We had a great stay at Skipjack resort.

Other than there being what looks a lot like mold in a few spots in the bathroom and the beds being tiny, it was a great stay. The unit was clean and the location was good. The amenities were nice, like a simple complimentary continental breakfast. Pool area was nice and we loved hanging out there. For the price, it was worth it.

This was a great stay. Will gladly stay here when I come back next year. The pace of the place was perfect. Not too busy, but met lots of new, fun, friendly people at the pool. Everything was great!

Safe location, could walk to the grocery and restaurants. The beach was just a a few minutes away by car, or walkable for some.
Pool was clean and had plenty of lounge chairs. The on-site restaurant and bar were good too. It was fun to walk around and look at all of the boats docked at the harbor.

We had a great 4 night stay in the condo with easy drivable access to all amenities including Sombrero Beach. The online photos accurately show the condo layout and furniture. A quite location that we would return to stay again

We loved out stay in this Condo. Location is perfect. Publix is walking distance. Key West was just 1.5 hrs away and we were able to do a day trip. Additionally, there are multiple state park near the condo which we also got to visit.
The condo itself was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Including, extra towels, linens and pillows. I loved staying here as well the resort had great amenities such as pool, bar, bikes, and I even saw some kayaks.
I would definitely recommend this place and I would definitely book it again if I come back. Thanks so much for allowing my family to stay and enjoy the Keys.

Great location, quiet, good shared bar and pool next door. Room was clean and A/C works great. Great balcony view. Centraly located. Will recommend.

Nice place to stay. Sombrero Beach was 2 miles away. Publix was around the corner. Dockside Bar , a mile away, was great and open late. Took day trips to Key West and other islands.

Great place. What I liked:
- Clean and well-stocked kitchen.
- Crisp, non-itchy linens, with lots of fluffy towels (check under the sink) and plump pillows.
- Quiet: we slept SO well.
- Lots of parking close to entrance.
- VERY scent neutral (which is SUCH a plus when perfumes give you migraines)
- smart TVs where we could use our Prime account
- lots of great beach supplies and towels including cooler and ice packs, umbrella, beach chairs
- great proximity to Winn Dixie, Publix, Walgreens, etc
- great proximity to Sombrero Beach, which is a lovely for swimming
We would stay here again, with confidence.
What I would do differently (just a few VERY SMALL things):
- the door code was ten digits (not my #) and a pain to find and re-enter every return with full hands
- the instructions for arrival did not mention an elevator, but there was one in operation, glad we found it
- there are Roku remotes, but didn't seem to be active

Great location at an unbeatable price. The property is a bit older but typical for the area, typical wear and tear noticed but definitely a clean property. Be careful not to set the A/C units temp too low, when we first walked in it appeared to have been set pretty low which was causing some humidity to build up in the unit, we raised the temp and that seemed to resolve the issue. Pool and bar were great amenities and don’t worry, they stop the noise at a reasonable time so not to disturb the guests. Kitchen had all the necessary appliances and dishes, utensils, etc. this was a very good central place to go and explore Marathon.
