This sunlit home features modern finishes and stainless steel appliances in the well-equipped kitchen, perfect for creating a home-cooked meal after a day of coastal exploration. The shared pool, stocked with beach towels and lounge chairs, offers unbeatable views of the gulf. Grab your favorite book and bask in the warm breeze and swaying palms. Rest up in the spacious lounge area, stream your favorite movies, and let the sound of the ocean waves outside your window lull you to sleep after a day of unforgettable memories by the shore. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 PM Check-out time: 10:00 AM All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Please be aware that check-in MUST occur prior to 10:00PM for this home, due to Gate Access.

It took us a minute to figure out how to get in the gate the first night. Host was super responsive and replied quickly. There weren’t any kitchen towels or hand towels and they dropped some off for us that day.

This was a terrific place to stay, and it was exactly as described. We will return in the future without any hesitation. Friendly neighbors and a welcoming atmosphere. We had trouble finding it the first time because we were looking for the name on the unit address we were provided, not the overall facility name. Also, the GPS app initially routed us to a different place with a similar name. We had trouble getting through the gate the first time because we couldn't figure out how to operate the codes, but it worked perfectly once we had the access card.

Friendly people. Beautiful and clean grounds. Condo had everything we needed. Stocked to the max. Vacasa was so responsive. Unit was clean.

This studio was perfect! For a couple , it was all you needed! Studio was clean and inviting. Property was clean and pool was amazing. We sat at the waters edge every evening and enjoyed the pool daily.
Few things that could use some attention, the fact that there were no pool towels for use at the studio. Also there were only two sets of towels for use. I’m not on vacation to go buy towels and use the laundry mat. There was an extra set of sheets in closet tho.
Bed was comfy. Pillows were not so much and needed covers besides just the pillow case.
Had a coffee pot and blow dryer. Which in description it said no blow dryer, so I brought one , but found one in bathroom ultimately if you were inquiring.
Overall would definitely recommend and book again!

We had a little trouble getting in at first - the instructions didn't match getting in the initial gate - but Vacasa was quick to answer a phone call and help us get inside. The space was clean and bright, and it was very functional for our week-long adventure through the keys. We appreciated the laundry facilities as much as the gorgeous pool. Nearby were amazing opportunities to connect with nature, from kayaking through mangroves to feeding parrotfish. Food was delicious, too, including the walkable spots. All in all a great place to visit.

This place is affordable for being in the keys. It was very clean, had great amenities, and was centrally located for everything we wanted to do.

Beautiful location, steps from the boat ramp, pool, sunset and sunrise over the water! Bonus is how empty of clutter the place is, with a very easy cabinet storage system to unpack quickly and easily into.
