MA101 - Marathon Magic

BOOK NOW! We loved this house, view and location! We have gone to the keys often, and this is by far our favorite place! The view is breathtaking, and you can pull your boat right up to the dock. The bridge is right around here corner and you can zip out to the lighthouse for snorkeling! There is also a lot within walking distance- restaurants, jet ski/kayak rentals and more. Boat rentals down the road very close. We brought our bikes to ride around and go to the pedestrian bridge! It was great to come back and jump in the pool! We were also able to bring our doggies which we loved. We had a manatee come right up to our dock for fresh water!! We will definitely be back. I miss it already.

We loved the excellent layout of this home. The view was spectacular and the pool was heaven. The entry ramp made coming and going so easy!

This house couldn’t be more perfect for a family looking to fish and have fun boating. The house and boat dock were perfect. Had everything we needed in the fully stocked kitchen. Also lots of extras like floats and coolers for outside fun. The only thing I wouldn’t give 5 stars are the beds. The mattresses were hard and uncomfortable, but if you’re not old like us with back and hip pains then no worries for you! Would 100% stay here again if they updated the beds.

Seven Keys Vacations staff

The house is clean and very well-cared for. One of the most well-stocked kitchens I have seen in a rental. Lots of personal touches by the owners that you don't typically get in a rental. More than enough towels for everyone. The living area was smaller than I expected but we spent most of our time outside because the outdoor space and view are perfect. One true negative is that one bedroom only has access to a half bath/laundry. We had to go through someone else's bedroom to use their shower and we had very little privacy in our bathroom because it doubled as the laundry area. If you can work through those issues, I highly recommend this cottage. It is truly magical!

We had a great stay. The location was perfect with restaurants and coffee shops within a walkable distance. The views were spectacular. We bought a boat, bike, and paddle boards and had plenty to do. The snorkeling off the dock was also great. The place was very spacious and kitchen was well stocked with pots,pans, and other utensils it made cooking at home easy and enjoyable for us. Everything was great and we can’t wait to return in the future.

It was a wonderful stay! My family stayed here in the middle of April, and we made memories which will last a lifetime!!!
We were never bored, and we hardly ever looked at our phones other than taking pictures or videos.
There were little things which could have been better (recommended it to Vacasa), but overall this home was worth every penny!

This was our first trip to the keys. We enjoyed the home, great location on the water. The pictures don't do justice for how comfy and roomy the how is. The pool was awesome. Would definitely go back again.

We loved everything about this place! We spent hours everyday in the pool and fishing off the dock. The location was perfect. There were several bars and restaurants in walking distance and a short drive to everywhere else we wanted to go. We will definitely book this house again!

The house was clean and well stocked for all your needs. The view however, was the the best part of the stay. Hanging out in the pool or under the shade of the covered porch just staring at the view was amazing!

Really was the perfect house for us. Clean and up to date with a beautiful view of the water. Pool can be heated for a daily fee which made relaxing and swimming at home..a great option when beach weary or just refreshing after a day of fun . We thoroughly enjoyed the gorgeous Sombrero Beach Beach along with the natural beauty of Curry Hammock State Park. Sombrero beach is dog friendly as well as the small shallow, clear waters of Veterans beach about 10 minutes South on Overseas highway. The best places to eat in Marathon were very close and some walkable -Lazy Days South, Porkys... and others a few minute drive - Burdines, Castaways, Island Grill and the fabulous Hideaway Cafe on top of the Rainbow Bend Inn. And right next door is Starbucks. The house had excellent air conditioning, water pressure and appliances dishes pots and pans. Washer and dryer large capacity and worked very well. The yard is fenced in so great for my tiny dog but just kept an eye on pool and ocean in case she decided to jump in. Service was great when I called about pool heat or initial questions on how to use locks. Three thumbs up and 5 stars.

Tucked on the last little road on Marathon, it was a quiet and peaceful. The only noise was the sound of occasional rain and the wild roosters of the Keys. The house had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. We liked the location so we could do short day trips and yet have a nice grocery store nearby. It was relaxing to have a pool looking out to the ocean. We would stay here again!

We had a wonderful vacation in the Keys. The home was perfect for us!! Very clean, gorgeous view and the kids loved playing in the pool. Sunset boat rides, lobstering, fishing and swimming with the dolphins at dolphin connect. We made amazing memories in this home and will definitely be booking this home again! We had an awesome stay! This house has the most well stocked kitchen dishes, utensils, pots and pans, plates, etc than any house I have ever stayed at in all our visits to the Keys. The house was very clean and cheerful upon our arrival. Plenty of room. Open windows for plenty of sunshine and to see the sunrise each morning. Plenty of chairs by the pool. The whole place was beautiful! I can't say enough about how nice this place was. We will definitely be staying there again!

Had a wonderful time at Marathon Magic…it was beautiful, peaceful and very convenient. Only one burner worked on the stove and the oven kept setting off the fire alarm!! But we worked around this! Would definetly go back again!!

Dog friendly, plenty of space for us, windows in back always had nice island breeze, loved the pool, overall very comfortable! We relaxed and enjoyed our nice break without any worries.

Everything was great. Had everything we needed and great location on the water. Have no complaints at all except that only one bedroom had a TV. Really enjoyed our stay and we definitely will be back. Thank you for a great place.
