*Please note that this home only allows minimum night stays of 28 nights or longer. This is enforced by the HOA, and we cannot make any exceptions. This home is perfect for anyone coming to the Keys to spend time on the water. The two-story home sits on the widest canal in Hammer Point that leads to Florida Bay and has its own private dock capable of anchoring a boat up to 40 feet. Back on land, you and your party have a choice of three patios where you can take in all the beauty the Florida Keys have to offer. You could sit on the dock and watch the manatees sunbathe and perhaps see a dolphin or two. The second story screened in patio provides a beautiful sunset that you can watch while sharing a cocktail. In the evening, you could enjoy the night breeze on the front patio, stargaze on the open deck by the water, or simply unwind with the large flatscreen TV. Things to know: Free Wi-Fi, full kitchen, no boat lift available, Dog-friendly. Two dogs totaling 45 lbs. or one dog totaling 45 lbs.

This was a wonderful place and experience. The location is perfect in The Keys.
Very quiet neighborhood on deep water canal. Highly recommend the entire set up.
Screened in porch was a key to early morning coffee on the deck and evening cocktails.
Self check in and out were quick and easy. Had difficulty figuring out the cable tv and someone was by within the hour to help us. Again, very happy with our stay and hope to be back next year.

Beautiful home, everything you need for a vacation. The sunsets were amazing as well as the neighbors and neighborhood. Location was also great. Close to everything and not too far from Key West if you wanted to take a day trip! House was well equipped with all the kitchen items to prepare a nice meal indoors as well as necessities for outdoor entertaining. (grill, plenty of outdoor seating and areas to hang out! The second floor screened in porch was also great for hanging out or a nice nap with a good breeze. Neighborhood was great for walking the fur baby anytime of the day or night. Would definitely stay there again. I was there almost 3 month and it was a great house with beautiful furnishings and views!!

Great house worked well for us for the month. Kitchen nicely equipped. Patio furniture for sitting upstairs or down. Plus a charcoal grill. Fun to watch the manatees and tarpon off the dock.
Vacasa management service is phenomenal and responded in minutes when we had a question.
