The overall property was nice, clean, laid out well, etc. We paid extra for the pool to be heated and no one ever showed up to turn it on. I was later given instructions how to do it but missed half of my week having a heated pool which I paid for. I reached out to guest services several times and have not gotten responses or resolution.

We loved our stay in Marathon! The home is in a quiet neighborhood, has a beautiful pool, and the back porch view was hands-down the best part — perfect for morning coffee and relaxing evenings.
The kitchen was extremely well equipped, with plenty of mixing bowls and cooking tools, making it easy and enjoyable to prepare meals. Comfortable, peaceful, and thoughtfully set up — we’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Having visited Marathon for the last 20 years and owning a home for a few years, this was the first time we rented a vacation dog friendly home in the area. I enjoyed the view down the canal towards the ocean from the upstairs as well as the deck below watching the fish and boats, as well as a beautiful manatee and her calf! The pool was spectacular especially after boating in the extreme August heat. This home has a minimalistic style without all the clutter, carpets and furniture to trip over. The kitchen was easy to maneuver even with four adults. We had enough dishes, flatware, and cookware for our needs even having friends over for dinner. The beds were extremely comfortable and again, minimal coverings with all the unnecessary decor. I also liked that there is a separate shower and tub in each of the bathrooms. The Smart TVs had DirectTV and we were able to login to Netflix. There is very little noise even though Overseas Highway, the fire station and airport are close by.

The view from the deck was great. The beds were comfortable. There were extra pool towels for the guests.

Beautiful view down the canal out to the ocean from the deck to the outdoor spaces. We saw two manatees from the dock. The outdoor spaces were outstanding! The deck upstairs was great to start your day off with a cup of tea. The house had plenty of seating and was laid out so everyone had their own space. Great vacation spot!! Would definitely stay again.

The view was spectacular. Very roomy and private. We had dinners on the patio utilizing the grill and large seating area. Would definitely stay here again.

Great house. Very clean. On canal with a boat dock. The door alarms are very loud; we learned they are required under local law to alert everyone when doors with access to a pool are opened.

We loved the pool/house/views! House was very clean! Easy access to US1… great location. Near restaurants, beach, and grocery stores. Great pool and deck. Patio furniture was in very good condition and comfortable. House is very easy to keep clean. Washer and dryer are large and easy to use. Just a few nit picky things: - outside trash cans need to be replaced.. no covers and smell bad - master bathroom bath/shower had rusty soap holder and shower curtain rod is flimsy and falls a lot - Vacasa management was not easy to ask questions and obtain information from. -pool is great - would be more relaxing if pool pump was enclosed - it is very loud while trying to relax! - outdoor grill needs to be replaced - needs new pans to cook with Overall we would rent this house again! It was a great house and set up well!!! The above little things are just that… little!

The house is beautiful and looks like the advertised photos. It was pet friendly, with a fenced in yard. Very comfortable and well appointed.

Awesome area with wonderful views of the sunrise and sunset (February). Comfy beds, lots of seating inside and out. We spent so much time on the covered deck and swimming in the pool. Paying to heat the pool was 100% worth it. We would definitely return to Marathon Majesty in the future. My only complaint was that there was no option to add any baby stuff so I had to rent a pack n play and high chair from a separate company.

This is what we said to each other when we first walked in and went through the house. We were so surprised because traditionally it’s always been that the photos look better. The photos do not do this justice. It is awesome, clean, and with beautiful views. Definitely recommend!!

Had a great stay in Marathon. Pool and deck area is very nice. The house was comfortable and clean. Enjoyed fishing in Marathon. Unfortunately, the weather didn't allow us to do all of the activities planned.

The property was as advertised. The house is very clean and updated. The location is excellent for boating and fishing with access to ocean. There are public boat ramps nearby and easily accessible.

The house is fairly new and the beds were really comfortable. The location is pretty convenient, you can walk to get coffee. We also enjoyed the pool. Danielle was so quick to respond and very sweet and helpful. She’s a great asset to Vacasa!

Outstanding place, location, etc. Great views of the ocean from the upper deck straight down the channel. Lots of space outdoors (shaded and non) for everyone to spread out. Dock and access to the ocean is a straight shot, even at low tide water depth was still 4 foot. Inside the home was decorated very nicely and again lots of space for larger groups. My family and myself look to book again in the future.
