MA171 - Lime in the Coconut

We spent the entire month of January at this property and were thoroughly impressed. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed, including soap, shampoo, detergent, dishes, pool towels, linens, and more. The cleanliness of the house was also commendable. It was well-insulated from sound, even during incredibly windy days. The room darkening shades in the master bedroom were a great addition. The jacuzzi was a delightful treat after kayaking in the canal using kayaks provided for us. They also have a trash service that takes the garbage and recycling out to the curb and returns it after pickup. We met the landscaper and pest control during our stay and were impressed with their thoroughness. We do wish we could have figured out how to turn off the motion sensor lights. On windy days, they were on constantly, day and night, lighting up the guest room. Despite this minor inconvenience, we would love to return to this house in the future.

This was the perfect home away from home. Plenty of space for docking your boat. The ice machine in the shed made life easy. Everything was clean and orderly. You can't go wrong with this property. 5*

Beautiful unit, beautiful view of the ocean, had manatees come right up to the dock. Good location, short drive to Sombrero Beach and Publix. Almost all appliances and equipment seemed new. Super clean. Kayaks were great.

Had a wonderful stay. Kids loved kayaking, we saw dolphins, manatees swam up to our dock, and the hot tub was a nice way to wind down at the end of the day.

Check-in was a little slow, since we never received instructions with the code to open the lockbox and Vacasa was difficult to get in touch with (could have been because it was a weekend). Once we were in though, it was perfect for what we were looking for. It was centrally located, super clean, and well stocked. We would stay again if we’re back in the area!

We wanted to spend a week in the Keys but were not sure where as we knew that we wanted to visit various Keys and activities. This house was a great fit and good place to travel out to Islamorada, Bahia Honda and even Key West. We would definitely stay again if we plan a future trip to the Keys. While we were only 5 there was ample sleeping to accommodate even more - from the king bed in the master, queen in the guest bedroom with a pullout and even a pullout bed in the main room.
