Description

This gorgeous canal-front home boasts views of the water, a dock that can accommodate a 25-foot boat, and two private pools - one with a swim-up bar. The elegant decor and grand kitchen will make you never want to leave! The outdoor area of this home is large and great for gatherings, featuring a hammock, a firepit, a very large ice machine for fishing or margaritas, and an outdoor TV to catch the game from the pool. There is even a fish-cleaning station located on the dock! WHAT’S NEARBY This home is just 112 adult steps away from Sombrero Beach, one of the finest beaches in the Florida Keys. Hopping aboard a charter is easy, too; while you're at it, watch for passing dolphins and be sure to snap a few shots of the lovely Florida sunsets. This home is also conveniently close to several great restaurants and plenty of shopping options. THINGS TO KNOW Two paddleboards, two single kayaks, and one double kayak are available. Four bikes are available. There is 25 feet of dockage available for guests. Beach towels are available for guest use. There are Sonos speakers throughout the house, yard, and back dock. The pool is heated to 86 degrees. If a higher temperature is requested, there will be an additional daily fee. Please note that this home has a seven-day rental minimum.

Just want to write an updated review since most of these are older. The previous reviews about the house AC being hot in the downstairs bedrooms has been fixed. The house has two brand new AC units. House was immaculate and in the perfect location with all the amenities you’d need. Only issue we ran into is the Wi-Fi does not work. They are actively working on it but the Sonos speakers did not work outside and the TVs were in and out. All in all this house had everything we needed and more

The kayaking and fishing was awesome! The location was perfect. Close to the beach. Comfortable beds in a stellar Tuscan style home!

House is exactly as pictured, great location, super clean. We would definitely rent the house again. The only suggestions/things that could have been better are the downstairs bedroom is very warm, even when leaving the door open like stated in the instructions. Maybe a wall unit for AC in the downstairs master would fix the issue. Also, we missed out on a few nights of being able to use the hot tub because you have to text to have the hot tub heat turned on. So that was a bummer. All in all, we enjoyed the house. And are looking at to rent again in the future. We left some cool floating pool balls that light up at night and hope others enjoy them.

The house was very nice and well kept. We ran into an issue and got locked out of the house by my 2-year-old. I was able to borrow a neighbors phone call the company explain the situation and get back in. They were very nice on the phone. The two downstairs bedrooms get a little warm at night but the 2 upstairs bedrooms are nice and cool. we put the kids downstairs and we slept upstairs. The dock is in good working order and the pools are kept up nice. All appliances work just fine and they have plenty of pots, pans, and cooking utensils. I would definitely recommend staying here.

A well designed house with great amenities. There’s something to keep everyone busy and happy. Lots of parking and space to dock a boat. Looking forward to returning!

Great stay and beautiful property. Our dog absolutely loved the fenced in yard. The only issue was the hot tub was rarely hot. We had to text someone every time we wanted do use it and it would take hours to heat up. Everything else was great!

House is amazing. Multiple pools are the highlight. Private dock in the back for a bit rental was awesome. Kitchen, living spaces, and entertainment equipment were all high end. Highly recommend.

This home was perfect for our two families. With 6 kids ranging in ages 5 to 16, there was so much to do and plenty of entertainment right at the home. The heated pool and hot tub were perfect for our November stay and being able to watch football from the swim up pool bar was awesome! The dock was large enough for the 25 foot deck boat we rented. The kitchen was fantastic and the beds were very comfortable. The Sonos sound system was also an unexpected benefit. This property made for an unforgettable Thanksgiving week and we would return without hesitation.
