The kitchen was very well-equipped and the dish-washer/washer/dryer all worked well. There is an attendant at the gate of the property so there is help if needed.

The condo was great. Pretty much had everything a person could want. Well stocked. Location is great for exploring north or south in the Keys. It would be great to "include" a coffee or two pods or for pot to get people started and maybe a couple bottles of water...just to tide people over until they get to the store. But everything was super nice. The main bedroom bed is on risers, so if you are "vertically challenged" it might be difficult to get up on the bed. (I am 5'7" with reasonably long/ average legs and it took a little work) very comfortable though!!! Also if you are trying to dry clothes, the dryer is stacked and difficult to see the buttons. However, this is nothing when you look out the windows and see the sunrise/sunset.

Just what we were looking for. Our view was beautiful - the apartment was spacious and had all we needed. And even though it was a holiday weekend and there were quite a few revelers - didn’t hear a thing. Well built building I would say. Family oriented as well. Several restaurants nearby as well as a supermarket close by as well.

The view from the decks was fantastic. Great place for morning coffee or reading a book. I really enjoyed both the beach and pool, though they both would accommodate more seating. The Island Grill at the beach had very good food, reasonable prices, as well as a good variety of beers to sample. Quite a few good restaurants near by. We visited the 3 Island Grill locations in the area, each with good quality food and great service. Marathon is close, which we visited three times, Sombrero beach, sunset cruise, and an aquarium. Even spent a day in Key West. The road trip is very scenic and Key West has lots to do and see. Very great location and a extremely comfortable place to stay.

We had an overall great stay at this Airbnb. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Kitchen was sufficiently stocked. We really appreciated the plethora of bath and beach towels - I hate staying places that only have 1 per person. We would stay here again. Easy access to the rest of the keys, close to everything in key largo. The pool area was nice as well. The complex felt secure. There was a little confusion with communicating with the hosts but we were able to figure everything out.

The place was very nice and clean. There was a little bit of a musty smell but I guess that just goes along with being right on the water. The condo was beautiful and very comfortable. There are 2 little decks with really great views of the water. We spent one afternoon in the pool which was also great, very clean and refreshing. Would absolutely stay here again. The view is just amazing as well. The condo was exactly as described with a beautiful view, spacious living room, perfect for a family of 3 and baby. Only recommendations we would have would be to have salt and pepper and some basic seasonings/olive oil etc would be amazing (they have a great selection of pots and pans and things to cook with but no perishables). We had to go purchase a pack n play for our baby but we knew that in advance. Beds were comfy, resort was clean, location is AWESOME close to the pool and beach and lots of towels and umbrella to use. We will definitely look this listing up again when we are back in the area. Great location. Convenient to reefs, fishing, diving, sand bars. Perfect for boats under 27 ft. Close to shopping and dining in Key Largo and Islamorada. Seamless check-in and check-out. Make sure to reserve boar slips well in advance as the marina is small and spaces are limited. This unit in building 4 is very convenient to both the marina and pool. Great Niels of the ocean as well.

Clean and updated condo, with easy checkin process - just met a security guard at the front who had all my info and received a lock-box code via email the morning of my stay. It was a good sized condo for a group of 4 - we were a couple and two singles. Maybe could fit 5 if two couples and a single slept on the sofa bed, but it would start feeling a little cramped after 4 guests. The balconies are small; tight fit for any more than two. There are two balconies, one from the living room and one from the large bedroom. However, for those who love a great view, it has a GORGEOUS view of the ocean. The amenities of the property were really the highlight for our group. A short walk to the property's marina, private beach area, and pier. At night they have a restaurant/bar open all days except Monday and Tuesday. There is a community fire pit that was really nice and had a great view of the stars. The pool was warm, but refreshing and hot tub (jets strangely worked intermittently - not sure what the trick was). Loved that the pool hours were from 8AM-11PM. Location was also really nice. 2 hr drive to Key West, and short drive to a grocery store in Tavernier, and plenty of local restaurants. I would definitely stay here again. NOTE: We did stay the first week of May 2022 and active construction was going on below the building we were not informed of - work starts promptly at 8AM, and it is not something many can sleep through. So for anyone that is not an early-riser, you may want to look elsewhere if you are planning travel in the next few months. (No end date on the construction work was posted, otherwise, I would add here).

