This property is also less than 10 miles from a number of popular local attractions including the Florida Keys Aquarium Encounters, Key Colony Beach Golf, the Dolphin Research Center, and the Seven Mile Bridge. This is the perfect retreat for anyone who loves to fish! A bait station, hose, and freezer are available near canal. Inside this open, bright, and airy home, you'll find a well-equipped, full kitchen with a complete suite of stainless steel appliances to make meal prep a joy! Dine together at the adjacent table, and then relax in the screened sunroom or in the main living area with it's large, plush sectional and streaming-capable TV all ready for movie nights. Additional amenities include a private washer/dryer, central air-conditioning, and a gas grill for when you want to spice up that home-cooked menu. There is also an air mattress available for use if needed. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by the good neighborpolicy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Very nice home

Home was great very nice, clean well stocked. It needs a new out door grill . We used our own portable one we brought with us. Other than that we were very happy with everything. I would recommend staying there for sure.

Close to the water

We loved this house. Lovely location. Neighbors were all nice. Advice for boaters...We brought a 35' Scout. Our boat was too large to turn around in the canal. You will have to back in or out of the canal. The house is all the way at the back of the canal. The locals keeps lots of boats in this canal. All in all a great place to stay.

Amazing!

Beautiful house, great location. We felt very relaxed in the home and it definitely felt like a vacation. The sun room was definitely a highlight and we ate every meal in there. I would 10/10 recommend staying here and will definitely book again in the future!
