MA154 - A Little Piece of Paradise

The apartment was just like the pictures and everthing was clean. It was easy to find and we felt right at home. Unfortunately you do need a car as the beach and some restaurants are too far to walk to.

This is a great spot for a couples get away, on a canal, pool access, onsite bar/pool with live music. We really enjoyed our stay. We will definitely stay again. Well worth the price.

Place was as advertised and provided all that we wanted. Really central to the Keys and the many attractions there.
Enjoyed just sitting on the balcony at night with its 4th floor views.

Had a wonderful stay and the apartment was clean and well stocked with linens. Many things to do and see as well as eat at only a short distance away. Parking was never an issue. There were plenty of spaces.

Best place we ever stayed. Sometime airbnbs can be dirty and unmaintained by rude owners who take your cleaning fee and keep the place nasty.
This is not the case here. Place is spotless.
Top floor with elevator so no noise above your unit. View of canal from front window. No pets allowed and is part of the reason the place stays so clean.
Didn’t have any issues or need to communicate with with the property management it’s run by at all.
Ignore the bad reviews as this place is immaculate and would gladly stay again. It was refreshing to have a place ran by a property management team that actually cares about having standards rather than some rude owner who just doesn’t care about your stay. All Airbnbs should be maintained like this.

Very clean and very nicely appointed condo. Kitchen has great amenities if you want to cook in. Sombrero Beach, about 2 miles away, is the nicest beach we have seen in the Keyes, with good facilities.

Clean condo with well-stocked kitchen in a very convenient area. Right on a channel with boats and pelicans and manatees! (Visible from public front balcony) (Private back porch overlooks parking lot and pool area.) Good value and responsive host!

The place is really nice. There is a pool, bar across the parking lot with a guy and a guitar that sounded great! We hung out on the balcony and enjoyed.
The place is kind hard to find and is on the 4th level.
The price per night is resonante but the cleaning fee is way too high. We found ants in the kitchen.
Over all, I would stay there again,

Very clean, nice place to stay. Host quickly responded when we had an issue with the toilet not working and had someone come out within a few hours to fix it same day. Def would recommend for staying on Marathon!

What a beautiful place to stay with a very easy check in and out. Great location in Marathon, with lots of restaurants and a Publix within walking distance!
