Angler’s Escape was simply perfect for our vacation. We stayed for a week, and the experience exceeded all our expectations. The house is comfortable, clean, well-equipped, and ideally located in Marathon. It feels peaceful, safe, and perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach or fishing. You can really see the attention to detail. We would definitely return and 100% recommend it for an unforgettable vacation. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

It was very clean and spacious for our family of 4. We brought a full sized blow up bed that one son sleep in bc they don’t like to share. But the blue sofa in the second room appears to be a bed and I think there was a mattress for it in the closet. Great location between the supermarket and the beach. Can’t wait to rent it again. Coffee pot in the kitchen is a drip style which we prefer. There was plenty of coffee filters. And really loved the fridge in the pool area, very convenient.

The vacation home was great. And very clean. Few items needed attention and the company was right on it. Would have liked the pool heated. Otherwise we had a great experience in the home.

This house was awesome and had everything you need - kayaks bikes and a great POOL! Close to everything! We went to the Sea Turtle Hospital, Train ride to Pigeon Key and a great snorkel trip to Sombrero Reef.

This home was AMAZING!
It literally had everything a family could need or want while on vacation in Marathon. This was our first experience with a management company and they were very quick to respond if I had anything arise. It would have been nice to meet the owners, just to tell them what a remarkable job they have done with the house. This was a perfect location to bring our golf cart and 19ft boat. It was about a 7-10 minute idle out to the Atlantic through the canals, but it wasn’t bad at all. If you have a flats style boat or similar with low gunnels, getting on the dock at low tide might be a steep drop or jump (getting in or out).
Overall, just a beautiful house with tons of parking, pool to keep the kids entertained, outside fridge/freezer and all the amenities that you would want for a family vacation to Marathon.

My family and I loved our stay! The home was beautiful inside and out. It looks exactly like the photos. There are plenty of things to do nearby and Publix is conveniently located a few minutes away. The beach is also a few minutes drive away. The dock was a great place to see marine life and we lucked up and saw manatee! We would absolutely stay here on another trio to the Florida Keys.

The house was bigger than expected. The pool and yard were wonderful. We had daily visits from a few iguanas sunning themselves on the rocks by the dock. The screened in porch was nice, especially in the morning with a cup of coffee. The area was very peaceful. We had friends over one night and they brought several teenagers. They had a blast in the pool and playing pool outside. There was room for everyone inside and out. The house was very clean and well furnished. The beach was within walking distance. Grocery shopping was very close along with some nice restaurants and scuba and snorkeling. Overall, it was a great place.

This house was amazing! We have been coming down to the keys for years now and this was the first time we stayed at this home. The home is set up so well to feel right at home. Not to mention the location is perfect for when you bring a boat for water activities. The pool was also awesome and had umbrellas for shade. We will definitely be back! 😎

We loved our stay at the beautiful Angler's Escape! The house was spotless and well equipped. We loved cooking meals in the huge kitchen and it was a bonus that we could see the pool from the large kitchen. The pool is huge and we discovered the switches that activate colored lights and even turn on jets on one side! Plenty of towels provided. We loved taking the kayaks out on the water right off the back dock and watching the lizards and crabs all around. The entertainment area under the house was also a hit for the whole family. We didn't use the bikes because there were no child sized ones, but that was no biggie for us. The bathrooms were beautiful and the beds were very comfortable. The location of the home in Marathon was perfection. A very quiet neighborhood and close to the beach. Our absolute favorite restaurant was Porky's! We ate there several times. If you're looking for a fishing charter, we highly recommend Capt. Buddy Lapointe!! Overall, a great week for our family and we would very happily rebook at the Angler's Escape!

We were very happy to stay here! The dock is wonderful for fishing and the pool is huge! The amenities were a huge plus for us! We took bike rides, played pool and fished! The beach is also minutes from the home. The home is beautiful and well kept. The beds are comfortable. We had a few things that needed attention, no fault of the owner, and the property manager was on top of it! Would not hesitate to stay here again. If you are looking for a wonderful place with everything you could want in a rental home, book this one! You wont be sorry!

My family and I loved this beautiful house. It was our first family vacation with a dog and boat. We all had an amazing time.Everything was breathtaking from the moment you walked in. It was my dream house. The entire house was updated. The sectional was great and every seat on the couch is reclinable, the kitchen was beautiful. We struggled a little with the touch screen stove because it would turn off in the middle of cooking but we got the hang of it. The bathrooms were also upgraded beautifully. I loved the bedrooms and the screened porch. The kids loved the huge pool with massage jets, kayaks, played pool during sunset and at night time and we also enjoyed bringing our own boat and fishing from the dock. When we got back to Miami the kids were crying because they wanted to stay in the house we had rented for 8 days. I also loved the affordable price we got it for in February. I see now they raised the price. I would love to stay again in this house and I will 100% recommended it.

Beautiful facilities and so clean and new. Great location, so quiet and private. Fully equipped kitchen with great appliances. Great dock from which to launch kayaks. Ten minutes cycle ride to beach, thirty minutes walk. Would happily rebook.

Our family of 4 loved everything about this home! It was a first time to the Keys!! We felt right at home. House was spacious, modern and clean. Only issue was pool was dirty upon checkin but a quick text to management company had someone come and clean the next day. They also sent donuts midway through week so that was a nice touch!! We loved the kayaks and the canal in the morning. We even got lucky and saw a manatee one afternoon swimming by. Kids loved the pool, pool table, TVs in every room- even outside in the pool table area. It’s a 1 mile walk to Sombrero Beach(helped to avoid the parking fees), Publix/Walgreens. Bikes were also nice but too big for our 8 year old. We still used them for quick beach trips and just to ride around. Beds were comfy and pictures are 100% accurate. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfast/lunch during the week and we used the outside grill for steaks one night. Would recommend 1000%!

We loved this beautiful house on the canal, complete with private dock, kayaks, bikes, pool, pool table, amazing screened in balcony, and plenty of shady and sunny spots to relax. It’s about a mile down the road to Sombrero Beach, and we biked, kayaked, walked and drove there ($5/hr for first 2 hrs for parking). We saw manatees 3 times swim right by the dock, iguanas and lots of smaller fish. My sons fished off the dock and caught small barracuda, pinfish and yellowtail snapper. It’s close to some great restaurants, Curry Hammock State Park, Crane Point Hammock Park, the Aquarium, Dolphin Research Center (our kids swam with the dolphins!), and turtle hospital. We did a jetski tour out to swim at a sandbar - so fun! On our first day we had lunch at Keys Fisheries Restaurant and Marina and got to see nurse sharks and good sized tarpon hanging out in the water right where we were eating (food was great too!). The neighborhood was pretty quiet, though you can hear some traffic on the main road to Sombrero beach. It was so peaceful, and we spent a lot of time just hanging outside at the house. Everything was very clean. There is A/C, which was good to have but it was also loud. Wished there were screens on a few windows so we could open them at times without letting bugs in, because the breeze was really nice most days. Overall this place was a dream and if we go back to that area, we would definitely book it again!

This house was spotless, bright, airy, equipped with all new appliances and kitchen equipment, sparkling pool — it was great. Lots of thoughtful amenities, plenty of towels. Great location, beach is down the street and a market is up the street. It’s a little over an hour to Key West, 2 1/2 hours to Miami. We had a great time!
