Description

This home features impressive sunset views over the open Gulf! The whole house is set up for a beach-loving family. Located on a completely fenced 1/4 acre property, this home allows plenty of parking for a boat trailer. The new dock can fit a large boat, and the large swimming pool and tropical hut are perfect for relaxing after boating. Guests can use the four kayaks, paddles, and life jackets for water fun - launch straight off the small ramp. What's nearby: The city of Marathon is just under seven miles away. The excellent Dolphin Discovery Center is just over one mile away for animal fans, and the Turtle Hospital is just over 10 miles away. The Aquarium of the Florida Keys is just under six miles out. Sombrero Beach, known for its beautiful sunsets, is under 11 miles away. Things to know: Please note that active security cameras face the front yard and the dock area. The dock can accommodate a boat up to 24'. The boat lift is not accessible.

This home was lerfect for our Christmas in the Keys!!! We loved kayaking and fishing tight off the dock. They home is very family fruendly and hadall the appliances and tools we needed to cook all the meals. When my 7 year old locked himself in the bathroom downstairs they responded quickly with the code! Wonderful house and beautiful place!

Had a couple routine house maintenance issues at the house while we were there. They responded immediately and had the issue fixed right away. Great service.

House was good. If you like a quiet stay this a good place. Not a lot to do for my taste. Not much to do at night. With that said, great family vacation spot.
