintained. The pool couldn't have been cleaner. We would definitely stay again!

Love Key West. Experience is different when your children are teenagers, good and bad. Wi-fi is bad, that being said I didn’t travel 1300 miles to sit in #311. Pool is like a hot tub. Two Friends restaurant is fantastic for food and price.

My family and I loved this place. It’s not too close to downtown where you can hear everything, but it’s less than a 10 minute drive to anywhere on the island (i.e. Duval St, Smathers beach, the airport and Fort Zachary). The place that we stayed in was so cute and gave such an island feel. It was very roomie and the complex was very dog friendly. Parking was sometimes an issue because parking spots were used for golf carts, boats and work trucks-and everything else would be marked as private. So we would go out to dinner and come back and have to circle around to find parking sometimes. Everything was clean inside. Linens and toiletries were readily available. Our kitchen did have sugar ants, but we just wiped everything down and made sure no food was left out. The pool was great and where we spent most of our days. All in all, I would still rate this airbnb 5/5. I would go back and definitely recommend to a friend.

Coming back to the air conditioned room was the highlight of our nights after spending all day out in the humid weather. We would definitely stay again! The beds were super comfortable and the kitchen with full size appliances and barstool seating was nice.
We were in third floor with easy elevator access and the pool, small gym and laundry were a 1 minute walk away.
Check in and out was a breeze as they sent us the 5 digit key code for the door in advance, so there was no not to stop at the suite office.
We requested a early check in time which they gave use without issue and response to our requests were super fast.
The location was good with a < 5 minute drive to the beach or airport and 10 minutes to Duval St.

The condo was spacious enough for two couples or a family. It was close driving distance to downtown. We didn’t use the pool but it looked nice. Thank you it was a quiet place.

Every bedroom has one bathroom, which was very comfortable traveling with 4 persons. The kitchen is fully equipped and very clean. By the way, we loved the toaster, which can toast 4 pieces at a time! Check in and check out was without any problems. We could even check in a bit earlier! The only thing you have to know is, that the apartment is not directly in key west. If you have no car, they offer a shuttle service until 5:00 pm. We never used it because we had a car, but I think this is a great offer for people who haven't a car. We just want to say thank you for our stay and the beautiful apartment!

The only issue is that it is the opposite end of the island from most of the things to do downtown. This means driving downtown, parking and walking. Parking is not cheap and gong back to the meters & putting more money is not convenient. Not the problem of the unit just be aware of this issue.

We were also given coffee to make each morning during our stay. A nice unexpected perk. We had everything we needed for our weekend away. So if you want a nice place, clean and quiet that is not right on or too close to Duvall, this is your place! Very easy to book, checking in was easy and had a blast!

The furnishings were modest and would only recommend more luggage racks for the closets. Was great to walk out to the street entrance and be on the water for pleasant morning walks. A little far from Duval St. but better as it was less crowded at our end and transportation was easily available. Good find!

Just outside the complex is a nice sidewalk for running/biking that goes along the water and down to the beach. The tennis courts and pool was never too busy. We hope to stay again.

It was a little bit far from most island activities but we had our own car so that wasn't a problem.
