With beautiful views of the gulf, a brand new pool, and a newly remodeled interior, this open and spacious two-bedroom home is located on a deepwater canal that can accommodate large boats, making it the perfect place to stage a fun-filled vacation with family and friends. Head down to the private dock and untie the boats to take the family out for a day on the water then come home to fire up the private gas grill for a fun-filled barbecue. You'll love spreading out in the living room to watch a good movie on the flatscreen TV while snuggling up on the comfy furniture. The full kitchen includes all the appliances and counter space you'll need to prepare delicious meals, plus a stacked washer and dryer in case the kids pick up any stains. You can serve six guests on the glass-top dining table and there's nothing like an al-fresco meal out on the balcony. You can take the provided beach towels out to Sunset Park for your afternoons on the sand, and the private pool is a great place to relax whenever you want a break from all the fun. Have a little work to do while you're here? You'll find a work desk and chair and the home's fast WiFi will make it easy to perform a bit of online research for those last-minute projects. Don't forget to use the partial AC and ceiling fans to keep the home cool on those hot summer days. Things to Know: Snowbirds welcome -- Please contact us to inquire about special rates! High-speed WiFi for remote workers and online students! Dog-friendly Tenants are welcome to use bait freezer by the pool equipment. Guests must stay for a minimum of seven nights 1-day minimum notification is required in order to heat the pool for this home; The Pool Heating Fee is $32 USD per day and must be paid prior to check-in. Guests may contact us once booking has been made in order to purchase pool heat for your upcoming stay.

The best rental experience ever for us. Quiet, peaceful, well equipped, roomy, well located, nicely designed property. Can’t wait to get back next winter. Better than expected. Best experience in the Keys ever.

Location

Love that you had a water view in the front and in the back. Also was nice to be able to dock the boat right there. Location is close to everything. Definitely would stay there again.

Paradise

Beautiful place. Manatees were visiting us every day. Fishing off the deck was great. Fresh Mangrove snappers for dinner every night, delicious. Pool, awesome. Far enough from route 1, still close to all the shops. 6 min drive to Publix. Clean property. I hope I can go back there soon.

59th Anniversary Trip

This home was perfect for us. The location was perfect. Beautiful views from the front and back decks. It was peaceful and private. The pool and lounge chairs on the canal were great for dunning and watching the sea turtles and manatee that visited us. We would highly recommend this traditional Florida Keys home!

Keys vacation home

Property was in a good location to visit different areas of the keys. House was well stocked with linens and kitchen necessities. Has multiple a/c units that kept the inside temp nice. House was clean and tidy when we arrived.

Clean comfy home

Overall our stay was great. There was no fish cleaning table but one was delivered the day we were checking out and you will need to bring a long extension cord to charge batteries as there is not an outlet real close. The home was very clean. Overall I would stay there again.

The property was exactly as advertised! The view was great, the location was convenient to shopping, and allowed easy access to the Overseas Highway. The pool was marvelous and the interior bright and spacious! I would stay there again.

Water views from every window!

My husband, daughter and I stayed for a week in this charming and comfortable home. Situated directly on a canal in the back with beautiful views of the water from the large, covered, front deck, we were continuously mesmerized by the water. The interior was decorated with an island vibe, the kitchen had everything needed to whip up a meal and the rest was well appointed with comfortable furniture and beds. The unit is listed as “partial” air conditioning because window units are used to cool each room. They worked great and besides being a bit louder than a central air unit, we were comfortable inside when the temps were near 90 outside. We also enjoyed the convenience of the pool when we were sunbathing out back. The house is convenient to restaurants, grocery stores and drug stores. Since it’s in Marathon, you also are in a perfect position to explore the upper or lower Keys. We traveled to Key West 3 times and to Key Largo, Islamorada & Layton on other days. We enjoyed a low key, laid back vacation.