Great place to stay. We have stayed in this complex the past two years. The unit is recently renovated. The pool is huge and the beach is very nice for the Keys. We enjoy watching the osprey fly by over the nature preserve. We will be back.

This is an ideal location in the upper Keys. Close (10 - 15 minutes drive) to many restaurants from Key Largo to Islamorada. The unit overlooks Tavernier Key and all the boating activities that go on in the Keys. It was great to relax on the two balconies and watch the day go by. The pool was very relaxing, the beach and pier were good, too. We will be back!!! The unit was lacking in toilet paper and paper towels when we arrived. It was probably just an oversite from the cleaning crew, but a quick call to Vacasa customer service and problem solved!

Stayed at this place for a honeymoon with my wife and it was perfect for us. No real complaints, but a few things to look out for.
The kitchen has everything you need to be able to cook comfortably - as far as pans and utensils go. It does not have any real spices or things like salt and pepper, so expect to have to buy them. There is a Publix and Winn Dixie not far away. There were a few things that I assume were left by a previous guest (half a can of coffee, garlic salt, etc), but its safe to assume that you will need to buy everything you need that isn’t a cooking utensil or pan.
In the same vein, the washer and dryer are nice, but you will need to buy detergent or bring your own.
Side note: they do have beach towels, but only a few of them. Fyi :)
The balcony in the pictures (there’s actually 2 of them) are way smaller than they look. Unless 2 very small people are out there you will have a hard time sitting out there comfortably.
For the area:
The private beach is nice and is indeed private, but the beach is very rocky as well as the water itself and I would not recommend sitting out here with children that want to play in the sand. The plus side is the pool is also very nice. I would recommend getting out there early if you want to grab one of the few tables with an umbrella for shade. The pool also has a little shack where you can order drinks and food, although both days we tried to order food the kitchen was closed for undisclosed reasons.
There are lots of great restaurants in the area and we definitely recommend trying them. Among our favorites were Snappers (recommended to us by locals) and Mrs Mac’s Kitchen.

The place is clean and comfortable. There were just two of us so the fact that the balcony only seats two wasn’t a problem and the view was very serene. Just make sure you realize the property is on Burton, not Overseas Highway. Directions definitely need to be more specific. Pool area very nice and other guests very friendly. I would recommend.

Great space, closer to the ocean than pictures represent. Awesome sunrises. The unit is clean and comfortable. There are 5 buildings on the property and we felt this unit was in the prime location. Current covid restrictions make finding chairs/table at the pool a challenge, you need to ready to go before 9:00am if you want a pool day. Beach area is not as crowded and well kept. The restaurant is much smaller the depicted in the photos with a very limited menu. We enjoyed our stay and were satisfied with the property.

It was a nice place, the only thing I would remotely complain about is the size of the balconies, but that was in the development plan and can't be changed now. The condo is everything advertised - very clean, nice furniture, comfortable beds, and privacy between bedrooms and the living spaces. Didn't use the kitchen but it looked nice and had full sized fridge and good amount of counter space. Some small nitpicks - Vacasa said we had two assigned parking spaces but it appears to all be open parking so we were looking around for a while for a numbered space that corresponded to the unit, which didn't exist. The other thing is you should check with Vacasa or Ocean Pointe Suites directly to maybe get a better price or exact room requirements. We needed two Queen sized or larger beds in there and they couldn't guarantee it directly through Vacasa, (the default is two singles in the 2nd bedroom) so we had to pay more than other people we knew by booking this exact listing with Air BnB. Bottom line is if you only need one large bed and two smaller ones, skip this listing and go to another one in the same resort community - Ocean Pointe. BTW, don't be fooled - almost all the listings in Tavernier are all for the same condo complex - they just have different titles. That said, this particular unit is a winner - good view and nice amenities.

