MA220 - Coco Plum Oasis

The house was close to the marina we kept our boat at (we originally wanted to keep it at the house but the boat-ride to the gulf side was about an hour-no easy way to get there)… it was no big deal seeing the marina was less than 1/8 mile away. The house was very clean, the pots and pans were top notch (stainless) which is important to me seeing we cooked a lot. Kitchen was very well stocked. The garage was awesome to store our fishing stuff and also has an icemaker! The balcony was my favorite spot, it adds so much more room to the house! Plenty of beach towels which was great! The only thing I would recommend is having a cooler and some beach chairs in the garage for renters to use. Overall a wonderful home to vacation at!

We had an amazing time at this home on Coco Plum Blvd! The location couldn’t be better — just minutes from beautiful Coco Plum Beach, top-notch restaurants, fresh seafood markets, and charter boats for unforgettable adventures on the water. The house itself has everything you could want for a relaxing stay in the Keys. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked with all the essentials (and more!) for cooking at home, which we really appreciated. The layout is perfect for families or couples traveling together, with two spacious master suites that offer plenty of privacy and comfort. One of our favorite spots was the outdoor kitchen and patio area. It’s the ideal setup for grilling, dining outside, and soaking up the island atmosphere. We spent our evenings enjoying the breeze and the peaceful neighborhood vibe. If you’re looking for the perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and all the best Marathon has to offer just minutes away — look no further. We would definitely stay here again!

The property was comfortable, well-stocked and exceedingly clean. We had a wonderful time and had everything we could possibly need. Management was timely in their responses. The refrigerator space and ice maker were awesome!! We never ran out of ice or cold drinks. We can’t wait to make this a regular vacation spot!!

Our family of 5 stayed for six nights, with a visit from grandparents for two of them. The house was perfect with tons of room for us all and then some. The kids took full advantage of the pool. Having a dock on the property is an awesome feature. We rented a boat for a few days to go out and explore the sand bars, snorkeling spots, and nearby restaurants. Will definitely be back!

We loved all the kitchen amenities at this house because we like to cook. Al fresco dining was a nice option along with all the beautiful views of the water from the porch just outside the living room. The dock was great for fishing and easy spot to launch a boat/kayak/paddleboard. House was very clean and beds comfy.

This house is beautiful and in a great area. It is laid out to accommodate a family with the bedroom spaces split by the living/kitchen area. But with two master suites it would accommodate two couples nicely as well. The view of the canal is so relaxing and its location on a dead end road made for less traffic. Awesome walking path and access to a public beach area just down the road was very convenient. There are plenty of amenities including games, pool toys and bikes! So appreciated that there were plenty of towels for the bath and the pool areas. We didn’t want to leave and hope to go back soon! Thanks to the owners for such a great place to vacation.

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. We felt that it was a quick drive to many activities and restaurants. The house was clean and well stocked. The only issue we had was the pool was not warm the first day even though we payed the fee to have the pool heated. Communication was easy and the problem was resolved. Our entire family had a wonderful week at this home.
