The house was a perfect location . The pool was great . Communication was wonderful with Vacasa . The refrigerator was not working properly and did not keep drinks and food cold. Upon arrival, all towels and bath mats were still wet. But overall wonderful home for great a vacation .

The house was everything we hoped it would be. Tarpon and manatees would visit the dock almost daily. Whether you're going to the keys for a fishing trip or to just relax this house was a perfect home base for our vacation. Definitely hope to book again one day!

The house is on a great corner lot! I was under the impression there was a boat lift to keep the boat on, you can’t though, they have their own boat on it. The house is well stocked in the kitchen, just have to bring your own spices/oils, aluminum foil. The pool is VERY small. The outlets outside didn’t work so we had to buy extension cords! Overall the house is great, but I feel like it’s overpriced for the age; it needs all new paint. Every room has strokes of different colors on the wall? Very odd. The living room furniture isn’t comfortable and neither are the beds. The living room also doesn’t provide much seating if you were staying with a whole family or group of people. Next time I will look for a property that has more than 1 couch. I try to leave the most honest reviews because I count on them when visiting places! I’d give this house an overall 7/10, for the extremely expensive price!

Oh wow! What a perfect place to stay!
First, let me say the ride to the Atlantic is only 10-15 minutes depending on how fast your idle is. The dockage is fabulous with room for 3 moderate size boats with a cleaning station and a hose of ample length to wash down equipment/boat at the end of the day. The pool is a wonderful way to cool off after a long day out fishing or shopping. The sunrises/sunsets in the summertime(when we stayed) are breathtaking!
Our family of 4 had ample space to spread out and come together.
Danielle, our hostess with the mostest, was very quick to respond to our needs.
The location waterwise and land wise is great, not a long way for either! The Brass Monkey(a terrific bar) and Publix/Walgreens are 7 minutes away by land. Gas for your boat and another great bar/grill(Mahi sandwich!) named Burdines is about 15 minutes away by water. The beds were comfortable, plenty of towels and closet space. Hotel size soaps, shampoo/conditioner were provided as well as coffee filters for the coffee maker(YAY!!). We are looking forward to staying here again!

Everything was perfect. House was immaculate upon arrival. Morning sunrises from the upper deck were spectacular. We also saw manatees at the house dock and some beautiful sunsets. Location is great to explore other islands as well. We would book again for sure.

🌴🌞Our 10 day stay in Marathon was really great! The location of the house was perfect for us. We were able to visit so many of 'The Keys' attractions. Nice beaches, beautiful sunsets, snorkeling, etc... so much to do. Going scuba diving with Captian Hooks in Big Pine was Epic!
I should saymore about the house.... We rented a boat and docked it right there at the house dock in the canal!! So convienent- it was perfect. I will say a couple of the furnishing are pretty aged but SERIOUSLY All in all still a fantastic stay and would stay again in a heartbeat!! 🥰

4 adults, a 4yr old and 1 year old, this house was perfect! We all had an amazing trip! We even saw a manatee and nurse shark out by the dock which was so awesome! We kept our 23ft boat docked there and enjoyed how easy the access was and how quick it was to get out of the canal. The company itself was great about getting back to us immediately regarding a small issue (non that was their fault) HIGHLY RECOMMEND