This was a great place and excellent view. The property manager was attentive and very helpful along with the condo owner. We loved the condo and view and was exactly as advertised. The only disappointment which was not the owner’s or management issue was the smoking on property. It was advertised as a non-smoking property, but every time we went out to the balcony our neighbors at 4310 were smoking. Also, smoking at the pool with cigarette butts on the patio, and smoking by the beach. Very annoying and rude of the smokers. Also, we were a bit disappointed with the beach. You really couldn’t lay on the sand and go in the water with the sharp rocks. Other than that a beautiful location and view.

This is a really nice condo with excellent breathtaking views of the ocean. The room looked exactly as expected and the view of the ocean was even better. The only negative was that this was suppose to be a non-smoking facility and community. But when we went out on our balcony our neighbor was smoking most of the time which was very annoying. Also, there were smokers at the pool area with cigarette buts on the patio, and smokers by the beach area. This really took away from the vacation feeling. Also, the beach wasn't as expected and you couldn't lie on the sand or hard to walk in the water with sharp stones. But besides that, the owner and management company kept the condo very clean with no bugs :-)

Traveled with my mother, daughter and 3 grandkids. The complex is very well maintained and staff friendly. The room was equipped very well and views amazing. Only negative is the patios are super small and railing spacing is not to updated code so couldnt let our 1 yr old outside without holding him for fear of falling thru. We also had a small maint issue and response time was delayed because the owner didnt use complex maint which caused us to delay our departure 6 hrs. Plan on a return visit!

The staff was polite. The house was clean with a beautiful view of the oceanGREAT sunrises. A quick walk to the beach, small restaurant and bar. I met Jack Hannah there. That was a plus. They just finished up the repairs to the dock and did a wonderful job. There’s some good fishing off the docks if you need to kill some time. The pool is right across the parking lot. You can purchase cold beverages there for both children and adults. They played classical rock when I was there. I enjoy that music. My only complaint would be that the coffee cups are too small. We went shopping and purchased our own. Great spot. We will return

The condo was quaint, well appointed and had a beautiful ocean view. We loved that the pool area had a very friendly bartender! We spent most of our time in Islamorada which was a 10-15 minute drive. If you book this condo last minute, make sure that Vacasa has communicated your arrival to the local property manager. There was some miscommunication during our stay however it was fixed very quickly which I was very impressed with. This was my first time using Vacasa and I felt very comfortable with being able to reach someone 24/7 and they had great communication and follow up.

I customarily travel to the gulf and this was a first visit to the Keys. Very different from the gulf. The keys are not commercialized like the gulf and it was terriffic! The beach is small but has chairs and grills. The condo was upgraded and extra clean. Nice views off the balcony. The entire complex was quiet but the location was great and close to restaurants. We booked last minute and it was worth it! Nice having a cafe and pool onsite. Lots of families. I would definitely stay at this condo and complex again!

Really enjoyed our first trip to the Keys. The condo was roomy and comfortable with a gorgeous view of the ocean. Small beach so only went to it once but loved the pool! Location served us well, everything we needed was close by and easy to find. Would definitely recommend to a friend.

We had planned a last minute vacation getaway and it was a perfect choice. The unit was updated and very clean and fresh. The unit was on a perfect level with great view from the master bedroom and living room. Grounds of the condo complex was very clean and other guests were nice and pleasant. The dock and marina was nice and clean with plenty of room to relax. The pool was just a 2 minute walk away from the unit with plenty of parking and the it had stairs and elevator on the the unit. Home was over stocked with kitchen appliances and amenities to make staying in to cook very easy. Feels very safe on the grounds and easy to get in and out of the property. If you are looking for a quick get away or a nice long stay this is the unit for you. Best condo I have stayed at in years.

The grounds are nicely maintained. The pool is very nice The Beach is small but the views are great. I would recommend it. Easy access in and out.
