We love this rental at Skip Jack. It is quiet yet with things to do. The pool is wonderful and there are a lot of other activities in the area. Great for families. The nightly entertainment is a great plus. We have stayed at other rentals on this property and this one has been our favorite.

We had an issue with our keypad entry at check-in and were unable to come and go from the property until it was fixed. However, the property manager was able to send someone to change the keypad which resolved the problem. We were also issued a partial refund for our first night because of the inconvenience. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend Sombrero Siesta to family and friends who wish to visit Marathon.

the beds kinda sucked, and no elevator service, all in all it was a pretty damn nice place.

Great little spot - close to a lot of restaurants, great amenities outside, and in the beautiful Keys.
I cooked all my meals at home and had everything I needed. Great spot and will likely return!

Visited Marathon for a fishing charter with Two Conchs. Location of this rental was perfect! Short drive to everything we needed to get to. Easy clear instructions on how to check in/out. Everything we needed during our stay! Enjoyed our visit and would stay here again if ever visiting Marathon.

This place was exactly what a friend and I needed during a trip to the Keys. We loved being centrally located in Marathon and were able to take day trips up and down the Keys easily. The condo was as listed: had a full kitchen (we didn't use anything but the fridge), 2 beds, and a front living space. The back balcony faced the pool area of the resort and I was worried that it would be loud at night but it wasn't! Be aware, AirBnB guests aren't allowed to use the pool.
I'm not sure if I ever encountered this before so I don't know if this is typical for an Airbnb, but you will have to bring toilet paper if you need anything beyond 1 roll.
We didn't spend a ton of time in the condo itself but the location was really what we appreciated as a launching point!
All in all, would stay here again and recommend to a group of 2-4 friends or family.

Great place, would absolutely stay here again. Location was great, right in between the pool and the canal. Close to Sombrero Beach and lots of shops and restaurants. Bar and restaurant on premises if you want a lazy day. Very clean and comfortable. Customer service was truly exceptional and they were very prompt to respond to any questions. Had a glorious stay.

This place was sparkling clean and we loved the location on the canal. It was so cool to see all the boats in the area and kayak through the canal. We even saw a manatee!
One thing to keep in mind is that this AirBnb is hotel-like: there are sheets, towels, little shampoos and soap. However, while there are lots of pots and pans for cooking, there are no storage containers for leftovers, no coffee filters, no salt and pepper, foil, etc. so be sure to bring all that or visit Publix around the corner.

This was exactly as advertised. Clean, pretty environs, centrally located to Key West and Key Largo’s attractions, kitchen very well stocked. Comfortable space for four close female friends. There is no ceiling fan in the bedroom (a dealbreaker for my husband) and the microwave is precariously perched on a sagging shelf so don’t put anything fragile on the counter beneath. The extra sink in the bedroom was a big reason we booked here, and it was GREAT. Towels were thick and fluffy. Bring extra hand towels- only one kitchen towel and one bathroom hand towel provided. Nice private balcony. Beds comfy for 2 adult women each. 4 big drawers in the bedroom. Good shelves in bathroom but only 3 small hooks for 4 bath towels and 4 beach towels so you can do laundry halfway through like we did- good laundry room, private (door code) entry.

Great place to stay to explore the Keys. Close to everything quiet, clean and bright. Sombrero beach is walkable and has great reefs to snorkel.

If you're looking for a very clean, quiet , comfortable place to stay while exploring the Keys this is perfect. This simple little condo has been updated and is as described. It's very clean! The location is great. It's a short drive to Sombrero beach, and Publix is very close also. It was perfect for our 4 nights in the Keys.

We booked this apartment last minute and were over joyed to find something so amazing and for a great price. Really, for the price, you can't beat this rental. The canal views are amazing and it's only 2 miles from Sombrero Beach (which we went to every day). We enjoyed the beach chairs/beach towels and added some sand toys to the collection for the next guests. The only real issues we had were related to cleanliness upon arrival. Dirty bath towels and trash from the past guest were left in the apartment and the entire apartment had a very musty smell. The smell was gone by day 2. Additionally, the beds were very hard - they could be replaced. However, these items aside, we would stay here again!
